Came in for simple upgrade and there was a line of 6 customers with only 2 employees working. Post-Apple event you would think the store would be better staffed…. The employees seemed like they were really doing their best, but I just moved on to another local store and walked right in.
Stephanie the associate there was great she was really informative and descriptive about what to expect regarding their new promotion.Danny, the store manager, always has great staff working for him. Hes been there since I moved into the area, almost 5 years now, and always has a positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills. He always tells you how it is, and tries to make sure you have the best deal and experience possible. Never tries to pressure you to do anything you dont want.Great job all! Keep it up!!
The manager Danny is the most pathetic and unprofessional employee I have ever dealt with. It was definitely not a pleasure meeting him and will not be recommending anyone to tmobile from now on. Told the manager I had hearing issues and terrible memory and that if he would go the extra mile for someone with a disability under the ADA act but all I got was lousy fake apology
If i could give no stars to this location i would. my friend had an incident happen on the side of the store where she was minding her own business in her car and she sees this t mobile employee walking the corner and immediately starts screaming and swearing at my friend, flipping her off and just screaming. Not to mention this happened TWICE!! it was a short girl with short black curly hair wearing at mobile uniform, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS LADY IS! she is harassing t mobile customers and needs to be fired. If anyone knows who this girl is stay far.
The sales people here have no clue what they are doing and literally lie about everything just to make a sale would HEAVILY RECOMMEND not coming here for phone services and help at all its like theyre paying the people here to know nothing its quite outrageous
One of the employees at this establishment, she is a woman with should length dark brown hair, is very rude and unprofessional. I was in the car with a friend of mine when out of nowhere this woman gave my friend a dirty look and started yelling obscenities at her for no reason whatsoever.....Im not sure why T-mobile would hire someone with a terrible character like this but it is highly uncalled for and offensive. I would not go into this T-Mobile and would advise anyone else not to as well. There are a lot of hateful people in this world, save yourself from a bad day and do not go to this place.
They did everything they could to help me with my problem. Hopefully its fixed if not he gave me information on the next step. Quickly conveniently and very politely. A-1 service
Yari, Eddy and Jorge stayed after closing to help me transfer everything from my very old phone to my new phone. It was frustrating because my old phone was so slow that it took forever to do anything, and it crashed when we were 93% of the way done transferring everything to it. But Yari and Eddy were very patient and positive regardless! And Yari made sure everything was transferred and working for me before I left, no matter how long it took. Thank you!
Opened up 4 lines and got 4 iPhones. Thank You Tom the manager very friendly and kind. Explained everything about my bill and showed me what I would pay. Very honest and educated, very hard to find now a days. Will recommend friends and family to switch over to T-Mobile! Thank you from a very happy customer!

I wasnt a customer but the 6ft distance was good and they let me watch the Superbowl while my buddy made a purchase hand sanitizer everywhere, it was clean. The workers were patient and friendly
Love this place! I stopped in on Monday to switch phone carriers and Im so glad I did. With Covid-19 they had a great procedures set to up to help customers. I waited in my car for less than 10 mins. When I went in I was greeted by a sweet girl named Stephanie. Yall let me just tell you she is FANTASTIC! She helped me set up a new account and get 3 phones. She was super quick and helpful. Her coworker Danny was able to help me out too. Im glad I switched over to them. Thank you again Stephanie for helping us throughout the way and going above and beyond on your days off for my family. Keep up the great work!

Horrible customer experience at this location on Sunday. The young lady seemed to be very rude and not willing to listen and help customers at all. Happened not just to me but the customer she was working with before me as well.

