A) This is not an AT&T Store. It is an “Authorized Reseller”.B) Terrible customer service.I bought an iPhone X on Saturday 3/5 for my wife. Within 24 hours the screen stopped working. Within 48 hrs. I am at the store asking to exchange the phone for a new one (reminder... this one is less than 2 days old). They refuse stating that a) Apple requires them to have me drive to the Apple Store 40 min away, and b) This is AT&T policy.I called Apple Care got a manager on the line and he said the store should exchange the phone. They refused.I called a manager for AT&T and he said they should exchange the phone (a real AT&T Store would, the phone is TWO DAYS old!) They still refuse.Both Apple and AT&T said they would exchange if I purchased the phone from them. Apparently it’s just this store’s policy to not stand by the products they sell.
