Such a great store with the friendliest staff, Dago the store manager especially deserves recognition. One of the nicest and knowledgeable people I have ever spoken to. I recommend everyone come to this location by any means necessary, you will not be disappointed.

I received excellent and professional service at this AT&T store.

Last fall I worked with Adrian S. on my personal line. He worked with me and explained everything to the smallest detail. I was so pleased with Adrian that this month, I trusted him with setting up my business account with 2 phones. Adrian went above and beyond working on what I needed even after hours. That kind of care and dedication is what makes me a customer of not just AT&T, but of Adrians. I will be adding on services and lines as my family and business grows and I know I can count on Adrian to take care of me. Google only allows me to give 5 stars but he deserves more.

Adrian (Sales) and Michael (Manager) gave me exceptional customer service when I recently ordered my ATT-TV service. Adrian is a competent professional who listened well to my needs, and clearly communicated the features and benefits of the system he proposed. My new service is easy to use while giving the latest in performance advantages. Im totally satisfied with the experience this store provided me!

Very bad customer service. The representative refused to understand our request. It seems that AT&T is being run by a system and not humans. Because if the system says they can’t help you, nobody at at&t can help you. Would give zero stars if that was an option.Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in the United States. Both representatives in store were impatient and rude to a certain extent.

Highly recommend this location, knowledgeable employees that saved me money on my tv bill. So happy with the service I’ll be coming back to move my family’s cellphones from T-Mobile to AT&T great store trust me

The last 2 visits at this att store gave us problems. The people working here don’t really care about the customers. Once, they disconnected the service to one of our phones without asking or at least letting us know(so my husband ended up being out of town in the middle of the road with no service). The other time we bought a tablet from here and they added the insurance charges of about $22 total without asking if we need it or want it. So both times we had to call customer service later and solve the issues.Next time we are going to chose a different store.

THIS STORE IS A SCAMMM They did not Wanted to help me especially a worker named Adrian he made my my Phone Bill go high of cost cause of his mistake and poor service i Would not recommend going to this place.

They took my of my account they took 250 more and they said we dont know what happened they told me I have a credit but I dont want a credit I want my money back

Worst attitude from a customer service rep at at&t that we have experienced so far, wish I would have gotten his name but if he’s going to have that type of an attitude and basically laugh at his customers then maybe he shouldn’t be in customer service.

My boyfriend and I waited in line for the new iPhone plus on the store release date, unfortunately the pluses were not released in store which was really frustrating but Dylan the store manager told us we could order them in store right then. The process took a while but Dylan was extremely helpful. He even let us ship or phones to the store since we didnt feel comfortable shipping them to our apartment. We were also looking for cases and didnt see any we liked, Dylan showed us the online website and ordered us the cases we really liked. When our phones came in the customer service was great again. Dylan made sure we turned the phones on there to make sure our contacts synced etc. This location is not the closest to my apartment but I will go back here any time I need to go to an at&t store due to the awesome service we were provided. Thanks Dylan for making our experience great!

Had a great experience upgrading my phone. Germaine and Adem were both very personable and knowledgeable . I work in customer service myself and recognize great service when i see it. I highly recommend this location .

I arrived with an issue with my prepaid service that was porting over a new number, we had been trying to figure this out with att for over a month on the phone. Finally we went to a store where Adrian sat down with us and he figured it all out for us. It was not easy as there had been some miscommunication about porting over my old phone number. Adrian however did not give up and he did not stop trying different things until it was fixed. I now have my prepaid service with att and will be recommending Adrian and At&t to my family, they are also looking to make a switch.

Representative at counter is very rude, I had an issue where my phone was off and had to contact collections department to make payment arrangement, paid $200 cash to restart my service and operator told me to have representative call to confirm payment before restoring service, and he declined more then once to call for Me Said they don’t do that !!! Smh

I visited AT& T Streamwood place on Wednesday, 2/13 with a problem with our homephone . I tried to solve the problem via on - lineas well as via technical support with no results. Then I came to Streamwood branch, met Germaine Moore who gave me all the technical support, called so many places to get my password to get on our account. Then he arranged for technician to come to our house to fix the issues. He spent one and half hours calling different people to solve the problems.He is amazingly dedicated person who tries tosolve the issues. I am thankful that you hired such a nice and compassionate person for yourcompany. I wish him all the success in life.ThanksDr Geeti Ghosh

Although the place was POPPIN, Adem handled the situation amazingly. Instead of neglecting anyone, Adem showed that he possesses INCREDIBLE multitasking skills. Even with the large crowd, Adem continued to get each customer out the door with a smile on their face. AMAZING JOB ADEM!
