The Store is scheduled to open at 10am but no one is ever on time. I’m standing outside the establishment right now. It’s 11am sharp and no one is still here. Last time I went at 10am sharp and no one was there. I went later on in the afternoon and I informed the staff about the occurrence she responded with “we are always late”. Terrible! Metro needs to get it together. I guess cheap phone bill equals poor customer service ?!

I was there today and the young man who helped me was professional, helpful, and definitely very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place.

Metro closeS at 8 worker puts a sign up saying they are on lunch at 7pm with 5 customers waiting to be waited on. Terrible customer service.

Brought 2 tablets from Metro PCS on A Thursday night, next day had to bring back because it wouldnt charge.Dont know if its the tablet or phone.Gave 1 tablet to my brother but dont know if its giving him any problems yet.

Eva & Bruna did an amazing job trouble shooting my phone since I’ve been to 3 other stores and they couldn’t figure it out. Highly appreciate the staff, they were amazing ! Especially the young ladies :)

Superb customer service. ANDREIA (yes, spelled correctly) was a total pleasure to work with. She was polite, informative, patient and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience of switching my number to MetrPCS was seamless. I highly recommend you stop in to visit her if you need help switching your service or for any customer service questions whatsoever. Shes an asset to MetroPCS and Im glad I popped in while she was working.

If I could give it less stars I would! Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady working the desk was very unprofessional and everything wasnt very clear. The way she explained plans was very vague and sketchy. I got a international plan and it ened up being something totally different. Essentially she lied to me to get a sale. Do not recommend.

Come in and ask for Eva and or Bruna, they are very professional and always take the time to make sure every customer is satisfied. You wont regret walking in with a smile and also leaving with a bigger smile . Visit them at 54 Porter Street.

Awful customer service. The last working seemed bother that we wanted to buy a phone and was so rude the entire transaction the cashiers name was andreia and she needs to learn to smile.
