They charged me a vaccum service they werent able to repair. It cost me $99 to keep telling me its going to take about 1 month for the vaccum to get fixed.

They were always helpful and I have to say theyre one of the few companies around with the most polite and respectful employees

I’ve been mending my clothes since college and recently taught my cousin how to sew. I decided that I wanted to give her my old sewing machine and started to research sewing machines online.I stopped in for thread and saw a sewing machine that I’ve been wanting for a while. I wasn’t even aware that they carried the Elna brand...but I saw it in its box, on a shelf, so I inquired about it...not even intending to buy a new machine that day.The level of customer service here is fantastic. I was so surprised that she took it out of the box and took the time to show me the machine and explain all of its features.She wasn’t pushy about making the sale, which is what sealed the deal for me. I came in for thread and walked out with a sewing machine.Thanks NorCal Sew and Vac! It sews like a dream!

Well, I would never go back to them. Just didnt feel they were honest folks. When it came to fixing my vacuum cleaner.

I have been bringing my Kirby vacuum here for many years. The prices are decent and quick too. They are very polite and give opinions. I did just bought a new Riccar Vacuum. Its nice And cost alot.. i saw prices after Google it. I could of gotten a chesper price. But helping the little mom & pop stores to stay open during this time. It was worth it.

Rather disappointed in a local shop. Take a machine in for service after having an issue with my embroidery machine. I called and described what was happening said Id bring it in the woman on the phone didnt advise me to bring anything with my machine as it was an upper tension problem but when I go in the woman decides to act superior and rude and demeaning. I advised that if everything that came with the machine was needed for a service on the main machine they should convey that information. If I could Id give a negative star rating for customer service alone. I have found out the they are also related to the former owners of Rydales sewing which sold my husband my machine advised that Id have lessons and support to learn how to use it then sold out and took off. Ill continue to drive to Meissner instead.

Have a hoover windtunnel and the beater brush belt was slipping. Took it in for belts, and the gal was EXTREMELY knowledgeable! She took a quick look and told me a broken part would be 10 bucks. I couldnt afford a $40 service fee and asked if there was any quick tips she could give me for self repair as im handy. Without revealing any secrets, she said I needed to work on it from the top and the bottom at the same time. This was enough of a hint and I was able to successfully do the repair on my own with a youtube video for help. I didnt catch your name but thank you so much! Thank you for not trying to oversell me on a new vacuum or pushing too hard on a service upsell. I appreciate your encouragement to return if I could not complete it on my own. I will surely send people I know to your store for your great customer service, knowledgable staff and reasonable pricing.
