I’ve spent hundreds, if not thousands, at this store. Was there spending more $$ and noticed the bathrooms were blocked off. I asked if I could use the bathroom and was told no, that they’ve had problems with people vandalizing them. No one was in the store. I asked if they were sure I couldn’t sneak in there quick. They would not budge. I understand closing the bathrooms to the public, but when you have a paying customer with no other customers around and you insist on not letting them use the bathroom, that shows zero customer appreciation. An exception easily could have been made and should have. My husband and I have a place in Door County and On Deck has always been a regular stop. No more.

Found a few great quality shirts. My wife was very pleased with the quality of the sandals she found. Dogs welcome if you carry them.

Ok, I mean, its 99.9% Boomers who own boats wear, but there are some cute pieces on sale if you dig. Would I choose to go here if there were another option? Probably not?

They were extremely helpful in finding the right size and color of Liverpool jeans and fabulous top to match. The young lady called an other On Deck store for my correct size and had it shipped to the Sturgeon Bay store. Upon arrival I was called and the jeans were held until I could pick them up. I truly like all the different styles in each store. Lynne

While visiting Door Co we stopped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Store was clean and organized. Outlet prices were exceptional and a good selection. Left with two bags and will definitely will be a stop every time we visit.

Beautiful clothes for young and old with a nice Door County vacation vibe. Helping staff, will check their other stores if they dont have your size or style. Informative, but not pushy.

There are 3 or, 4 locations in Door County. This one is an outlet/bargain type store. Found a raincoat here at a good price.

I took my sister into this store and was mortified at how they treated her. The sales lady seemed to target her and made us feel so uncomfortable that we left. Definitely not a friendly place if you are culturally diverse. We won’t be back.

We visited this store in sister bay Wisconsin and the lady was so rude and unfriendly. We were looking for a shirt to buy and she was snotty and rude and was rushing us out. Very very expensive to.

I dont get it. I consider it overpriced wear, and seemed to have more of a Hamptons style rather than a Sconnie vibe. Not for fishermen.

This place is full of pure Door County! When you come to visit Door County, Sturgeon Bay, or anyplace that isn’t your hometown, you like to take something back home to remind you of the trip you were on. When that moment comes, this is the place you come to. It has everything Door County you could think of, and has a wide selection of designs and colors. Stop at On Deck Clothing Outlet and get some Door County gear!

On a positive note, the Sturgeon Bay shop has wonderfully creative displays of higher end clothing, shoes and jewelry and is very eye-pleasing to browse. Now, backing up... On Saturday, I was in Sister Bay, perusing this On Deck location and gleefully found and purchased a fabulous Kühl Lea dress during the Fall 25% off sale! But, DANG, this brand was one of a handful NOT on sale. Oh well, not a big deal as I loved the dress and felt ok with the $89 price tag! Later that evening, I arrived back at my Sturgeon Bay inn, took the dress out of the bag and hung it up. Today, I happily pulled it out of the wardrobe and saw a few loose threads near the back hem and brushed them away ... and um, major bummer, these were not just loose threads, they were FIVE snags...?!?!?! Whaaaaaaat? I figured I could address this with the folks at the Sturgeon Bay location as I was staying just a couple of blocks down from them, hoping they would have the same size in stock!! I happily skipped in and shared my short tale of woe with the sales girl who immediately pulled the same dress size from the rack, then said she was going to talk with the manager/owner (??) about my plight. The manager/owner came out and listened to my simple story, then said, Well, we dont know what happens to things when they leave the store. Huh?? No, I guess we dont. But I can assure you that climbing trees, I did not. Then she asked the sales girl to call the Sister Bay location to find out if they had another dress in the same size because we dont want to give away our only one. Whaaaat?? I was beginning to get the feeling from her that this was all MY doing. This woman added a few more comments: Sister Bay has a seamstress... this is how she fixes it... blah-blah-blah, and it became crystal clear that she was not going to show any type of customer service and that I was clearly in the wrong. I shared that I was in town only for a long weekend of visiting and was homeward bound after this stop and Sister Bay was not an option for me, adding a final comment that I had paid full price for the item. Nope. Nothing. Nada. Not gonna budge.Let me add one last thing: the receipt is in front of me as I type and the On Deck Clothing Company, Inc. does happen to have a RETURN POLICY: REGULAR PRICED ITEMS - FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS DAYS. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS. RECEIPT REQUIRED. Hm. I had the price tag, the dress, the bag, AND! The receipt! And NOPE! No credit or exchange occurred. This was the UNFRIENDLIEST, MOST RUDE SALES PERSON/MANAGER/OWNER (?). And know that you, the Customer, is not right or to be believed. Buyers, BEWARE!

They have good quality clothing and the sales are great.

If you want well made beautiful clothes than on deck is the clothes store for you, the clothes are a little pricy but you are paying for excellent made clothes, I have bought clothes for my daughter for years at on deck and never have been dissatisfied .
