Just changed from Verizon to US Cellular. Lisa was the absolute best. She was super patient and walked us through the process, helped pick out our upgraded phones and get everything set up and transferred. I have never had such a smooth transition in carriers. I can’t say enough about her and will defiantly stick with this store

Personalized service where I was the center of attention ! I didnt have to wait in line for a NEW Galaxy S 9 + unlike previous phone upgrades. Staff were helpful, friendly and Nancy went out of her way to make sure the transition was seamless. I cant say enough about how the short drive to Stoughton saved me time and the usual headache.

RADIO SHACK.Yes its a Radio Shack! Yes its still in business! Yes they stock all the weird odds and ends you could only get at Radio Shack before they closed.Need a resistor? Need a relay? Need an uncommon power adapter or battery? I long for the days when there was a Radio Shack on every street corner, open until 9pm, staffed by a grouchy old guy who knew everything about electronics (perhaps the brother of the grouchy old guy at the hardware store who knew everything about fixing anything?).Well, its not on every street corner, and not open until 9pm. And the old guy is long gone, the staff under 40 pudgy white guys who dont know what a resistor is. But its THERE. And they still stock the same selection Radio Shack did before they closed (far smaller than they did in the 1980s, but still very useful).I deducted 1 star because a lot of the items I needed were out of stock, or they only had 1. I dont know if thats a common occurrence or a fluke of the day I went.Yes, you can pay significantly less and order the stuff online and get it in a week or two (2 days if youre lucky enough to find it on Prime). But if you need it the same day, as I did, give these guys a try.

I had a horrible experience last night at the Radio Shack in Stoughton. I had purchased a new phone from US Cellular and they told me I can bring it in to have it activated. I did this last year also at the same place. I also use to be a loyal customer and would go there before other places to support a local business, but not anymore. The owner as he told me he was. Asked if he could help me and I explained I needed help activating my phone and when he found out I didnt buy it from the store he said no he wouldnt help me that I needed to buy it from them in order to activate it. I said I would like your help and the US Cellular operator said I can go there to have it done. He gave me more attitude and said Fine grabbed my phone slammed it down by his register and started typing something. I went over to him and said no you are not getting my business now then he yelled at me with many customers in the store and said Buy it from here next time! I am no longer going to go to this store which I frequented often. I was just looking for some help.

Joe at Radio Shack took excellent care of us! He was extremely knowledgeable, streamlined our paperwork, answered all our questions and completed our transaction in less than an hour.

Without the service and care I received today from one of the compugenius at Hanson Electronics, Nancy, I would be totally sunk in the world of communication. The lady was very rude to me and friends . shes bored and should not take her boredom out on other people.as,well as her mickey mouse police force she needed to call and LIE to . My team from germany has Advanced sensors installed at our Chinese Allies a door or two down from this business. We have gotten not only over 5,000 views to our google photo, but the sensors show high counts of customers at this location ***the Grand China *** NOT Radio shack . The DROID next door will surly go out of business soon anyway ! Not enough business ! haha

Here is the last place on earth that sells discrete electronic components in a retail environment. I visit this Radio Shack several times/week to pick up resistors, potentiometers, wire, etc. Its a lifesaver for any inventor/maker.
