Clean store, courteous and helpful staff. Items arent as organized on the shelves as expected... I picked up 2 bottles of motor oil. At the register, I found out that the 2nd bottle was a different formula (even though the bottles were very similar). If not for the thoughtful clerk, I mightve bought the wrong blend.

Needed a new battery for my 2018 Ford F150. My factory battery was failing, and despite it being under warranty, was on national backorder. Luckily, Advance had a Diehard battery in stock, rated almost 100 CCA more than the OEM battery. Fit perfect, and I was in and out of the store fast. Thanks again.
I had ordered online a car battery for pickup on Saturday. Per the website, order should be ready for pickup in about 30 minutes but wait for email confirmation. Didnt get any confirmation email on Saturday so waited on Sunday and still nothing. Called stored and the lady working checked and then said yes, ready. I then got the system ready for pickup email so she probably never checked until I called. When I came to pickup, she laid the battery in front of me and went back to her business. I felt like she didnt even care about her customers. it wasnt a busy day and I think I was the only one there. I wont be coming back to this one, there are plenty of other stores to go to.Also I am nervous about my new battery. It looks used and had no new labels on it. Ibalso saw a scratched off what seems to be an old white price tag
Dont have parts in stocks, and dont check engine light warnings. Best to just go to rockauto for your parts
It is sad to see they put people to work with no experience in customer service they are not willing to take the time to explain to some customers that have issues with online purchases This is one place that I will not shop

Terrible customer service. Last week, with the cold snap in Houston, my battery died. This was the only store in the area that had the battery needed but failed to understand basic customer service/economics -- why have the store open if you arent going to sell customers anything? Im not sure Advance Auto Parts realizes how to run a business.I entered the store on 11/12 about 50 minutes before closing, confirmed the battery I needed was in stock. Both associates (clearly not busy, just standing around) stated they are unable to sell the battery because they lock them up with a chain one hour before closing. Overall, this would take an normal person about 30 seconds to unlock the chain, remove the battery, and then lock the chain again. The two employees could not be bothered. I left without the battery frustrated, unsurprisingly.I would advise you to go across the street to AutoZone. I got my battery the following day from AutoZone and the clerk went out of his way load the battery into my car. These guys understand basic customer service and know how to exceed expectations.

I stopped by on the way while doing my choirs to recycle some motor oil. The place is clean, well kept, got some cleaning supply while I was there. But I noticed not a lot of oil filter selection here ? I normally use Frame.
They told me they don’t price match autozone it was too much work ... lazy guys

Squared away store with helpful staff. Employee put on my windshield wipers for me, and saw that one of my wipers had been returned with a used wiper in the packaging. I wouldnt have noticed this, if at all, until I got home. He went in and took care of it for me. Great experience.

This store dont take returns. i bougt a part i was the wrong one i tried to returned they said i didnt bought that part on that store and that i had to go to the place i bought it from ...i bought it there but well they said no.
Terrible. Erick Recommend and explained to me i needed something that didnt even fit my car. When I returned the item I wasnt even credited back my money in a timely manner. Corporate office said i would have to wait a week. Employees not serious, headphones in listening to music. I should of went to Auto zone or Oreily
