VERY NICE JEWELRY AND VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAVE TOP QUALITY JEWELRY. I BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL RING THERE 6 YEARS AGO AND GAVE IT TO MY SON AND HE TOOK IT BACK TO GET IT SIZED FOR HIS FINGER AND MY SON WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THE RING I GAVE MY SON IS A VERY EXPENSIVE NICE RING.
This store has an unwelcoming team.The personal is snobby with clients.Although the jewelry is elegant and stylish but needs better crew to promote it as its $$.

I went into this store to get a couple of charms and was helped (for lack of better words) by a women named Maria. She was super rude and very disrespectful towards me. She made it very clear that she shouldn’t be helping me and that one of her associates should be instead. Every time I would ask her to take a charm out so I can look at it she would roll her eyes and mumble something under her breath. I will never go back to this store again and I warn everyone that does to be prepared for the worst customer service possible. This store is very unprofessional!!!!!!!!
Love this location! I came in and Lisa assisted me. She was very professional and knows her job well! She most def. knew what she was talking about and is a great asset to this company. When i come back i want her to assist me! Will return and hope Lisa is there!
I give this location 5 stars only because I love the jewelry. This location gets a negative 1 in stars from me when it comes to their customer service. I visited this location yesterday to pick up a charm for my bracelet that wasnt available at another location (Beachwood mall). My name and number was provided to ensure that I was on my way. Upon entering the store I went directly to the register. There were to women close by helping customers that looked directly at me but did not acknowledge my presence. One woman (Lacie) came to the register to look through a book standing directly in front of me but said nothing. I forced her to acknowledge me by saying hello, she said hello back then walked away. Another woman (Emily F) came to the register doing the same thing but never said a word to me then walked away when she was done as well. Finally, a woman (Emily S) came out of the back room and I went to her immediately. I let her know my experience so far which she apologized for and proceeded to help me. I told her that I understand the store was busy but that doesnt mean that the waiting customers should be ignored. They should have acknowledged my presence with a hello and told me that someone would be with me but that did not happen. Lacie was very nice and professional and IF I ever visit this location again it will only be if Emily S is working.

The assistant manager Jennifer couldn’t be more rude to me today. So disappointed as I’m always buying pandora in this location. Even with her rudeness I still bought what I was looking for, but the experience was horrible.
This outlet of Pandora is located inside Southpark Mall and has a good selection of accessories at all price ranges. Friendly and attentive staff.

Overall, the staff is always rude to me when I go in here. I wait around forever to be helped, and when someone finally comes to help me, our conversation is filled with sighs, eye rolls, and im-not-sure’s. It’s the same people who consistently do the same thing. Other incidents have happened here and there. For example, I wanted to make a purchase the other day. To make a long story short, the girl didn’t believe anyone was helping me, thought I couldn’t afford the item, and sold it to someone else RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME instead. Absolutely disgusting. I walked right on out of there and drove to another location that provided me EXCELLENT customer service. I refuse to give my money to rude, demeaning people. Hands down one of the worst Pandora’s I’ve been too. I hate how it’s the closest to me. I’ll only go in there when one specific person is working. She’s the only nice one and cleans my rings well.

Its not bad and my wife likes it, but their prices went up and $75 for a tiny silver bracelet charm is getting kind of crazy.
The workers here are unprofessional and inconsistent and their policies are awful and are not followed by all of the employees. I wanted to exchange a ring I got and had no issue doing it. A couple weeks later I wanted to exchange a different ring and the girl told me it’s against their policy to exchange rings after an hour’s wear. I explained that I have previously exchanged before and all she said was “oh she shouldn’t have.” I get places have policies but they should be consistent! Today I went and I had a $20 store credit that I assumed was on my account but it turns out I had to have the 2” piece of receipt paper showing my store credit. For being a popular jewelry business, it’s super unprofessional. I won’t be returning to the Strongsville location.

I came up here with my daughter and little cousin, to get my pandora bracelet fixed, which was a special gift from my boyfriend. I had a heart clasp, which worked perfectly, I had put it in its box and next time I went to go wear it, it wouldnt close at all for me. I simply asked if she could just take a look at it and let me know how to go about the rest and even offered to give her my pandora information so she could see if my bracelet was under warranty. She didnt even give me the time of day. I handed her my bracelet and she messed with it for one second then said theres nothing we can do about this, you have to take it to another location. We arent going to help you. Youll most likely have to buy a new band. And she wouldnt even look my account up or anything. It was very unprofessional and sad that I couldnt even get help for something so basic. She wouldnt even tell me why my bracelet wasnt closing at least. Sad sad sad... love pandora but the employees arent professional at all!Update: Despite the situation that had happened with one of the employees, I received a call where I talked to the manager and we discussed what happened and she also made sure she helped me with the issue I was having regarding my bracelet. The manager, Maria, was very professional and made me feel comfort in the situation and Im very grateful she took time out of her day to talk to me about the situation and assured me that this would never happen again. Thank you so much to Pandora and Maria for helping me.
Rude, disrespectful and lazy. All I went in for was a cleaning and had nothing but a headache when I was leaving. Left with my bracelet looking the same as it did when I went in after it being left there over an hour.
