My family and I recently visited this Verizon store to purchase a phone and two wearable devices for my kids. We had the pleasure of being helped by Patrick. I can sincerely say that Ive never had a better customer service experience. Pat took the time to understand our needs and explain the advantages of different devices. Verizon is now an overpriced do it yourself online, with no customer service. If theres a problem, youll be on hold for 45 minutes before being able to talk to a person. Then there unknowledgeable personal tells you to go online to get answers.

Christian at Verizon was very helpful to me yesterday when I was upgrading our company phone. He didnt mind setting me up with the necessary apps needed to transfer data and even allowed everything to transfer before I left and laid out my.options for all phones. Awesome.place and awesome dude!

Corporate Excellence - Verizon is a great example of corporate excellent during this time of health crisis. They ask you to wait outside. You must have a face covering. Customers are allowed in only when there is someone to help them. First thing,they ask you to sanitize your hands. Plexiglass separates employees and customers. All transactions are touchless.Customer Service - Trevor W was extremely helpful walking us through the current rates and helping us decide which best fit our needs.

Two stars simply because the guy...wish I remembered his name, refused to help me and lied to me, but at least he could have been nastier about it? Wasnt friendly though. Store itself looks very nice. I went after being told I should by customer service over the phone. I had recently reactivated my service but had no phone as my old one was sold off. I was told by Verizon over the phone if I went to a corporate store, they could at least give me a SIM card (the new phone I ordered is backordered until early August) that I could pop into an old phone since Im paying for the service but wont get my new device until August. I was told Id have to wait for the new phone, because there was simply no way to access my account as they send pins via SMS (which btw isnt the most secure way to handle that especially with the increase of SIM spoofing) I couldnt access the number or my account at the time either. I was frustrated and explained that it was kind of stupid for that to be the only way they can authenticate my account (I didnt believe it, but I didnt want to be rude either..I called the policy stupid, not the employee and emphasized that..but maybe I shouldnt have let out my agitation like that) So then because I realized he had no interest at all in helping me...I assume because there was going to be no commison..or the store was closing in an hour...I asked if they would at least SELL me a non-activated SIM so at least my trip would not have been a waste and I can just work with customer service to activate. He told me no...and then his excuse was that I needed a phone to activate it with anyway...I literally had two phones in my hands I could have activated (an unlocked N20 Ultra and an old Verizon iPhone SE), though in all fairness, he didnt even bother in the smallest to even ask or delve deeper..But thats no excuse for not being able to SELL me a SIM...I didnt ask for it for free...I wasnt even asking him to help me any further since it was obvious he didnt want to...nope.Sure enough I was pretty agitated, so I called up Verizon and after a 40 minute hold, I spoke with a WONDERFUL rep. She apologized and was confused by what happened, so she asked me if I would feel comfortable going to an authorized reseller closer to me, and she actually stayed on the phone the whole way. I got to the Authorized dealer...and guess what? He was able to get into my account and help me without needing to send an SMS pin...he used my email. Then they normally charge about $20 for the SIM but knocked down the price to $1, and even then the Verizon Rep credited it to me. They got the SIM activated and its now in a phone I can use until my new one comes. Oh and the best part...the Verizon Rep told me that she could SEE the dude who refused to help me by claiming he couldnt get into my account, had actually been in the account. I guess there is an audit trail, which makes sense. So to that guy who couldnt even help me in the slightest, I certainly hope you arent a manager because you should be demoted immediately and maybe in a position where you can do inventory and not be around customers. I was two seconds away from cancelling my service all over again, but Cellular Sales in Stuart, and a helpful Verizon Rep went above and beyond...where as at this store, they didnt even meet the bare minimum. No offense to the one other dude working there, I didnt work with him, but I want to assume I just spoke with the bad seed of the store. Also noted was aside from one other customer that was being helped by the other guy. I was the only other customer in the store...so to be made to feel like I was wasting his time was even more of an insult. I had assumed that being a corporate store, the standards for customer care would be higher than an individually owned and operated reseller, but I was proven wrong, so thank you for the valuable lesson.