This store is so slow. Not sure if the employees are knowledgeable with customer service. I understand people need help learning their phones so it takes time to assist them but what happens to making an appointment? We called, the lady said were not busy but by the time we got there, 10 minutes later, there were 5 groups of people waiting in line! I am still waiting as Im typing this. An hour wait & still waiting. Take appointments. PLEASE! This will give the everyone better use of everyones time. The ironic part of it is this can be done electronically. Technology people. Use it! It works great! Just a little frustrated. No one cares anyway!
Four guys sitting around watching a movie, and I get Abraham, who doesnt want to help me. Offers me one phone option and then decides to get an attitude with me, when I say I dont want to pay that much, what else do you have to offer.

The garbage service I got from here convinced me to switch to Verizon. Was trying to sort out a bill, they said there was nothing they can do over a 20 dollar charge that I had no clue what it was for. I left still without an answer from them. When I mentioned to my wife that we should switch to Verizon, lady behind the counter said Yeah, maybe you should. Amazing the rubbish they hire nowadays. Been with Verizon and loving it. If you want to be happy with your cell service, switch!
Edit 2020:stay away. Not sure what happened in the past few years but I will never come to this T-Mobile store againBy far the best T-Mobile store out there. the gentleman by the name of Bart just helped me I was in and out within just a few minutes he took care of my problem I highly recommend this store to anyone that is in need of T-Mobile Services ask for Bart super friendly awesome guy
Terrible customer service! I went to just pay my bill and waited like usual, no big deal but when a representative came up and asked what I was there for, I replied, just to pay my bill! He said, ok, let me have your name. I gave it to him and he typed it into his device and told me 1 person was in front of me and I said ok! He then went to the back employee lounge and never came back out! I had to wait for 25 min before someone else came to start their shift, I suppose! He came out and by then, there was 3 of us waiting including the person before me who had been there longer than me and the employee went to help the 3rd person in line! Why did the original employee take my name, like I was in line, nobody was on top of their game and what should have taken that employee 1 or 2 min to do before going on his break, he chose to make us all wait! Heaven forbid if customers ever came first at this store!!! No good!
I HATE THIS T-MOBILE!Every time I go into this t-mobile I wait for an hour the costumer service people who have no idea what they are doing half the time. They need to go to college to learn because the people that work there are horrible!My phone wasnt working like it was supposed to and when I went in there they told me that its because I have a 3g phone and to fix my problem I should get a 4g phone.. WHAT!!! I JUST GOT THIS PHONE 2 YEARS AGO AND PAID $600 ARE THEY SERIOUS?ANYWAYS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND T-MOBILE AT ALL. BUT IF U HAVE T-MOBILE DONT EVER GO TO THE ONE ON SUTTON RDBECAUSE THEY SUCK!

I was in today to pickup my t-mobile Tuesday free pair of socks. I am happy with the t-mobile phone service and with the extras each week.

Reason infinity +1 why Amazon will take over the world...My daughter and I stopped by at 6:10 pm on a Tuesday thinking we could quickly purchase a pair of ear buds and a lightning adaptor. We were not acknowledged by either of the two employees present who were helping other customers ( Well be with you as soon as we can would have sufficed.) After 10 minutes, the male employee finished with his customer and without saying a word to us, went outside to the parking lot with his girlfriend. The female employee continued on with her customer without giving us a clue if and when we could be helped. At this point we gave up and went across the street to Target, which was out of lightning adaptors. We went back to the car and quickly ordered what we needed from Amazon with my cell phone.Consumers have choices. If you choose to treat your customers like their invisable, soon you will have no customers.

Never going to this store again. I arrived and I told the employee what Was my problem and she kept cutting me off. Then she started explaining something totally different meaning she wasn’t listening to what I was saying. Then the manager comes up to her and starts talking about the last customer that he was taking care of.
Always super nice and helpful; awesome service but always crowed BUT worth it.

Two of the employees is a hot mess and their guys.
One of the female managers with the blond hair has major issues i would avoid speaking to her about anything important at all costs.
Waited over an hour and when the store was mostly cleared out I was ignored by 3 employees that werent doing anything. No one asked if I had been helped and just helped customers who walked in after me. One employee talked to her friends for about an hour and didnt help anyone.
