Hoping this post will show the appreciation I have for Jonathan R. taking the time to replace my battery (since I don’t have the tools at hand). Not only did he take the time, but showed a great deal of patience being that it was just after closing time. I really commend his customer service and willing attitude to assist, let alone when it’s closing time. Thank you Jonathan R. for being a great example of what “great” customer service looks like!!

My battery was acting up. First I called AAA. The guy just showed up with jumper and said he dont know which battery will go in my car - and how to install it. I drove to Auto-Zone. This is the first time in my life, I went to Auto-Zone. Within 15 minutes, my battery was installed. The lady at the counter was transparent and honest showing me all the batteries I can use. Edgar (I think this was the name) was proficient. He even put extra nuts/screws at stores expense. Interestingly, total cost was cheaper than any other place including labor. Very impressed!!

Easy to find along the street. Parking lot is a bit sloped so be careful. Staff are nice.

Went to NTB on 90 first who claims that I needed a $300 battery for my SUV.AutoZone was my next stop (Google needs a revamp, it should’ve come up FIRST on a local search).Juan was pleasant, friendly, and eager to help.He demonstrated my battery was FINE, cleaned the gunk off ($10) and invited me back if I needed anything else.Priceless.

Today I walked into the store a little confused about whether or not I’m making the right purchase for my car. When I was met with great service from Edgar, one of the associates. He has a great personality and weathered through my many questions with ease. He made me feel confident in my purchase.

The manager Joey at this location is absolutely amazing. I came to this store in tears. I was so stressed about my car. I don’t normally leave reviews but I must say Joey C was the most helpful person I have ever met. I went in to purchase a battery for my vehicle and even though it was his first time placing a battery on my model/make car he took the time out to research and Google how to install my battery, he did not let the freezing cold and rain stop him from helping me. I will be a dedicated customer to this particular location because of his outstanding customer service, so if he’s reading this thank you so much for all of your help.

Joey was great very helpful and friendly. Knew exactly what I was talk about without me knowing exact terminology. And fixed my key fob. Should definitely get more people like him.

I went in to get oil and a filter and windshield wipers and I had zero idea what I was doing. Luckily Edgar helped me out swiftly and without making me feel stupid the whole time. He even helped me out changing my windshield wipers as well. Definitely coming back to this location to see Edgar again next time I need stuff for my car.

Joey helped us get our old battery out and the new one in super quick. We have an Infiniti and the battery is covered by a bunch of protective pieces as well. Quick, through and got the job done!

Edgar was an amazing associate, Edgar made sure that I was well taken cared of and also made it his priority to confirm our purchase and wether it was accurate or not. I was a bit nervous but all of that was gone and my worries were no more, all because of Edgar and his amazing customer service.

I called the store before I went there because I thought my battery was under warranty and was told by Joey that the free replacement period had expired. In this time of uncertainty and mistrust it was so refreshing to go into a place of business and have a salesperson treat you like you were a valued customer. Joey has the best customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. He went over and above for me today. I purchased a new battery and he installed it for me. I will certainly go back to this AutoZone!

Had battery concerns and didn’t want toWind up stranded. Went to auto zone, asked for a battery check, confirmed battery wasn’t good, selected new battery for my make/model, had new battery installed and old one disposed of- 20 minutes total if that. Calvin and Corey were both very helpful, informative, professional, and friendly during the whole process. Great experience. If you have a battery issue- go see them!

I always get my batteries here. They test and charge batteries for free, will only sell you a new battery if you really need one, not just to make a sale.

I came in on a rainy night because my windshield wipers were horrible, and I could barely see the road. However, as soon as i walked in, the team immediately helped me and even came out into the rain to change my wipers. Excellent service, I definitely recommend this place to all!

I never leave reviews but Joey went above and beyond to help me, my radio went out and not only did he show me what fuses I needed but he installed them for me, he also managed to fix my charging fuse which has been out for 2 years. My vehicle would not start and I had to get AAA to come start it. I then went to Autozone to check out my alternator and battery to find out what needs to be replaced. Edgar Munoz was the Autozone representative that attended to me. He went to the car, checked both battery and alternator, and said the battery shows Bad. Edgar explained my options in detail and was a delight to talk to. No hard sell. Just genuinely wanting to help. He was technically sound and his customer service demeanor was tremendous. He fitted a new Duralast battery and chatted on a number of topics as he did so. I run an automation service business and expect my engineers and technicians to have high levels of customer service in order to create the ideal customer experience. Edgar showed that this was an innate behavior that he has. I am a very happy Autozone customer and will be back. Thank you Mr Munoz.

I went to the Autozone store with battery concerns and the manager Joey and Edward provided me with the best customer service. Joey was VERY knowledgeable about my vehicle and battery. I was not expecting for my battery to get changed but Joey was determined to help me as much as possible, keep in mind I have a Mercedes Benz which can be very difficult. He changed my battery without hesitation within 15 min. I was grateful for his help and on top of that it was raining. I’ve NEVER been to any autozone and received this great of service from an employee as I’m typically an Oreilly customer . I am so very pleased . I will now be using this autozone as my home store for all of my auto needs!

Local business here :) I literally go about 3-4 times a week. Whether phone calls or in store theyve answered all my questions when looking for a part. Sometimes theyve helped with a few tips to quickly n easily determine the source of the problem instead of just assuming and wasting time buying parts LOL. Saved me money!!!

I was directed quickly to the battery terminals.$5.80 Usually an employee at other auto zones I have visited in the past, have known how to change out battery terminals for me on site. This location the employees not only dont have the knowledge to change them, they stated it was against store policy. I was directed to Pep Boys to have them replaced, which I did. They charge $13.52 for the replacement,BTW.

Working with Ryan and he was very helpful. Said he was a car enthusiast and just educated himself to help maintain his own cars, but he was very helpful in guiding me to the right products, helping to check out my truck, and being open and willing to answer questions even when the store was pretty busy. If you are able to find him, I would recommend you spend your time here talking with him.

The manager named Henry provided excellent customer service! I had battery problems and he was very informative on possible causes and what I could do in the future. He didnt oversell me things I didnt need and showed genuine concern about my car problems. Ladies, check him out when you have an issue - he wont take advantage of your lack of knowledge about cars!

My visit to AutoZone was good. I needed Antifreeze and they had a supply of different brands and I chose the one I needed.

I visited this Auto Zone quite a while ago & the gentleman actually went out to my car and helped me install a license plate holder! So, of course I went here to get a new windshield wiper. I thought I would take it home and have my husband install it. Nope! The young man walked out to my car and installed it in a snap. Love the customer service! This is my Auto Zone!

I had two vehicles & both car batteries were dead on Mothers Day. Thankfully they were open. The gentleman that helped us was super helpful & explained how to easily change a battery that is located under the front passenger seat. WTH? Why would they put a battery there? Anyway, I am thankful for the insight & his knowledge.

Worst Autozone ever. Randy. The district manager and Sandra the store manager both treat customers like we aren’t educated. The respond with nothing but questions and just have horrible attitudes. Will NEVER return here. Stay away. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.

I needed a battery. Due to convenience, I went to a NTB near my home. They wanted $165.00 to install a new battery (.8 hours/48 minutes of labor). I left and went to an Auto Zone store close to my office. The nice young man installed an appropriately priced battery in my car for free and I was on my way in 7 minutes! Kudos to you, Auto Zone!

Its conveniently located. Only thing I dont like about AutoZone in general is that they dont always have things in stock. Auto parts have to be ordered much too often for my taste. They seem to only have their more expensive parts in stock. This isnt good when your mechanic has your car up on blocks and finds you need something else.
