I went in on a day where they appeared to be short staffed. With that being said, I not once felt as if I was being rushed or being ignored. I had the pleasure of meeting Lubna and Jeffrey. They were both awesome and provided excellent customer service by answering my questions and helping me get the right glasses for me. I’ve been to many offices were I’ve been told what I need but this the first time I was provided their recommendations but told it was my decision. Great staff and clean office environment.

Went in because my glasses were not working correctly I sat down to be helped by Ana and was dismissed by her AS SOON as I told her I was having an issue with my glasses. She kept pawning me off to different associates until the assistant manager LUNA came back from her lunch and saw me sitting there and walked up to me as she was checking in on every other associate and customers (if I had a business of my own I would steal her from you guys) LOL the way she took care of me and made me feel like I was not crazy!!!!!! All she had to do was adjust my nose pads when the other lady couldve done it but instead she was just standing there panning me off to other people who were clearly helping people already! Kudos to her and God bless her beautiful soul!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the Weberstown Mall location were very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband needed a pair of prescription sunglasses ASAP. They did not have the lens in stock so they made a few phone calls to get the lenses. His glasses were done in a couple of hours. Thank you Lubna for getting the job done.
