This place has the most horrible service for customers.I recently bought an iPhone. The person who helped us was on the phone or trying to help me and another customer at the same time.She gave me a price for the phone and taxes included. I finalized my purchase. I see her putting a protector screen on the new phone without cleaning the screen correctly leaving her finger prints under the screen. I had to removed the screen half way home because of the same reason. I wasn’t even going to purchase a phone case because other places have better phone cases, than the ones offered at this place. Overpriced and nothing out of the ordinary. But this lady said it’s included. Only because she said “it’s included” I said if it’s free I take it. She showed me the ones that according to her was on the price originally given. We left the store and my husband noticed, the phone screen and phone case was an additional charge and it more than the original price given.I went back to the store for a refund for this two items, no refund because included doesn’t mean free. She gave me one price and she charged me a different price.The manager SANDRA offered to review the cameras for my purchase and she said she will call me back. SANDRA, the has offered even a worst service. Until today, no decency to call back or return any of my calls.Please purchase your phone some where else. This place is not worth even trying.

They were very nice to explain All of the new changes to there New network.While I wAs in several people also came into the store with possibly the same questions.Which She was able to resolve for them.She explained that I could Not use my phone with the New network no sim would take care of it.That I would continue to have problems with my phone until I purchased a new one.She did explain that she could hook up a phone I purchased last year but it would have to have no outstanding balances on it.Be totally charged if and when I brought that device back in.I responded I would contact the other company to try to.resolve my disputes with them regarding what service they offered and only had 28 days of service thru T Mobile .They would not shut my account down saying I had the wrong pin! I Wrong! I have the original paper I will contact them and collection agency now to try to resolve that issue.But Bree did an excellent job courteous and was able to resolve other peoples issues.Thanks Bree,for all your help!

I really wish I knew the girls name who helped me today, but she was a rock star! I went in looking to get a new phone and I was debating between an iPhone XR and an Android. She was very patient and explained to me the differences in many phones and was willing to answer all of my questions. I ended up with a new Samsung, she helped me set up the phone and I left with my device working and all of my old contacts, texts, apps, and entire phone history were transferred to my new phone. While she was setting up my new phone, she also helped other customers, so she was multi-tasking too. Props to this store and great customer service!

Just got the new Samsung S8! The staff at Boost Mobile made it so easy and remained focused on me even with other customers coming in... That meant a lot and I really appreciated that... They went over everything with me step by step and made the entire experience a complete pleasure. Before I knew it they had me in and out of there in no time with a brand new phone. I been a costumer for about a year and I couldn’t upgrade?....never coming to this store I got my deal in another store...I don’t know if the girl didn’t know what she was doing but the manager has to update new people that know what they are doing.

Crystall - Boost Mobile Consultant at Boost Mobile location at:275 Barrington Road, Streamwood, IL 60107.I had the pleasure of working with Crystall on Sunday July 21, 2019 at 11am. I was determined to upgrade my LG Stylo 2 to an LG Stylo 4. After Crystal asked me a few questions with regards to my needs, she determined that the better choice for me would be the LG Stylo 5, because of the increased RAM, while keeping my screen size relatively large. She could have easily upgraded me to their higher priced I-phones and Samsung Galaxy phones, but it was important for her to stay with my requested requirements and budget, which I greatly appreciated.Crystall also took the time to inform me of my boost-up credit that I could use in order keep my out-of-pocket cost low, while maintaining a low monthly payment with my existing plan. She also explained how her location provided discounts on accessories with each phone purchase, which saved me even more money. She provided me with great customer service that saved me money and allowed me to leave her location, as a very satisfied customer!....but theres a sidenote....While her explanations were very efficient, and she displayed great patience with my questions during our approximately 20-minute transaction, there was another customer coming in for service, and I asked them if they needed quick assistant, due to my lengthy questioning, but they declined the offer, because they also wanted to take the time to experience Crystalls helpful professionalism, and patiently waited for her to complete my transaction. This happened with 2 customers that came in during my transaction! I constantly monitored the customers facial expressiins, and they remained positive!With Boost Mobile phone sales being discontinued at Best Buy and Target, local Boost Mobile phone locations are your safest bet. Although Crystall is in school right now, it would behoove of Boost Mobile to recognize Crystall as a staple in the community that she serves, so that she gets promoted through the Boost Mobile organization, so that completion of her school work enhances Boost Mobile instead of another organization that may offer her a better opportunity. This store was very pushy and said I had to purchase a screen protector and case to Boost Up. Then they didnt have the phone that I needed but another local store did and said they would deliver it but I had to purchase a screen protector and case in order for them to bring it. I ended up going to the other store and that was not the case at all. Not to mention I drove 2 hours just to go to a store since they have closed the local ones near me. I had originally chose this store based on reviews and did not get the same experience when it came to Raul.
