Horrible horrible customer service do not go here. A couple of days prior to our delivery date we had a family emergency. So we called to get it rescheduled they said they would call us back with a date. The day of the family emergency we get a call from the delivery guy who couldn’t speak any English. We try and explain to him we already rescheduled. He just hangs up on us. We later get a call from the store saying our product is out of stock now and can be delivered till October. My wife tried to cancel and said we could not cancel the order we request to speak to their manager and she becomes rude and cuts us off over and over. I ask to speak to her district manager and all she says is you can call customer service and request that. I have never experienced such poor customer service or people skills. I will be canceling the order when it comes and reporting them to BBB

Diverting my funds without informing me of any percentage. They had absolutely no explanation.They all should be made to go out of business. Scammers!!!
