Before contacting Andrews Moving and Storage in Collierville, TN, I was concerned about the work I needed getting done. I called and spoke to Tim Haynes, he reassured me they could do the work. When the team of Kevin, Steve, and Tony arrived, they immediately took on the task of moving two extremely heavy and oversized exercise equipment pieces through a narrow hallway and doors, down steep stairs and into the room we needed them in. These three guys were amazing, hard working gentlemen who came to get the job done and thats exactly what they did. I was in awe as I watched them complete what I had asked them to come for. My new employer has a deal with Andrews so in order for them to cover my moving expenses, I had to use Andrews. They coordinated packing and moving the stuff in my 1 bedroom apartment located 3 hours away (they contracted out to Frisbee Moving in Michigan and Planes Moving in Ohio). My stuff was supposed to be delivered 11 days later. The afternoon before the move, I am told one of the two containers with my stuff is missing and they have no idea where it is. Three days after my original delivery date, they found my stuff. However the earliest they can deliver is in 6 days, which is of course was the day I had do my on-site orientation for work. I asked for another day and I am told they will follow up with movers. I never get a call back (this was Friday). I call back again Monday and am told Thursday is my only option that week; otherwise, I will have to wait another week. So I had to move my orientation. No one was willing to take responsibility for losing my stuff and were inflexible in rescheduling the delivery. They also charged my employer over $4000 for this whole process.

Andrews Moving & Storage did an OUTSTANDING job in handling my residential move in July 2021. The positive experience began up front with Angelo, the Residential Moving Coordinator, coming to my home and quoting the job. His professionalism and can do attitude impressed me right away. I felt that the quote was competitive with 3 other companies that I spoke to; however, Andrews seemed more responsive to my specific needs and more committed to quality! The first phase of the relocation involved moving certain furniture items to Andrews storage. It went very smoothly. I was impressed with the clean condition off the storage area and the movers willingness to carefully wrap each item. The second phase involved moving the remainder of my household items to the new location. The moving crew that handled this phase was outstanding! In fact, they were the BEST that I have seen in over 8 lifetime relocations. They were friendly, highly professional, experienced and FAST! I was completely moved into my new location by 2:00 pm on move day. The new home presented several challenges in moving furniture in tight, inaccessible spaces. The movers were never concerned and handled each challenge with creativity and professionalism! Finally, I felt that the communications before and after the move with the office coordinator, Kaleigh, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very responsive to my many questions! I highly recommend Andrews Moving and Storage!

Brandon and Jeff provided superior service during our recent move. They were on time, careful, and personable. Brandon explained the charges associated in detail so there would be on surprises and we think the cost was very reasonable. We would call Andrews again, without hesitation, if we move again.

I used Andrews Moving during June 2019 for a move from Cleveland OH to Durham NC. I give them a 4.75 rating as there was one issue with the move; they first had to use a shuttle then the van. This was discussed prior to the move and was eventually decided it wouldnt be necessary. The shuttle showed up the day of the move but I was told I wouldnt be charged. Well, there was a significant additional cost for this which I wasnt expecting. After discussing with management, the bill was reduced to my satisfaction. The crew was excellent. They knew their stuff, kept me informed during the entire process and arrived at the schedule time, both loading and unloading. There was damage to one dish and a dining room chair which they reimbursed me for immediately after I filed the claim. Filing the claim was painless. I recommend Andrews Movers (United Van Lines) and will use them for my next move.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully as they loaded my furniture and appliances onto the truck. When we arrived at my new home they were just as careful and efficient. I just love the place

This is more for potential employees than for clients, though it might give insight to their business attitude. I interviewed for a reception position, and it was incredibly pleasant! Mr. Marshall seemed very pleasant and I was incredibly interested in the company after both a phone and in-person interview. I was repeatedly told I would be informed of their decision within a week, out of respect for the stress of a job search. I sent a standard thank-you email after each interview. When more than a week had gone by I sent one final email restating my interest and expressing curiosity over their final decision. When I received no response, I assumed it had been filled and moved on. I was surprised to receive a response two weeks after the promised deadline. Im not upset that I was not chosen, but I am extremely disappointed that they would present themselves as earnestly respectful, as seeking honest and upfront candidates, and cannot stand by the simplest of guarantees. I hope they are able to conduct their business dealings more sincerely than their hiring process.

