Great and respectful stuffI changed my car oil and the price was 32

I came in to get my tire replaced seeing as I had a flat. I bought two tires so my car didn’t rideUneven. Dwayne was the gentleman that helped me and I just want to leave a review to say how satisfied I was with the service I got. He was very nice and took the time to explain different options and such and my vehicle was taken care of without any setbacks. Thanks for helping me out and doing a good job.

The attitude of the staff is extremely poor, Just because Im not a native English speaker，never come here again。

Impossible to get ahold of. Called 8 times today and was waiting for someone to answer the phone for over an hour.. nobody ever answered. Had to call 15 times to get my appointment last time

From when I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and polite. There were a couple people in line so someone from the back came to assist. Very knowledgeable! I didnt wait very long at all went and did shopping then came back and about 10 minutes later they were ready. They apologized for the wait however I didnt have any complaints whatsoever! I would definitely go there again and recommend them!

Worst experience Ive had at any repair shop. I cannot take off work so my pregnant wife went to get two back tires replaced and the old two in the front rotated. When the car was finally looked at, the tech recommend we replace the back two and front passenger side. We only got two done but as I return from work I find that one of the two tires we wanted left on is now gone! So instead of I have three brands of tire on my car now. Will NEVER EVER go back.

Boyd’s the man, best guy they have working on cars back there. Big Ed’s also great behind the counter, he needs more techs though!! Boyd can’t work 24/7!!!!!

Called three times with no answer. Arrived at 9:00, the only technician was already on break. Simply needed a tire change, and it took an hour. I should have just installed the new tire myself. Great price, but very poor customer service. Hours are 7:00-7:00

Good for what it is. Be prepared for long waits at times, but rock bottom pricing may be worth it to you.

The mechanics are nice, good prices, and best of all they do not try to scam you.They do what is needed for the price listed, no more no less. Thats how I like it.However you do need to bring a lot of patience, as it is first come first serve and they are not in a hurry. Last time I was there on Saturday around 1230pm I waited for 30min without anybody showing up at the counter so I just left. Maybe it was lunch time? No sign though :pGet in early and be ready to spend the day at Wall mart :)

I brought my vehicle to this location to have my four tires replaced. Ive instructed the person who wrote up the work order to put the spare tire back in the truck once the brand new tire is in placed. A day later, Ive noticed that the tire employee just placed my spare tire behind the driver seat (and not in the trunk). And when Ive taken the tire out from behind the driver seat to put it back in the trunk, Ive noticed that the spare tire is now flat. Upon closer inspection,Ive discovered that the metal part inside the stem valve of the spare tire was taken out for some odd reason. Now, I had a flat spare tire since it cannot hold air pressure. I had to take some time off from work and drove back to walmart to get this fixed. I spoke to the person who wrote up the work order originally and apologized for the employees work. I was very disappointed but what can i really do but to just take the car back to get my spare tire repaired. oh well

I would give them zero if I could. Waited for four hours just for a tire replacement, but finally they didnt do the work because they didnt figure out how to loose the lug nuts. What a joke. And the manager is rude, looks like Someone owned him 1 million dollars. The other staff are also unprofessional. I would suggest no one go there, Walmart should learn who deserves to get paid.

DAMAGED MY WIFES CAR!! I ordered tires for my wifes car and wanted them to install them. First they couldnt get the lug nuts lose and sent me to Vans across town to have them losen the lug nuts up. That was a very embarrassing trip - but I was told by the very nice lady at Vans that stuff like this (and worse) happens all the time!? Back at Walmart they still couldnt get the wheels of the car! And to make matters worse - their wooden lift broke both side skirts of the car. Those guys arent professionals - they have no idea what theyre doing. Do yourself a favor - go anywhere but there!

Just got through speaking in person to manager of Streetsboro Walmart Auto Depertment about getting a quote on 4 new tires. I left wondering how this guy is employed. No greeting (just a stare), horrible attitude, and he had no idea what he was doing. While he was using the computer to get a quote, he barked orders to his employees in a very disrespectful manner. He could not answer the simplest questions, and it was obvious he did not care about his job. I walked in with money in hand and full intent to get 4 new tires there. I walked out willing to pay a couple bucks more to get it done elsewhere. If the manger is this clueless, I wonder who would be installing my tires.

3 hours and waiting for oil change. 4 cars were supposed to be ahead of me.

Went in for an oil change and 2 tires. Didnt take very long. I went to lunch and returned about 2 hours later and my car was done. Staff was nice and yes a little understaffed but they did a great job.

Long waits and the service hours are a suggestion to them. I went at 6:01 to get an oil change and they said they are no longer accepting services for the night. They close at 7pm and there was only one car in the bay. I ask what the cut off time was to get my car in and they said it varies and can even be 3PM when they start to cut off services.What a crock of s##t. Take your business elsewhere...to a real one.

The person at the desk acted like he didnt want to help me at all. Walked in at 5:40 and they said they couldnt take my simple break light change. Ended up not helping me at all. Had the worst I dont care attitude.

Cant tell you, i had to leave after 3 hours wait and they have turned down my business 3 times, all due to too many cars, not enough lifts

Went to just get a quote for all four tires. Looked at me like I had ten heads when I asked. Decided to look else where. Dont do it.

Make sure you have plenty of time

Hour and a half for an oil change and the only car in the service area. Not reasonable by any means... Anyone else can do it in 20. Wont be back.

They take FOREVER!!

These kind and professional employees took care of my car service just minutes before closing without hesitation. They didnt try to upsell me or give me and BS about the job
