I regret buying my mattresses there. We bought 3. We were told the mattresses are the same quality high end stores sell but without an expensive tag. OK. The king size is the worst & started making noises the first month. A year later we started getting a very bad back pain. Now cannot wait to buy another to get rid of this one. Money wasted.

I called this morning to find out about mattresses and prices. I made an arrangement over the phone with the manager. When I arrived at the store to complete my purchase, I was told there was no such deal and shown a stained mattress in a different size to show their cheapest price and availability. The employees were rude and unsupportive. He didn’t even bother showing me anything else within my price range. When spending $500 on a mattress set, I’d expect a little bit more customer service. Clearly, I save myself from purchasing a crummy mattress I would only live to regret.
