Prudish & rude salesperson displaying a disrespectful attitude. We will not be returning due to such treatment . We were in-store for 15-20 minutes with no contact by any employees. Fine for us, but in hindsight, perhaps was a lack of customer service interest. My wife eventually inquired about the price of some kiosk items. They appeared to be of similar style and quality as those displayed on a wall in another part of the store. On this particular display, they were not as well listed or described…just a standard price tag. My wife’s inquiry was met with an annoyed facial expression and a terse response from the store ‘s rep; who immediately moved on, only to stand behind a counter. My wife described it as being “scolded.” We noted a couple of similar sounding rude/prudish acting customers. Also noted that no one in the store seemed smiling, happy, or even content. Maybe the source of the store’s reps’s response to us, but certainly uncalled for by my wife’s neutral to friendly sounding inquiry.

Over the years Ive bought lots of beautiful things at Wilkins & Olander. Its a good place to shop for nicer ladies casual clothes and accessories. They also carry a smallish selection of kids clothes.The shop is located in the heart of downtown Sturgeon Bay, and theres plenty of other. shopping and dining nearby.

My wife loves W & O! And they have a really nice couch for me to relax on while she shops.

I ordered a charm I had been seeking out for my future mother in law and paid for expedited shipping to ensure I had it by her birthday. The day after I placed my order they called to let me know that it should arrive Monday or Tuesday shipping normally anyways so they refunded the additional shipping! I am a brand new customer and am thrilled by the level of customer service. I will absolutely be shopping here more often! I recommend any Pandora charm seekers browse their selection! I never--I mean NEVER--visit Door County without stopping at the Sturgeon Bay store OR the one in Fish Creek! The selection of clothing is quality--love the Miracle Body jeans (and yes, the black ones do NOT fade!)--Karen Kane selection is great and service is friendly and gracious. What a gem! I cannot speak to their retail store, as I am all the way in Quincy, MA, but I have had a really wonderful experience shopping online at Wilkins & Olander.
