I have been coordinating a retirement cottage makeover while caregiving and rarely get a chance to shop. Today I happened on this store and sales associate Stephanie Eversole. She was not just personable and knowledgeable, she made me feel special and valued as a prospective customer. I left with specs and pricing information on the items I liked and details on where to look for options that could be delivered more quickly in the midst of pandemic shutdowns. Even though we are moving away, she made me want to work with her to order all of the enhancements and specialty items to make our new house home. Bravo!

Shannon was extremely professional and had a sharp eye for what I was looking for. I have been to a few other places in the past that seemed to be a little confused when dealing with the transitional style I am going for in my new home. Her service was exceptional and the prices where great. I had a wonderful experience and I would be more than happy to refer any of my friends and family.

I am an interior designer that has worked with Baths of America for all our clients projects, and will not go to any other plumbing showroom. The Baths of Americas team has great service, great staff, and are very knowledge of all their products. All my clients have been very impressed with this showroom, and their customer service. If you need plumbing for your remodel or new build, this is the place to go!

Great service in getting replacement parts. Said they would call me back after checking with manufacturer to see if parts were available, the call back was prompt and I got everything I needed. Very happy and will be purchasing with them again.

Our Master bathroom is now complete, and I owe it all to the knowledgeable staff atBaths of America. My wife and I are very pleased with the selections we made. Too muchto choose from their Beautiful Showroom, but the sales staff helped us make the perfectchoices to achieve the look we were looking for. We will definitely be back when it is time toremodel the kitchen.

Great product, very friendly and helpful staff . We has Mr. Zeshaan help us out for selecting the products. We had a minor issue with the product (guess a factory defect which is normal once in a while) but Mr. Zeshaan helped us through, quick and easy. They have a great payment plan option with great discounts as well .

Many reasons why I’m leaving a one star. I walked in there with my work clothes on that I wore to paint my house . First off a lady by the name of Chadney asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help when I walked in with a weird look. When I asked her how much these items were she said the price and then said you should go to another section ( a section that was way cheaper) I really didn’t enjoy the service here and is bringing my money some place else .

Eleanor was very condescending and rude. It was obvious that she had profiled me as not a serious buyer, or not spending enough to be worth her time and effort. She all but called me dumb. I took my money elsewhere. Westheimer Plumbing & Hardware was a fantastic alternative and won my business!
