I would have given lower if possible. DO NOT BUY. I went to get a 3rd appraisal and browse. They offered me practically nothing and did not even look at the ring nor inspect all the while claiming it was worse than it’s verification. Then when I naturally disagree and go to leave they said: “That’s how it is.” No customer service or common courtesy.

EXTREMELY RUDE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. the lady I talked to refused to speak to me, just declaring No and I am not the person to speak to. I asked to speak to someone else, and she was very rude to deny that request as well as hanging up on me.
