I got contacts today through Eyeglass World on Trinity Parkway in Stockton Ca and they were all amazing. Everyone from the Dr. To the vision technicians. So impressed.The entire staff was so nice and helpful. They never made me feel rushed, they were very patient in training on how to correctly use your contacts. I will definitely be going back to this place for all of my future vision needs.

The best place I have been to get new glasses it was my first time there and I brought my boyfriend back the next day to get glasses there as well because it was such a great experience. The manager Chantel is the one who helped us and she had an amazing customer service she was very nice and throughly explained everything we were getting charged for what was recommended and anything we were confused about. She really made us feel comfortable and confident! She was very busy in the store and had the phone ringing multiple times but was able to manage helping us helping the other guests and answering the phones. This place is definitely my go to for exams/glasses now! Highly recommend

The STAFF was very friendly and attentive. I was in desperate need of NEW GLASSES, due to mine being broke, beyond REPAIR. I called and GOT A NEXT DAY APPT. I went to appointment, received eye exam, picked out my TWO new pairs of glasses(SUPER CUTE) BECAUSE, they have a GREAT SALE.....GET TWO PAIRS FOR DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. LESS THAN 25HRS, I PICKED UP MY NEW PAIR OF GLASSES, NOW I CAN SEE THE WORLD AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOUR IN NEED, AND WANT A GREAT EXPERIENCE, GO TO EYEGLASS WORLD. THANK YOU GUYS! Talked into an eye exam come to find the contact prescription has not changed since the last exam 10 months ago, then charged $61.00 for a contact fitting when there wasn’t even another fitting. Just them trying to rip off the customer! I asked if I could just do a reorder since the current prescription has not expired. Was told, sorry we can’t because I just updated the system. Do not call me to refill a supply as you’ve now exhausted my benefit for the remainder of the year! Do call me if you’re going to give me a credit of $61.00 so I can apply that to the next supply. I had no choice but to pay it because my daughter needs contacts. This was the Stockton CA. location.

I went there today and walked in. I was immediately greeted and helped! The customer service is amazing and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and totally caring! I was in and out of there with an order of 2 pairs of glasses for a low price!!! The deals they have there are top notch! They were able to craft my prescription lenses within that same day (by 1pm... and keep in mind I was there at around 10am!). I highly recommend anyone to go here for their eye glasses needs!

Reflecting on yesterdays visit with the person doing my eye exam for a new prescription. The name of the street came up and I was asked is that on the south side? My thoughts were what does the name of the street I live on or what side of Stockton its on have any bearing whatsoever on my new prescription for glasses? I find it to be a judgmentalinnuendo . As a senior citizen and to anyonefor that matter, this remark was found to be very unprofessional and judgmental.. Treat your patients with dignity. Our vision is very important.

Really slow service my appointment was at 9:30 and I didnt leave til 11. A bunch of hidden fees also. And the quality of the glasses are cheap material.

Well the assistants were fast and friendly. The doctor however was something else. I made an appointment for contacts and glasses. The doctor seemed distracted big time by what was on her phone. I started talking to her about contacts then she got distracted and didn’t even do a contact exam. So I had to go to the back and see her again. This time she comes out with me so she can grab my contacts and then she disappears. If it wasn’t for one of the assistance that saw me sitting there I’m not sure if that doctor would have remembered I was there at all. Anyways the doctor had to go look for one of my contacts and they were out so instead of letting me or one of them know she went back to her “play” room and played on her phone until someone asked her what was going on.So I went back for a follow up and got the Asian doctor. She is amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions with loads of details. She took time to listen without looking at her phone constantly. If I could get this doctor every time I would so give this place a 5 star. They also have amazing prices.

I was told that my glasses would be ready by Friday at 5pm. I went in Saturday morning when the store was open and was told by the CSR it will be ready by today and someone will call to let me know. So @ 5:17 pm on Saturday I called and was told my glasses was ready. Well ... why didn’t anyone call me. So they are close on Sunday, meaning I won’t get my glasses until Monday. I’m just saying, “ professionally they shouldnt give customer the run around. Oh well it’s all COvid fault that’s what they all said!

I’ve been in 3 times trying to get contacts. The doctor doesn’t know what she is doing, didn’t fee confident in her diagnosis and really asked to compare with my old optometrists prescription. I’ve never had that happen. I told her my last visit that my prescription was good and I just wanted it to get it so I can order my contacts online. They never have appointments available and if you happen to not be able to make one the ladies will hold that against you. Should it take over two months for a prescription for contacts? I’ve spent so much money here and I don’t even have what I need. At this point they can keep my contact prescription I just want my money back.

10/10 would recommend this place! Smooth process from calling in for an appointment, going in for eye exam, making sure my insurance is in effect, choosing the frames and lenses, to picking it up and having the fit adjusted! My favorite thing is how they said it’s going to take 10 business days since it’s a special order, but 5 business days later I got a call saying it’s ready for pickup :-) When i went in to pick it up, i was well taken care of, and they made sure i was comfortable wearing my new specs before I left the store. Thanks to all the pleasant lady Opticians and Doc who helped me through this entire process. My glasses are so nice and sparkly and I can see HD again 💖My previous eyeglasses shop COULD NEVER. 🤷‍♀️ The other shop promised 10 b. days and took a month. During pick up they just handed the eyeglasses to me without asking if i needed an adjustment.TL;DR: I’ll go to Eyeglasses World regularly now! 💯

Dr. Nguyen was amazing! So informative and got my Rx perfect! ALL of the ladies were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and got it quickly. I had a mishap with my trial contact lenses, and without question DIANA made sure I got a replacement pair to trial before i made my purchase. Thank you Diana and the Eyeglass World TEAM! Highly recommend this place!

I love this location! The store is gorgeous and there is a ton of selections and options when it comes to frames and prices. I got the cutest cat eye frames and sunglasses here-everywhere I go I get complements on them. Chantel helped me select the frames-she was a great help and she is super sweet and knowledgeable! I highly recommend eyeglass world!

I was verbally Abused by the Assistant Store Manager, I recently purchased 2 pair of Glasses for about $300. from the Stockton Store.I was Not satisfied and went back to resolve the problem to Swap Out the pair or A new eye exam, I was told only the Store Manager could DEAL with me and she would be in at 2:00pm it was 11:00 am and drove 40 miles. Please Note:THATS NOT THE POLICY After waiting for help, The Assistant Manager came over And Asserted herself in by standing over the Desk and Yelling, I asked her not speak to me that way and lower her voice this was in front of a store full of customers she stood over me and said this is how i talk and I will come at you anyway she wants! the Lab Manager witnessed, By this time i wanted my money back they said No.Bottom Line, Never should that type of Hostel service been allowed, No type of Apology From the Store Manager.Note: Later I went to the Modesto Store, Excellent service Stefanie and Ruben where Awesome and the pair of Glasses perfect and going back to by another pair.

Deanna was a fantastic rep and helped me not only pick a proper pair of glasses but also find a pair that was fashionable. Its tough to find glasses that are both affordable and good looking but Eyeglass World and Deanna were able to deliver that for me.

I was hesitant about getting glasses again after a very bad experience with lenscrafters. I had no idea what I was doing and they took full advantage. The assistant manager Deanna was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love my new Oakleys frames and I can see again!

They sit there and do EYE GLASSES all day long. And still cant answer basic questions about glasses over the phone. Dumness is very off putting.
