I have been here since my medi-cal days and now coming without medi-cal as Im older. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The doctor himself makes the place the best place! His staff is also amazing! They do everything they can do to help you.

The doctors are nice as well as the receptionist. I have been going here since I was 9 years old and have never changed my doctor. They have a great frame selection which I absolutely love. I got Versace frames and the price was VERY reasonably fair.

I have been going to Downtown Optometry since i was a teenager and now all my kids also go. The girls are Always very welcoming and helpful, very accommodating with the appointments. The doctor is great and i Love their Glasses Selection! 💜 Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr Benkle and his staff are great! Such an awesome selection and they make the whole process so easy. I never know what glasses are best for my face but they have a special way of helping guide you in the right direction. I have moved out of the area and still make my appointments with Dr Benkle and love coming back to this office.

Today was my first time visiting Dr Benkle and I must say, i enjoyed my time there ! His medical assistants were very nice and theyre fast at their jobs. I was there no more than an hour. I didnt feel rushed when it came time to pick out my lenses. I cant wait to get my new prada glasses 😊
