This is a cool little Starbucks, not much space, but the service is good and the Wi-Fi sufficient to handle my business needs while sitting at the table. The environment was calm, quiet and professional. The staff was friendly and the dining area and restrooms were clean and well cared for, the parking lot was easily accessible and there was ample parking as well, this is easy to find easy to access and easy to enjoy location and if you need to do some work while having a good drink to fuel yourself for the rest of the day I would recommend this Starbucks for friendly delicious service and internet access if you find yourself in town in need of these things.

Great customer service. Well managed. Clean, too! My only issue: no recycling. Starbucks uses so much paper and plastic. Please help support Martin County and provide recycle options for all the plastic we consume. We are spending quite a pretty penny for the coffee!

This is hands down the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of something, or even closed with no warning during regular business hours. Today they stated they could only do espresso drinks and no refreshers. Not a problem for me as I stick with the white mocha - but shocker, they’re out of that and regular mocha. As a former partner with the company, I know that when one store is out of something they run to another location to borrow. They had no excuse because I went further to the Cove Rd location and ordered no problem. Don’t waste your time here

We have a couple workers who were very nice and overall the experience was great! We especially like the workers Brayden, Mark, and Pedro.

Love the team here! The only thing keeping this review from being 5⭐: outdoor seating area was messy. Since the inside seating area isnt open, guests are taking advantage of outside seating. And more people sitting at the tables = more spills, stray napkins or cups, more trash added to trash cans, etc. It would be great if the outdoor seating could be wipe down more frequently and trash cans emptied more regularly.

I mobile ordered 15 minutes ago. I arrived at the store 10 minutes ago. Ive watched three people come in the door, order, and leave before they even started my order just now. Why did I bother mobile ordering if ordering in person was going to be faster? This is not the first time this has happened over the last 6 weeks that I have been paying attention.

Visited Starbucks in Stuart. The staff was very busy, but so very polite. Short wait for my food. Will dedinately go back.

Sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes and they decided to close as we were approaching the window. The day before the line was so long (and not moving) we waited for 10 minutes and decided to leave.

Very kind and courteous employees. They toke our order and got us back out pretty fast. Of course the coffee was spot on.

Issue after issue. I frequent this Starbucks because it is the closest to my work & there is always some sort of issue. Whether its drinks made incorrectly or them not finding an entire mobile order. Tonight I ordered my drink ahead on the app & when my coworker went to pick it up the staff told her that they decided to close early & the app wasnt updated. They then proceeded to tell her she could either come back tomorrow or go to the britt rd location regardless of the fact that our drinks were paid for in advance. They also did not refund either orders.

Employees stop service early, went through the drive thru no one answered and went to the front door door was locked. Check the operation hours suppost to close at 9:30pm.

This Starbucks location discriminates against people with medical conditions who cannot wear face masks. They will serve you a drink outside but you are not allowed to step foot inside the establishment or brouse their merchandise if wearing a face mask causes a serious harm to your health. Good luck trying to buy your grandmother a Starbucks mug this Holiday Season if you have COPD, Asthma, or a mental illness that face masks trigger.

Note to myself and others: just go to cove or jensen. This place cannot handle their drive thru, plain and simple. You will get stuck in the lane waiting for 20 minutes or more just because theres two or three cars, its really not acceptable when drive thru is half the foundation of their business model. And no, this isnt a problem suddenly because of pandemic restrictions, its been like this for years because the franchise moves the good employees out of this store and sends the worst ones in from other locations. They need 25 minutes or more to get a mobile order ready! As an anecdote, they took my order, 10 minutes later im at the window and pay, another 10 minutes later they come back and say we cant make what you ordered its out of stock, so she made me something else, didnt apologize, and didnt refund me the difference between what I paid and what I got. No more second (or twentieth) chances for this place from me.Also to the anti-masker who reviewed before me, stay home. No one wants your dirty and selfish hands around food and public spaces, sincerely someone with asthma AND a mask AND a brain.

This Starbucks is so slow. I got stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes before 1 car even moved. I called to ask if there was an issue and was told that it’s a pretty average wait time. Took between 15-20 min to get through for 1 coffee that I ordered in advance on the app. 🙄There are curbs and bushes on both sides.. so once in you’re stuck.

Stopped by this morning - two trash cans outside were full and needed to be emptied, outdoor table tops were soiled from spills, and thechai tea frappachino not right

I love the Starbucks on US 1 in Stuart, FL. They are so kind and really bend over backwards to go above and beyond for you.They are all happy and cheerful even at 5am. Really appreciate them.

I really needed some coffee and ordered one of my favorite coffee drinks. If you have a sweet tooth then this drink is for you.. white raspberry mocha. Try it sometime. They do a great job making it! Its good... real good... Love it!

We love coffee & chi tea. Yesterday we had the chi tea and bacon gouda breakfast sandwiches. Amazingly good. We love the drive thru when were out running errands; very convenient. Try it!

Only been here once, the coffee and chicken bacon sandwich were great. I dont normally get food but it was surprisingly good. The store wasnt crowded and the time to get my stuff was quick.

Not my favorite Starbucks. Lack of professionalism. 50% of the time they dont fill my cup to the top when ordering in drive through. The flavors of the beverages are consistent with Starbucks though so I will still order from this Starbucks if I really need a cup and there isnt anything else on the way. However, most times I will go out of my way to get a cup from another Starbucks.

Once again I cant believe I am leaving a 3 star review for a Starbucks. It was 3 oclock on a Saturday and there were absolutely no seats due to people on free wifi with an ice water or smallest cup of coffee. On the comfortable seating two guys were talking with feet up on other 2 chairs. I ordered two decaf iced coffees and manager was making them. It was so odd he made them almost 5 minutes apart and they were the exact drink, same order. Milk and sugar area was a mess and overflowing garbage from that area as well as ladies room. This is not Starbucks standard. I hope they clean up a bit. This location is notorious for the same challenges.

I typically frequent this Starbucks because of the great service, namely that of Renee and Dennis. Both work hard to get your order right and also with a great attitude and smile. When Renee and Dennis are working this place is 5 stars. So why the 3 stars?..... Last week I went and sat outside. The place was a mess; although no smoking signs posted, there were many cigarette butts all over the ground (see photo); pretty dirty outside. Then I go inside to order- no Renee and no Dennis - uh oh. I wanted to order a blueberry scone however there were 3 flies in the case. I mentioned that to the barista and she said oh, we will throw out the entire case.- what a waste of food but understandable- what I didnt understand was why wasnt anyone trying to remove the flies or better yet have a better system to access case items to prevent flies from entering in the first place. I placed my order and all the baristas seemed in a state of confusion- no passion in what they were doing- no smiles. From now on, I will stick with Renee and Dennis at the drive thru. This store needs some TLC from the manager.

I consider this my Home Starbucks, and for very good reason! The location is convenient, the staff is super-friendly and always remembers my name and drink order, and (perhaps most importantly) the coffee is simply divine. They deliver prompt and courteous service, fulfill any and all weird requests I may have, and I always leave with a smile on my face. When you need your caffeine rush, you could certainly do worse than the Monterey Rd Starbucks!

This specific location has quickly become my go-to starbucks. I literally go out of my way every time I come here for the quick, friendly service and the always perfect drinks (I pass 3 other SBs on the way to this one)! Ive given it about a month and have had a pleasant experience each and every visit! Thank you for your hard work, it is definitely paying off 😊

They can not make coffee. They are so slow that it takes about 20 minutes to get through the drive threw just to get to the order screen. Not worth it.