I have hired Andrews twice now to move into two different homes. From start to finish, it was a good experience, from the office and on-site estimate to the crew on moving day. They have always been extremely professional, right on time and under their estimate. Their crews make one of the most miserable experiences you can have (moving) as pleasant as possible. I appreciate the work they do and would recommend them to anyone needing a good mover.

The service I received was very professional. I received a phone call stating that they would be arriving in 20-30 min which was accurate. When they arrived I informed them that my carpet was a light color and it was brand new and both guys took their shoes off and made sure they didnt damage my carpet. They cleaned up behind themselves and took all boxes with them when they left. Nothing was damaged and I truly liked the service. I will definitely be using this service again in the future. We had an awesome experience with Andrews Moving. They are very professional and courteous. Everyone was helpful and ensured that all of our belongings were taken care of. There was not one scratch on any furniture, and no dings on the walls and woodwork. We also had no broken items. I know you think that’s a given but not everyone treats your stuff with care. They did. They were easy to work with, and were always quick to respond to calls and voicemails. I highly recommend them, and would use them to move again if I ever have to.

I ordered a mattress from Wayfair on 8/27/2018. Andrews has had sitting on there dock since around 9/8 or so. They want to delivery it 9/19/2018. There reason because that is the next time there are in my area. They are just over an hour from me. They are doing nothing to get that mattress to me sooner. Imagine a mattress that myself and my wife will sleep on for the next ten years, sitting on a truck dock for weeks. This is unacceptable. I would not recommended this trucking company. There are much better trucking companies that will do what they can to get the product to the customer when it comes to there dock. I know first hand. Worked for trucking companies for forty years.

We had to use this company for employee relocation. The driver was super nice and informative. One packer looked semi professional the other looked like he just rolled out of bed. While it was nice that they packed things they left a lot behind that they were told to take. Also when moving my furniture they put a hole in my wall and never said anything about it. Hopefully my belongings are ok when they get to their destination.

Would never even consider using them again. Movers were without a doubt not professionals. Feel certain they are hired off the street.They were unkempt looking, clumsy and thoughtlessWe paid for Four hours minimum, but they were anxious to get out after 2-1/2 hours because they had another job to rush to.I used Krupp movers for part of the job...Krupp was great.STAY AWAY from Andrews!!!

My wife and I received three quotes for the local move from our large two-story plus basement home into the smaller home that would better my wife and I after our kids left home. One bid came within a couple of hours of my filling out a web form with information about the house size. The other two sent people out to do walk throughs. I liked both estimators. The actual fee for both of the other two companies was based on the number of hours the crew worked. Andrews estimate was higher, and based on more people working more hours to do the move. As I evaluated the three, I felt that Andrews estimate was probably more honest and likely accurate, so I chose them. They arrived punctually, and the crew of six worked diligently but carefully throughout the day. I was impressed with the care that they took not only with the belongings that they were hired to move, but also with the structure of the homes they were in (i.e. they didnt bang equipment into doorways, etc.). I couldnt have hoped for a more professional crew, a more efficiently coordinated team, or greater courtesy toward my wife and I and respect for our belongings. Despite the amount of care that they took, they were tireless and energetic in their work to the point that I felt I was taking advantage of them because their hard work meant that I was paying less than I would have if they had been slackers. I threw some of the difference into a tip for the crew, and felt afterward that I had received tremendous value for the money. As weve unpacked, we have found no damage or breakage. I cant recommend them strongly enough or convey adequately how comforting it was to have them handling the move. After a very short time with the crew, I was completely comfortable with having them crawling all over the house without my watchful eyes able to see them. Thanks again Andrews!