Shawn, the big douchy looking guy probably has the worst customer service “skills” I’ve ever seen in my life. The most unhelpful and rude person I’ve ever met in retail. Learn to train your employees because this is the 2nd time I’ve been in that store and dealt with the same guy and both times he was an A**hole.

Not helpful. They are surrounded by super computers but they are lazy and dont want to work. They make you call Verizon to set up a plan and then Verizon doesnt answer without the code they dont give you In the store. Switched to att and t the sound on my calls isnt as good but at least they actually help you.

Went in to change carrier and cell phones on a company account. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of new phones and electronics. Wait times were good especially for a weekend. I Purchased a Samsung S20 and had it set up at the store. The phone didnt install most of txt messages during transfer, talk to txt wasnt working as well as some other tech issues that couldnt be resolved . I returned to store . I was assisted by Larry, who provided superior customer service. Spending time with me he resolved all issues and explained everything. Larry is professional, knowledgeable, kind caring and made me feel very comfortable.

Had to go back to Best Buy to get the help we needed with a VERIZON phone. Guess being a faithful Verizon service customer means NOTHING. These guys are always helpful here. I have bought about 6 phones here over the years. Since this is a corporate store they know what they are doing and have a great on hand stock. They also have plenty of accessories to choose from. As for Verizon itself no cell service is even close in reliability, they cost a little more but well worth it in my opinion. Currently running the Pixel 2 which is a truly amazing phone and comes with base software and no bloatware.

Commendable and appropriate service for all things service provider, this location is additionally a registered store that works directly with Verizon. this means any needs you might have can be handled by the staff on site with minimal issue although you may have to wait to be addressed by staff if they are short handed by a busy day.

My daughter came in for a possible upgrade, SPOKE WITH BRAD. Brad started to flirt and make my daughter feel un comfortable! somehow when he was doing something with her phone he texted himself to my daughters phone! After the days went by his little text messages started to grow and he continued to try to meet up with her mind you my daughter is 15 years old and he is at least 30!!I can going to more detail about this miserable man that became desperate but I won’t do that mind you the police said they couldn’t do anything because the text weren’t enoughI have wrote to Verizon and I have since taking my business elsewhere do not bring your daughter around Brad from Verizon Jensen Beach!!!

This is a good priced basic phone. The Roosevelt bridge location 900 Federal Highway is fine. No pressure to buy and you can take time to think about the choices.UPDATE 3/2018They remodeled and just put up the new billboard sign out front.However, the salesman at the one north of this location near Michaels did tell me another phone had 68GB when it only had 16. Please watch that you verify everything that they say.

Ive been a Verizon customer forever. Ive converted so many ATT and Sprint users to them because of their cell coverage areas. Im probably the most loyal customer theyve had. My husband and I went there a few day ago to upgrade his iPhone 6 to the 11 max pro. When we were in the store they said their wifi is weak...take the phone home to set it up. I said for $1,249.00 I wanted to make sure everything was transferred Ok. In addition, we spent another $700 for accessories. It took 2 hours, I know they were frustrated because they wanted to sell more product to other customers and it was apparent to us.We went back today for another reason that isnt important to this review. My husband and I still purchased the new I watches at the store. Again, our agent said the wifi isnt working...I questioned how do you have a store if you cant support your technology? We took them home, had to assembly them with no support. I called the store and said I was disappointed and the rep said Verizon wants to empower clients to do this on their own. Im great with technology, what about others that arent.The worst part is I went on-line and found out if I ordered on-line it would have been less expensive and the set up charge would have been $20 vs $40 for our watches...the rep didnt tell us this nor did he help us...another rip off.Buyer be ware and ask the questions I didnt.

