Wide selection of sports shoes and apparel in the Sherwood Mall. Sports hats for the major markets; shorts and shirts; sandals, some hoodies. Would come here again for buying shoes and gear.

They didnt even have a size 11¹/² to swap out for the 11s that were a little smaller than I wanted so I ended up keeping them and going to another shoe store where the boys found something that they liked.

Clean store helpfully employees just didnt have my shoes i wanted in my size. Could do better on selection and places to try on shoes like chairs or benches but overall a good store

The young lady who helped us was really really helpful and friendly and gave us a lot of information I would go there and shop again great service. And good sales. Lisa is a great representative of champs she gave us great service.

Wanted to go buy a couple pair of shoes after I returned a pair I didnt like. But supposedly they have to sale shoes in order to be able to do ANY kind of business whatsoever lol worst people to do business with. Dont go to this mall period. Id rather drive 30 mins to modesto.

Best customer service in Sherwood mall. Only wish they carried more womens apparel (plus size) always welcomed from the time I walk in, warm and welcomed during my visit and Im looking forward to my next visit every time. The employee Jawan is a great multi-tasker youd swear he was an octopus the way he maneuvers through customers, balancing shoes and making sure everyones needs are met. Great team player. Very enthusiastic 😉

Horrible, the sales floor was a disaster! Management was clearly not trained on customer service, all the associates were standing around. The apparel racks were a mess. Definitely will not be visiting this store again and I wouldnt be surprised if it got shutdown. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Bad experience they said the shoes I brought which was my daughters, she only tried them on, they said look like she wore them which we were saving for her birthday this Sunday and just wanted a bigger size... they said they didnt have that size so had to order it, I might not get them before her birthday but couldnt give my refund but charged me 20 dollars extra for a bigger size... if It was a mark on them y wouldnt they refuse me period and if she wore them dont u think i wouldve wiped them...smh lesson learned never again will i shop at champs money hungry @$$es

Store sucks bad..shoes were stolen and returned to the store and they didnt want to release the video of the person who brought them in..so I lost on my shoes and money and the person got away..I will never shop at Champs in stockton or any mall again..customer service is horrible and no one knows a damn thing..screw them