My movers (Zack Eastman and Brandon Dowler) were amazing! It was clear they cared for my things and packed them all securely and talked me through the process, making me confident in their abilities. Moving is a pain (I dont think anything will ever change that) but they made the process a lot easier.

I was initially impressed that this company was able to accommodate my move with one days notice, and the reasonable quote that they provided. My experience went downhill from there. I was told they could move my motorcycle -- it was actually listed specifically as property to be moved -- but the truck they sent was not set up for moving the motorcycle, so it was not moved. The estimate was 5 hours based on a video walk-through of the small 2 bedroom apartment, the actual time was 8.5 hours (that is a 70% underestimate). Finally, I was told that the movers were not to move anything that was glass from the kitchen, including sealed jars of pickles and wine -- this was news to me. So, ultimately my $600 move will end up costing me over $800 and I still have to make multiple trips back to move the glass items myself. Everyone was kind and professional, but they wasted time trying to figure out the motorcycle issue before they ever started packing/moving and the estimate was not even close, but they did get most of my stuff moved, and I could not have moved it myself with my heart condition.

First time hiring someone to pack and load my place. It couldnt have been easier. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the processes. I would highly reccomend.

I requested a quote and wasnt sure how it would be calculated. My storage was being calculated by weight, even though nothing had been weighed, I received a quote for over six thousand pounds of furniture. I am not sure how one bed and clothing and a sofa, chair and ottoman come to over 6 thousand pounds. At any rate, my quote was in excess of $7,000 for a temp move that was a mile away and storage of remaining furniture. This quote exceeded my other quotes by thousands of dollars, not two thousand, not three thousand, but four thousand dollars. I was very disappointed and felt like I was being taken advantage of as a consumer. How does this happen???

I need to say the Delivery Guys from Andrews did their job and were professional. I can not say the same about the customer service reps tho. I purchased a mattress from online, unfortunately I had to go through them to get it delivered. First, I had to wait over two weeks to get it delivered. Still wondering how does it take take two weeks to deliver just a mattress but whatever. Then I told the customer service rep that I needed to request a delivery after a certain time. Needless to say. She was uncooperative on the request. I even ask for the request two weeks prior to the delivery day but there was no compassion at all. I had to miss OT on a Saturday so I could get my bed. If I had a choice to use them in the future........ Umm.... I wouldn’t because of the customer service reps.

Andrews Moving company was very professional! They arranged a pickup day, confirmed the day before and the driver (Ron Cencer) called within the given timeframe to deliver. Our street is very narrow and a bit of a challenge with a larger truck. Ron was sensitive to the situation and expedited getting the couch into the house. Really appreciated the professionalism and being extra courteous to our neighbors, thanks!

Terrible experience!! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Andrews Moving and Storage lost five boxes of goods. They refused to assist in any manner in trying to locate the missing inventory. They would blame United Van Lines - United Vans lines blamed Andrews. Andrews sold insurance for the goods yet when a claim was filed, they refused to reimburse for the goods. Had to take the claim to arbitration and then Andrews still would not honor arbiters ruling. This company is not professional nor do they honor their commitments. DO NOT believe anything these people say!!!

Bought a mattress from Sam’s club & they use this delivery service, who are supposed to deliver and set up my mattress and box springs. The two guys came to my house and the one just complained the entire time because the mattress had to be taken upstairs. All he kept saying was how much it was going to suck and he was going to be here all day. My boyfriend brought the two boy springs up and it took them five minutes if that to carry the mattress up the steps. Just very unprofessional and annoying to complain about what you get paid to do?

Brandon Dowler, Zack Eastman and Nick Moore were on time, called a few minutes before they arrived, began moving the furniture immediately, and were quickly out of the house. Brandon left his telephone number to call him as soon as the carpet people were finished.He answered his phone immediately, returned in a short while.
