Ive been going to this Mac store for 5 years now and I finally felt welcomed and comfortable with the help of Verenice. She was very kind and she knew what she was talking about when she was explaining to me the different techniques used to apply makeup. Im glad Mac finally has makeup artists that actually take customers into consideration and that arent rude about it.

I came here last Wednesday to buy MAC foundation. I was looking at the display for a few minutes when Vee came up and asked if she could help me. She was very nice and knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure to buy anything. She had me sit on one of the makeup chairs and she tried a number of products on my face. It was relaxing and fun! I ended up buying concealer, blush, eye shadow, mascara, and a small brush applicator. I was VERY satisfied with the customer service and products. I will definitely come back and ask for Vee.

Worst costumer service ever. My first time going to mac and they showed me doing people makeup is more imoortant than getting one little gel eybrow. Im so unsatisfied i will never go back to mac. It took 5 minutes to get someone attention to ask for one simple thing and she went one place then returned to doing make up ignoring that i asked for something.

Best cosmetics ever but pretty expensive

They did my makeup for my bday...first of all it was rushed and she kept having to stop...second the makeup was way too dark for my skin tone...I just hated the whole experience never again....
