Bought a few items from them. They also did a transfer for me. Nice well stocked shop, staff are knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. Also, they didn’t gouge people when AR’s were in short supply. Many dealers always put silly prices on stuff when things are in the news. These guys are great and I absolutely recommend them.

Not very friendly or helpful. However I went through with attempting to purchase a gun. 3 hours later I was contacted that I was a not approval. I was already assumption I would not have to worry about money or anything they didnt mention anything about it but a week and a half later I find out that they took my money and they made no attempt to give it back to me I had to reach out to them and thats why Im giving them one star.

When it comes to deals on decent firearms and having a huge variety of accessories,tools,service and magazines as well as ammunition they have the hard to beat prices compared to all of the 2nd amendment stores I notice in stuart florida example I went to one gun store that was selling a magazine for 200$ with taxes they were selling it for 125$ with taxes as well as that a firearm I bought from one store up the street for 505$ they were selling for 200$ Less I honestly didnt want to make this review because of how great there competitive prices are but I would rather a lot of good upstanding citizens have the ability to protect themselves and us look out for one another then just one of us trying to look out for all of us

American Defense quickly became my Go-To LGS. They consistently have the best prices around, maintain a healthy stock of guns, ammo, parts, and accessories, will order anything one wants, are knowledgable, and are always helpful.Their shop is a low key place. If you are into slick, high pressure sales people or like being on the receiving end of condescending attitudes, you will probably want to shop somewhere else. This is not that place.One last thing - there are nearly always a few boxes of cookies on the counter. I mean, why not?!

I went here with a friend who was trading up to a more preferred weapon system. Their selection is huge and well organized for such a small store. Long time customer been shopping here since 2012. Great prices/selection on both used and new guns as well as ammunition. Theres a sense of family in the store, more so than any chain or local competitor store. If you are lucky they even have snacks. Never pressure you into buying anything you dont want or need. Great store for seasoned shooters and newcomers alike! Life long customer! Have acquired $3000 worth of guns from this store and never had an issue or negative experience. Nothing worse than a gun store with a patronizing staff and this is certainly not one of them.

Their prices are competitive and they have a big variety of items to purchase. Matt spent 45 min helping me pick new rifle mounts for my gun and also went a step further and put them on and bore sighted it for me free of charge. I am not known to be a fan of guns. They always made me nervous. The guys at American defense changed that. My son is a very good shot and I wanted to go shooting with him to support his hobby. The guys at American Defense made me comfortable and gave great prices on everything we needed. I wont go anywhere else. Everyone I know locally goes to American defense.. They wont go elsewhere. Support the locally owned operations! They need us and we need them!

If they do not have an item in stock, they will order it right away and locate it for me. They have great prices and I have enjoyed looking around their store. They worked with my local gun shop up here in Wisconsin and delivered my order in a very timely fashion. This is a well run lgs. Knowledgeable and honest staff...prices are good, you will not pay over street price here competitive with even the large online retailers. You can tell the staff has been around guns for a long time big difference between some of the dopes @ other lgs i have encountered.

American Defense is definitely my weapon shop. I love spend time trading weapons on the web, looking for special deals. I have had always hard time and kind of rude attitude by local FFL dealers because i was not buying from them. Not with American Defense staff. They are always helpful and very nice. I have bought only one gun from them, but I try to return the favor buying there all the rest i need. In the .22 ammos current crisis they have always a box available for me. They are also conveniently at only 1 mile from my business. Go there and buy confidently, you will find professional support and experts knowledge.

I had never been in their shop until about a year ago. A friend of mine wanted my opinion on something he was considering purchasing, so we went in... Since then, Ive purchased several firearms from these guys, and they are my goto FFL dealer as well. I live in 45 min south of their location, but drive to Stuart because theyre all great guys to deal with, super helpful... Plus, its a good reason to have lunch at King Neptunes in Port Salerno...
