I was looking for a specific gun which was hard to find. I sent an email on Sunday to the address given on their website asking if they had one. I got a response in about an hour saying they had one and where to go on their site to order it. I did and the gun was shipped first thing Monday morning. I picked it up about 12 PM Tuesday at the Dealers. It could not have been any quicker or easier.

Whether I’m in there for ammo, parts, and/or a new firearm they are always informative about what the product is best suited for which always is beneficial to making sure you get what you want. Suppressive fire is truly an amazing company there custom service is beyond exceptional. I ordered a scar 17 and they shipped it right away also at a very good price seeing how every firearm has raised in price they still had it lower then retail cost. I also ordered a trijicon acog that when they first received it broke so they sent it back to get replaced and let me know, so that shows they are truly making sure you get the best and quality items that are good to go.

I learned everything about guns in that store. Andy is an awesome person who is willing to teach you everything about your new gun and he was very patient with me picking my perfect gun. I have health problems and I needed a special gun and he was always happy to answer any questions for me and actually recommended a gun that turned out to be perfect for me.I definitely recommend this place. Suppressive Fire has been my go too source for firearms and accessories too. The shipping speed and cost is reasonable and the items are packaged safely. I live out of state and they ship the firearm to my local FFL dealer, it’s a very simple process. If your local shops don’t have what your looking for check with Suppressive Fire before giving up, they usually have the hard to get firearms.

I made a purchase then called to confirm. I had been hoping to make the delivery as quick as possible. Andy let me know once he has the FFL he could ship the item right away. The next day he had the FFL. We discussed shipping options. I went with overnight shipping. Andy went the extra mile and went back to the store to settle the overnight process after normal business hours. Shipped out the next day and It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow. The whole thing beginning to end took 3 or 4 days. Normally it takes longer with other companies. Thanks Andy for the great experience!

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had. These guys are well stocked, they were honest and straight forward. They let me ask all of the dumb questions I wanted and were able to get me what I needed. I live in Minnesota and had a firearm shipped to me from these guys. Very bad business practices! They claimed they couldnt ship ammos to Massachusetts while others could! Then they took the order from Massachusetts and hold it for 4 days with no response. Out of nowhere, they cancelled my order without even talked to me in advance! Not only did they wasted my time, they also made me loss out opportunities to find my ammos! Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Absolutely wont recommend them to anyone. Buyer be aware!