This store is an absolute JOKE! Including the General Manager Shawn. They will promise you things and tell you any kind of lie to make you get what they want so they can make comission. Then after fighting back and forth for weeks, come to find out its a lie the store manager cant hold up to and you have to return your products. I would never trust these guys. Its all a lie and a scam. Just so they can make money off of you. I would deal with Verizon customer service instead of an individual store. And NEVER this one! Shawn and Tony are a JOKE!

Although I still pay a fortune for my Verizon service and I dont expect that to ever get better, these guys are really terrific in helping me get the best value that I can get. I really like Verizon because when I go places, my phone works. You cant say that for a lot of the other providers.

Ok, so I rarely write reviews, but feel that I must in this case. On Black Friday, Verizon likes to run “specials”. This is the third time now where they made promises and offered “credits” to get the sale at Christmas time. Then I spend the next several months fighting and clawing trying to get the Verizon store to make good on their word. Of course the day of the sale they tell you “oh this credit could take 2-3 months to show up on your bill” and of course by the third month when nothing shows, when you go to the store to get it resolved, suddenly, everyone has amnesia and can’t remember what they promised you. I have called, texted and visited the store on several occasions to try to resolve, but now several months later (and the store has only partially resolved), I have to give up and write a bad review for this store. I would like to say the issue is unique to this Verizon store, but unfortunately, a very similar situation has happened to me now 3 times at 2 different Verizon stores. So this leads me to believe this is how Verizon does business. I am hoping this review will possibly help the next person to beware- get what they are promising in writing! Do not take their word for what credits they say they will give you to get your business!! BEWARE!

Pushy, Buy It now Sales staff. Not especially Informed either-unless that was A way to push the sale I left with my old phone. Not impressed. And I had to WAIT for 15 minutes to even talk to someone, even the, walking in, I was actually pretty Certain about what I wanted to buy. To say the Customer service at this location is atrocious is an understatement . They scammed me & lied. I wanted to do the buy one get one special on the s9+ & was told it would cost me less to renew contract & get upgrade for $60.00 PER PHONE + taxes on full amount. Which I did. Now I received a bill saying I have to pay the monthly fee for both phones full price, not even the buy one get one that was on special. They are liars, thieves & totally untrustworthy - beware NEVER USE THIS STORE!

Poor customer service. Told me they couldnt apply the bonus upgrade that to 64gb to my edge plus phone without trying. I insisted they do it and it went through. These jerks need real training. Im really surprised Verizon doesnt do a better job training their employees better. Teach these people sales edict. I will use the other Stuart store or Saint Lucie West store from now on.

The employees there have changed. I was told that a specific phone had features that it did not. The employee seem to be trying to impress the manager and tried to upsell me on product that I did not need and said so. Meanwhile the phone was all wrong and I had to go through many hoops to try to adjust the situation to find the proper phone. I had to deal with Verizon directly because the experience with this employee at the store was so bad. When I visited the store, I needed my information transferred from my old phone to a new phone that was an upgrade that turned out to be junk and while I watched the employee do it for an iPhone x customer when it was time for it to be done for me he told me to just go home and do it. He did not want to spend time with me because he wanted to make commission on sales with other customers. Verizon supposedly has the best service and Ive been a customer for a very long time.

A service that they should have been able to complete, (switching devices on the same number, which you can do in-store through metro for $15,) they said they couldnt don I dont understand. An untrained monkey can switch devices. Waste of gas and 15 minutes. Just to be told yea, I cant do anything like, the dude who greeted us and checked us in couldnt tell us they couldnt do anything? Had to make us sit there and waste our time? Ridiculous. This is why I stick with metro. Hassle free, and quick as hell.

They scam you into buying stuff by lying.Guy that works there, Alex, talked me into buying some kind of diagnostic device even though I didn’t need that stating that it would make my monthly bills lower. What happened was just the opposite and I was stuck with higher monthly charges for 2 years until the device was paid off.
