Manager was super easy to work with! They were efficient and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Ended up being a very low stress experience!

Great customer service from the manager at this location, Aaron. Knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are fair, and the unit was clean. Will recommend to others needing storage. Only outside buildings, no climate control.

This was the only available storage unit in my area at the time of need. I was out of town taking care of a death in the family and was able to book a unit right over the phone until I could make it in person. Great customer service, just wish the prices monthly were a little cheaper :)

It is very poorly maintained. There are vehicles that have been there so long they have sunk into the ground. Weeds are at least 2ft tall.

Awesome place and great service

They are not open during posted hours so you can stop and pay the bill. One day I had make 3 trips there during the hours of operation just to pay the bill.

This USED to be a 5 - star rating. I had to change it to one star as they have been bought out by a greedy company with terrible customer service AND they raised my rates by $30/month.I have had a unit there for years and never had a rate increase until SROA bought this location. This is yet another example of a profit driven company with zero cares about the customer.

They raise their price twice in 6 months. Over 50%!

This is my second time using these storage units. The front desk guy is very friendly, the units are clean and dry, and...thats it. What more could want from a storage place? Great place.

Quick, courteous service & friendly Manager at the location Im using. The Manager even wiped the envelope containing my paperwork with a sanitizer sheet before handing it to me- very professional!

The storage unit was clean and dry. The attendant was very polite and professional. The pavement where the units are was awful. It was hard to navigate through it without hitting large holes.

Very accommodating and the service lady was kind. That is rare these days.

They lie cheat and steal. They stole all of my stuff and lied when confronted about it. No cameras no locked gate. You might as well keep it in your garage with the garage door open.
