People here are very helpful and fast.

I go to this place all the time and the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, but its hit or miss as far as how busy its going to get inside of a tiny store such as this. Some days you can spend 10-15 minutes in line or the line can be out the door if theres a big game thats just been released or a new console or something. It makes it so that I dont want to bother.

The Stoughton Gamestop never picks up their phone but everytime I walk in, theres always 1 employee standing behind the desk with no customers. So I dont get it.

I could have sworn there was another Game Stop closer to IKEA? We had our shopping trip all planned out stop here on our way home from IKEA to pick up a simple Nintendo 3DS charger / replacement stylus. They didnt sell a singular stylus and they only had an 8 pack that would only fit the 3DS XL (Ninetendos bad in this case... for providing such limited support for the actual 3DS regular).We decided we would just purchase the charger instead and return it if it didnt work out. The staff working there neglected to tell us that we could ONLY return the item back to the original Game Stop when we tried to return it at Westwood/University Station Game Stop. No where on their website does it list which items you can only return to the original store. Also the charger that we got does fall out of the 3DS charging port despite the guarantee that the staff told us. Yet again this place disappoints me (see previous review of Canton Game Stop and the story of the horrible used iPad, its a multi-part saga).

Can easily pre-order games. Knowledgeable staff. Can get great deals on some items but trade-ins are not worth it at all.

This is one of those GameStops thats actually really fun to talk to the people in. All the employees are knowledgeable and have good social skills

The wait here is awful. There is no such thing as a quick trip. Good selection and prices are close to the competition.

Let me start by saying video games is something I just dont get. Im not a huge player but my son is. He recently purchased a used Xbox One package and right off the bat we had problems. We went to this store twice and spoke with 2 employees and they where nothing but professional and helpful. If I could rate them higher I would. They took care of the issue with the Xbox and where so helpful. This store will have our business o er any other. Thank you again for helping him get things up and running.

I bought a new copy of battlefield 4 for PS4 on December 26th, and the game was crashing from day 1. on December 28th the game crashed and lost all of its save points, EA servers were down so I could not play campaign mode or multiplayer, the game was pretty much unplayable. I brought the game back on the 28th and asked to exchange it for FIFA 14, they said I could only exchange for a new copy of battlefield 4, which comes with the same glitch. The receipt states that opened items have 30 days to be exchanged for a like item. The manager told me this was a problem with EA and its not their fault, so now Im the one stuck with a bad game.
