Cannot say enough praise about this store. Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. By far the easiest phone buying experience that I have had. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and seemed like they not only enjoyed their jobs but cared about helping their customers. Edward was my sales associate. 10/10 would recommend this store.

I was going to break up with the company but the guy who helped me was pretty nice so I stayed and patiently waiting for the emergency connectivity fund to start for libraries and schools

Josh was so patient, so helpful and took excellent care of us through our bumps along the road to get our phones upgraded. He deserves recognition from the head boss! We walked in super late, 30 minutes before closing time and he provided us with excellent service helping us with every need and question we had. Ive worked in customer service and trust me, when its the end of your shift and you get those late customers its rough because you want to get out on time... but Josh did not let that inconvenience from our part get in the way of providing the upmost BEST customer service Ive experienced from AT&T by far.Thank you so much AT&T for providing your customers with patient, excellent employees like Josh!!!

We had went to the other At&t stores and was never satisfied until we came to this store the staff are right on it to assist you and when we had a issue last year with our plan we came to this store to get help the manager Becky was there and was right on it to help us she made sure our plan got fixed and when it was time for us to upgrade she helped us they all make sure you leave the store satisfied this is my go to store I like how friendly everyone is and how organized they are . We came in a few times already they always take care of us great team and manager Becky and store . Hands down Becky is amazing !

I was scammed here once n i escalated it to ATT n the head of prime communications and got a personal apology from the presidents office at ATT. hope that scamming lady who resells phones online finally got fired! next time go to a REAL att store

Absolutely the worst customer service, manager(a big lady)was very rude she wouldn’t listen just wanted to state her views, gave out false info and didn’t even apologise...would never go there. And mind you, in store service is 10 times more expensive than online here.

BUYER BEWARENever have been more disappointed with a transaction/customer service in my entire life! Went to go get BOGO iPhone Xs when the manager offered to sell me 2 iPhone X at a discounted price as they were buyback devices. Turns out she was selling them illegally on behalf of another customer (What I believe is that it was actually her, but she got one of her friends to lie on her behalf., found the same phones listed online under her name through Offer Up)She lied and said these phones were brand new, out of the box... but so many things contradicted themselves. I was so jetlagged and not thinking straight so I did purchase them. Big mistake.These phones SUCKED! Would malfunction, force restart, over heat, had a battery capacity of 90%, camera wouldnt work. For an iPhone X! The manager, refused the refund so we had to escalate it several times.NOTE: This isnt a real ATT store, its an AUTHORIZED RETAILER so any negative experience which you have cannot be fully fixed by ATT corporate, you would need to contact Prime Communications! I finally got in touch with the regional manager who I think was a REAL piece of work and I have vowed to NEVER do buisness with ATT again. It seems as though he only cares about corporate interest and not consumer needs. He screamed at me several times while on the phone and it seemed like he would do everything in his power to void my request. I think he would say ridiculous things to try to get a rise out of me and say something I would regret to get out of trying to help me.After all the hoops I had to jump through, the condescension from Prime Communications and feeling insulted and demeaned by the upper management, I finally got a resolution! We were refunded the $1500 and will never, ever, EVER work with them again!PS: Look at the reviews! They are all conducted by employees and those associated with Prime Communications! INSANE!BUYER BEWARE

I had very bad experience in this Authorized Retailer Store. I spoke to the current store manager named Jorge which is very rude and unprofessional. If you go, please make sure you get the correct promotion. I sent my old iPhone back to get a credit on my iPhone 7 last year and as of today have not received my credit and kept my old device!!

It is not possible that a multimillion dollar company at the expense of us customers do not have the necessary tools to give us a good service today I went and I could not buy my S10 + because they could not accept card payments since no computer is suitable for it and the same employees must use their own internet on their own phone to work the tablet they use to work I do not put zero because you can not but they are the worst
