Delicious ice creams. They dont cut corners unlike the Carvel nearby. Go here for ice cream needs.

The gentleman working the counter was very rude. My girlfriend asked for the new Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream and the guy started scooping the regular one. We said that she had asked for the vegan but I was going to order the regular one, he didnt listen. He dumped it all back into the container and proceeded to use the same cup (now containing dairy) for the vegan ice cream.So, we get back to our place and she tries the ice cream, only to discover that its not what she asked for. Instead of containing chunks of cookie dough, it has weird chunks of peanut butter in it. Some investigating shows that the tug labeled as Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is actually Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Luckily she is not allergic to peanuts because this could have been a big problem very quickly.Weve been to this location before and each time it feels like we have a problem with with either the product being served, the staff or both. This is the final straw here. We will not be returning.If corporate reads this, please investigate this location. They are rude, poorly run and a liability waiting to happen.

Great ice cream, courteous servers but not as many flavor choices as I remember you would find at a stand alone Baskin Robbins

Went to get ice-cream tonight and was shocked to hear the young woman behind the counter to refuse to wear here mask while she was to take our order. When I walked out without ordering a family with young kids said she told them no too, to their request for her to wear mask, so they walked out too. Shame

This is by far the worst Baskin Robbins that I have ever been to! If I could give them less than 1 star I would! It was literally like walking into the twilight zone! They were out of everything including covers to the sundae cups???? So the idiot making it, who by the way had no name tag,, just plopped any old one he could find on top 😳. Not the worst part because he made such a mess of the sundae that it was dripping all over the counter and when I asked him to put it into another cup he told me to bring it to him? I made him walk over to the counter to pick up his mess and he decided it would be better to put in into the largest cup he could find, which made it look like something you scraped off the floor, then I ask him for a bag 3 times and he decided to leave an extra small one on the counter and told me where I could go get it. Then when he saw that I struggled to fit my ice cream in the extra small bag he asked if I would like another bag???? Hello? didn’t you just make my ice cream? should you know what size bag I need. And by the way the other idiots in this place just sat around laughing. Also by the way our ice cream all fell off our cones! All I wanted to do was take my kids out for some ice cream! Never again at this place and I recommend that you don’t waste your time with this place either!

My daughters scoop was hollow. I asked for Jamoca Almond Fudge but was given only Jamoca. They didnt have pistachio and they were out of regular vanilla. They were doing some kind of construction and we had to get up so that this guy could get something off the ceiling. Long story short, Im not coming to this location again.

Farhan was very great with my tea I think he’s probably the best employee out there he always listens and takes orders and he’s very active where as everyone else is sleepy I go to other places my ice tea sucks they put so much sugar in It And their medium size is huge Farhan also made me a very nice sandwich here when they had the 2 for 5 deal he’s like the star of this Dunkin’ Donuts and the ice cream he scooped was delicious I think it has to do with how he scoops it when he is there the ice cream tastes better than if someone else scoops it

Very great hibiscus tea this guy Farhan knows exactly how much sweetness to add to tea because hes very smart he told me he’s been making tea for many years if you are buying tea make sure farhans making it because he’s the star worker at this dunkin location

Can use some help making the sundaes. Somehow they always turn out missing something.
