I booked a reservation at Streetsboro but unfortunately was sent to Ravenna where I was treated horribly by Piper. She got upset because she didnt know how to work the tow dolly. Therefore, I called Streetsboro and spoke to Phillip who was willing to help me reserve another transportation dolly. This man called different stores just to help me so I didnt have to drive to Columbus and back in a 20 footer. He offered to direct me on how to use the dolly as well. Although, I was treated poorly at Ravenna, Phillip made up for it with his wonderful customer service skills. Im still waiting in my hotel I had to get for the night, but hopefully things will work out for me.Thanks Phillip! I appreciate your time and consideration.

Phillip McCoy is very unprofessional and I will never give my business to U-Haul of Streetsboro again!! They lie, never answer the phone and dont care about their customers. I have never received such horrible customer service in my life!! Take your business elsewhere if youre smart!! Penske is down the street!!

Reserved a truck for Friday (5-28) on Wednesday (5-26) and I come to pick up the truck to be told they have none available. That theyve booked my truck elsewhere, and never verbally communicated that to me. Phillip McCoy did nothing to help the situation on Friday and pretended to know what his worker did on Wednesday while helping me. Will not book here again because of the terrible, lacking customer service.

Moving from out of state I have spent a lot of time at uhaul for trailers as I refuse to buy one because I dont use it enough. The staff is extremely friendly, explained very detail of every line item, anytime I need a trailer this is my go to place.

It would help if someone would pick up the phone!!

Great experience! Had to haul a motorcycle one way to Columbus. Steven made sure I had everything I needed to transport safely...very knowledgeable and professional.

Last Friday I picked up a auto transport rental from this location. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by Adria (sorry if I spelled your name wrong! 😰). Adria was soooo nice and knowledgeable. There were some hiccups with my reservation and it took a bit to get me on my way but she was patient and kind throughout the whole process. She got my auto transport set up which I really appreciated and I went on my way. The attentiveness and dedication that Adria showed was incredible. Thank you so much for all of your help, Adria! :)

Found one of their phones in the road from a trailer that cut me off. Took the time to go in the road get it for them and bring it to their store. Went inside waited a few minutes found someone outside let him know I found it and I which he says “thanks” and walks away phone says a reward which I don’t care about but I took my time to return your property or you to which their employee seemed annoyed I bothered him with it.

Yes, they ALL were very nice & helpful. But every time I called I spoke to a different person who gave me different info! Seems that they take my info (local office) but it gets sent (electronically) to Traffic (Phoenix) and gets changed. Pick up date, drop off date, location, rate etc. Moving out of state is stressful enough, having to HOPE you have the right truck with all the right data takes it over the top! Please update the lines of communication between offices and computers.

I never write reviews but these guys were life savers. Windshield wiper fluid iced over en route from Chicago to NYC. Dropped by the Streetsboro location and the team immediately ran outside to de-iced me in subzero temps. Incredibly helpful group!

Scheduled a truck for today at 1:00. Was very specific about the pick up time and drop off location. Went to pick up the truck and there was no truck available. They said the people who had it before us is keeping it longer. REALLY? They said they could keep it for 24 hours. Well if that is the case, then how in the world can they rent it to us?!I could have gone to budget in kent, but chose Streetsboro because it was closer - even though Budgets prices were lower. So, they finally find a truck for us in Akron! We have to drive to Akron, back to aurora and back down again! They gave us a 50 dollar discount, but nothing for the $20.00 in miles we will have to put on our car - and the 2 hours wasted trying to get a truck and vehicle!!!! We are missing things tonight, and all they can say is sorry, it is the best we can do. Well the best is pathetic.

Unprofessional!!! Management has a very nonchalant attitude. He shows little concern for customers. I thought it was just me until i heard other customers complaining about how poor his customer service is.

Employees were nice but while i was standing in line i had to listen to them tell other customers how uhaul as a company was stingy. Probably not the best way to handle things with a customer

I made a reservation to pick up a truck at the Streetsboro location on my moving day. I received the confirmation email of my pickup location in Streetsboro the day before my move. I arrived on time to pick up my truck, and they told me that my truck was at Mantua. I pulled out my phone to show them my email confirmation for pickup in Streetsboro, and I just got a blank stare in response. No offer to make it right or do anything at all. I wasted an hour on moving day because of this mess. I will NEVER make a reservation at the Streetsboro location again. Reserve a truck here at your own risk.

Highly unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled and got there, they advised me I didnt have an appointment scheduled. Very disappointing...

Hey,These guys took good care of me.I didnt have rsvp and it was a Saturday, they got me check in and on my way quickly, quicker than I expected too.Drop off was quick also, in and out.

Good service, checked equipment before use and made switch when rental equipment was just not right.

Horrible customer service. To get a answer plan on talking to several different poeple in a big circle to end up at the same place. Watch for unauthorized charges and different stories at the local and national hub. Will never do business with this company again and recommend that you dont either. Hope a higher up listens to the audio tapes that they dont turn over and repermands those that deserve.

Customer service is fast and efficient. Trucks are always clean. Plus they have alot of specialty boxs and free boxs !! Great location
