Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, workers dont seem to care

I generally have an OK experience every time. The car wash is, in my opinion, better than most in the area. The employees have been fine when I (rarely) go inside.The pumps have finally been replaced. But, a few problems came along with that. The pressure is so high on the pumps, the nozzle shuts off at any of the notches so I have to manually squeeze the trigger at half pressure. Also, if you are going to show and have active the contactless payment (NFC, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) at least get it working! I walked through the whole process of using my phone to pay and it got declined at the very end and had to start all over. Upgrade your payment processing or get rid of it!Edit (3/7/2019): NFC tags (for Google Pay and Apple Pay) are still not working. Getting really tired of going through the whole transaction process to have it decline my card.

This store has taken a craaap! Cold coffee at 6 am for weeks. Now closed at 5:20 every morning. Youve lost our business.

Worst car wash Ive ever gotten. I got the mid level wash and my car is still dirty in many places! I noticed when I got home and there is nothing receipt given for me to get a refund. 0/10 would not recommend.

When i got to the counter. I asked for a smooth blk, and because some girl before me ordered it and they couldnt scan her card they refused my business. Me and my girlfriend were at the nail spa getting her nails done. And now im stuck with out.

If you have a sign on the door asking for masks to be worn you might expect the employees inside to be wearing masks, but they refuse to wear them.

This BP has become the ghetto of Stow. Its filthy and most attendants move like snails. Whomever bought it is not putting any money back into it, or paying for decent employees. The turnover here speaks volumes. Its not the only game in Town. Sheetz, Speedway and Circle K are much cleaner and have employees who stay and want to work. Im not going back.

Its a gas station. the pumps work although they are a bit lazy refilling the receipt paper. the people behind the counter are quick to help when needed. the car wash does a great job on my cars when Im feeling lazy. the coffee tastes better than sheets. prices are relatively competitive with the two on stow & fishcreek but not always.

Gas station is filthy. Garbage outside everywhere especially by car wash booth. Gas tank receipts never have paper and attendants are extremely rude. I will never use this station again.

The worst for several reasons: half of the pumps are always down, the receipts never have paper, and the credit card readers often malfunction. Avoid it.

The pumps are always out of receipt paper. Every. Single. Time. Now I just go to Sheets.

Great for quick snacks and fuel. Clean store.

Maintained station and quick employee service

While the employees are friendly enough, & are just doing their jobs....I greatly dislike this station because the credit card readers NEVER work. At any of the pumps. Its not just me & my credit cards; I have watched other customers struggle with this too, and the employees will admit they dont always work. Well, they have never worked when Ive been there. I avoid that station at all costs (though it is the closest to my house so unfortunately sometimes I have to use it). This has been going on for 2 1/2 years at least, and I find it ridiculous no ones fixed those things. Also, the last time I was there there were at least 4 pumps that were out of order. Its not worth it.

This store is not activating their lottery tickets. Therefore you can buy them but when you win you can not get your money. This has occurred on multiple occassions. I will be reporting you to lottery commisssiin and BBB.

Seriously? Ten minutes for a car wash? Been waiting 40 minutes and still 2 cars ahead of us, will NOT do this again!
