Go to Costco down the street instead. What a terrible experience. I bought a Whirlpool fridge from Sarah not even 2 years ago. It started with delivery. They wreaked of cigarette smoke and were the most unprofessional guys ever who pulled up in a ratchet small pickup with my fridge hanging out the back. They did not bring the correct equipment so had to unload with a hammock instead of a dolly. The shelves were broken upon installation. After much runaround, I got one of two replaced. The whole experience was shady and regretful.Fast forward 18 months. I finally was able to get a water line installed to the fridge only to find out, the icemaker is broken. It has never been used before. I reach out to Sara, knowing we took notes on this on installation and am told they have zero warranty. So I have to buy a new icemaker and pay to get it installed.Compare to Costco where I got my washer and dryer at the same time: professional delivery truck and installers. And after 16 months, when a part broke - FULL WARRANTY coverage. Plus, I got cash back using their credit card to pay for the set.Sarah Appliances is outdated and has terrible service. Do yourself a favor and purchase your appliances somewhere else - I suggest Costco.

There is a Gentleman setting in the front as you come in the door, he is not very friendly and I almost walked out of the store after I saw him frown as we walked in the store, at that second A Gentleman by the name of Chuck came and Greeted us very nicely and showed us around and explain everything that we needed to know about the Refrigerators.and we decided to go with the sub-zero and he didnt give us any discount at all.we agreed to buy the Sub-Zero from him and we paid for it and we received it today and the guys that came to install it were very amazing and very friendly and polite and did a great job.

I have used Sara Appliance several times. Most recently I needed a dishwasher at a rental property. I did the whole transaction with Chuck over the phone and he had me taken care of with delivery and install the same day for a great price. Better customer service than a big box store with the benefit of supporting a local business!

Mr. Chuck did a great job helping us pick out appliances. He took the time to tell us the differences between models and what extra features we would get (or not) at different price points. You dont get service like that at other big box stores where they just read you the spec sheet. They will also price match so you can shop knowing you will get great service and great prices.

Over the last several years I have purchased Microwave, 2 large TVs, washing Machine and Jenn Air electric cooktop. They have the best installers, each time it was delivered on time and perfect installation. Their Customer service is excellent, better than any other appliance stores. I was having problem with Jenn Air cooktop (recent purchase Dec,2018), Jenn Air service came in three time, still not fixed. Sara appliance diligently worked with Jenn Air customer service, and had them replace the stove. I got my new stove, it is working fine. I am very pleased with their customer service, they know how to take to their customers.

I had a good experience with this store and their employees. I walked in not sure what to find or expect but was fortunate to find a AV receiver that was exactly what I needed. After talking to the sales manager we were able to work out a fair price and I am very happy with the device 2 months after the fact. They carry higher end products but are certainly selling them for a fair price, especially if you are ok with getting a model that might be a year or two older and they are trying to get rid of their inventory.

Love Sara! I buy all my electronics and home appliances from here always ! The service is amazing ! Recently I also bought my Tempurpedic mattress which I absolutely love ! Highly recommend Sara for all your home needs!!!

Stopped in to look at cooktops, the salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and most of all not pushy.

Very difficult store. Appliance qoute was given after repeated request. Convection oven sounds like outdoor fan. Stove top doesnt operate properly. Have done 15 requests. Will have to do a BBB. Report. Do not recommend. They dont care. Horrible experience.

Mr. Chuck arranged for Mr. Richard to deliver and install my new cooktop all in the same day (unbelivable). Mr. Chuck is honest and professional, a man of integrity and a true gentleman who delivers on his words. This purchase and service was so pleasantly effortless and I am so pleased with my cooktop and everyone involved in the process from start to finish.
