Stopped in to get my 4 kids a bear, it was bogo $10 sale. Not as crazy as I thought. Store clean, staff quick, efficient, and friendly. Jessie was awesome, remembered all kids names through the process and was even able to ring us out.

My daughter and I love build a bear. It can be expensive but they are so darn cute. Such great staff any store ive went to. So friendly and helpful and patient. You know because sometimes its so hard to choose! I have my own collection as an adult. And yes I still did the silly stuff with my heart to put in my animal and hugged it to see how huggable it was but you dont have to.. no age limit to being a big kid there. They do birthday parties there and my niece did girl scouts party there.

This place is so much fun for kids and adults alike. Many different fun choices, not just bears. Have to experience a building yourself aleast once, and youll be hooked.

Great place to buy and costuming your gifts. Be warned that by entering this store your inter child wakes up. To workers does their best to bring the teddy bear to life. They check to make sure that it is soft enough and they put the heart inside. This is something that will make your child bond instantly to the teddy bear. They have different cherecter bears anything from princess to starters. Great shop!!!!

Its my 23rd birthday.. every build a bear ive ever been to been amazing, this one was very special!!! i got a pikachu and the lady gave me a special birthday sticker and we did the heart ritual and i almost cried bcs it was so sweet

The girls working were so helpful and really made the experience super fun for my baby. Never a complaint!! Keep up the great work

Horrible customer service,it was national teddy bear day yet tix online sold out but look at ss i took said free bear ears, ect,, we were offered NOTHING Even though we spent $145 I had to ask for sticker, smfh,, i had horrible c.s. here b4I wont go back to b.a.b.

I got a gift card from my boyfriend for Easter and I had so much fun building a bear. I had never gone before and so he wanted me to try it out. It was so thoughtful of him. The workers were amazing and super friendly. The girl stuffing the bear seemed down but we all have those days. The prices weren’t too bad and I have a little leftover if I decide I want another one in the future.

This store was clean and having a great Presidents Day sale. The staff member Kristine was fantastic. We went on a Monday and crowds were light. We attempted to go on Saturday, but lines were out the doors and barely moving. The staff working that day were stressed and rude. We ended up leaving and had a much better experience on a weekday. Our children are 4 and 11, both boys. They were out of Spiderman outfits, but Kristine offered to order them and they could be shipped free of charge to our home. We go to Build-a-bear frequently, although not always this location. We will most likely come again.

Fun for kids

The prices of these bears have skyrocketed. It was $120 for 3 bears and 3 accessories. It took 10 minutes for the entire experience for 3 kids not worth it. However the stuffed animals are high quality.

I love going to Build A Bear - whether as a gift or with my kids - its a great experience. And the staff at Strongsville is so nice and friendly. Not everyone has patience to wait on little kids but they have a great team who is so kind and sweet to the kids. They are very good at letting the families shop and not getting your kid excited too early before you even know if youre buying something. LOL And thats important!! The store setup is also fun and leads the kids through a fun journey.

They come up with specialty beers. Then dont tell you that you can only get them online. Then theyre sold out from that point on, with false pretenses that they will have them restocked. Well never waste my money with this company again

Today on January 4th at 4:30ishpm i came in to have a box installed in a bear, The person who helped me whom also claimed to be the manager deleted the recording, Not only did i share to please double check about making sure it was on play before she pressed the button but i shared that we had that mailed by my mother whom has cancer from Denver.Not only did she not check but she deleted it and then made me check if there was sound i pressed it to only be heart broken that the voice of my mom is gone.Not only was she rude but offered no solution, help, possible compensation or even empathy to the situation. She did not even try to talk to any one else to see if here was somethings in the store they could do or online. She was heartless.I get it .. it was busy and loud but this literally broke my mothers, sons and my heart.A bit of the frustration behind this.My mother is very ill with cancer and in november we went to the store in Lakewood, Colorado in Denver to buy 6 voice boxes to record before we left shortly after back to ohio. We discovered that due to one not being off it was erased... On Black friday we got 6 bears that were stuffed with loved and prepared all those employees were so nice in the strongsville store and they advised that i can mail the box to my mom and then come to the store to get it in the bear. Cool.Sent it back to my mom with a return shipping label that was a bit pricy cus we wanted it to be able to not inconvenience her to have to go out side to drop it off since her chemo makes her body super fragile.She recorded and we had a delay but still gave the babes his bear.. When we got it back i was excited to get it back in so my kid did not feel left out as we had given his sister, cousins and aunt a bear with her voice as she is ill and might not have the chance to do this again.back to the clerk today i get it mistakes happen but it was the lack of customer service and care that am upset of.. to me my mothers voice and that box was sentimental and to her it was just another customer in her day of kids and parents that might be stressful i get it..but the fact that she did not even show compassion help or love was the worse feeling.i did call the 1800 number and spoke to them about it and they did more then show help and love and understanding (more then this woman in the store did) but am still going ahead and leaving a review on this due to the fact i dont see her being spoken too ...I just want her to be more cautious some of us dont have the ability or money to afford these things and when we do they are really important to us mistake do happen but having manners and a way to resolve issues is what makes customer service.thank you for listening.i hate to bother and complain and usually i could not if my mother was healthy and able...

My daughter loved the bear she got for her little brother. We used the voucher they gave us at the pay your age event and with a coupon we ended paying like $10 for a bear and outfits. We had a good experience with customer service.

Get experience for kids wish it was alittle more affordable for parents who cant spent alot on one toy. But its worth it to save up for your kids.

Love bringing my kids to build a bear. Bought Sky from pawpatrol and got home and noticed the stitching was horrible. So now the fluffy stuff is coming out. I dont have a build a bear near me. We were visiting family in Ohio and stopped to the mall. Im highly disappointed.

WAy over priced stuffed animals that you can get at walmart for for $5.00. Super nice workers there though.

The associate that helped our 2 daughters last night was not friendly at all! (There were only 2 employees there on a Saturday evening!) She stuffed their bears with zero communication. They had no decision in where the sound was being put no choice in how soft or firm their bears were and to top it off she tore one of the bears arm off while stuffing it. Then instead of replacing the bear she did a terrible repair job which forced us to come back today and replace it because the arm fell off during the night. These bears were for their Birthdays and they had a terrible experience. :-(
