I came here today and yesterday and loved the holiday decor! The store was quite busy due to post-Thanksgiving sales, but thankfully I was still able to remain socially distant. There was a staff member right outside the store who gave me some hand sanitizer to use before entering. Also, there were employees around the store, so it was easy for me to ask someone a question about the current sales and for an opinion about an item that I would be gifting someone. Later, another employee came up to me to ask if I needed a bag, which was quite nice because I was indeed in need of one.I took advantage of the sale and some coupons and purchased several different festive/seasonal hand soaps well as a body wash. Thankfully I did not have to wait in line more than a minute or so. The cashier Selena was very kind and delightful. I would definitely recommend going to this location.

I’ve been coming here for so long and I am always able to find what I am looking for. The store is always stocked with my favorite scents and candles. Be sure to catch them when they have sales to save money.

I dont think one needs to explain the absolute decadence and euphoria of smells that comes upon entering a bath & body works. I of course took advantage of the 3 for 3 on the new fall fragrances, and even used my amazing coupon and got a free gift! Service here was great!

Bath and body works is undisputedly an awesome brand, there is not a thing I got from bath & body works that I have regretted or not excited about.Their beauty products which serve both males and females are unique and fragrance-full!The store at the First Colony Mall is easy to locate and the employees are very helpful and will make gladly suggestions.Bath and body works is the perfect gift for loves ones; one gift of a bath mousse several years ago and kept me hooked to this company.Bath and Body Works is highly recommended for all your beauty products, as much as is available within their store

Store had deceptive pricing. Said there was an offer on select items (body wash, cream, lotion) but when it came time to pay they said the body wash that we purchased didnt apply to the offer because it is moisturizing body wash. Its still *body wash*!

Always great products. Have noticed a difference in candle or plug in oil quality if they are running a sale (seem weaker, no scent travel). Cashier seemed bothered that I asked to use discount code. Her customer service did not sway my decision to purchase.

Every single time i come here it’s a hit or miss! the products are good but why is the customer service so bad? last time the cashier told me that this coupon will get me a free item and to use it since it’s for free so then we added an item and the total went up and the cashier was even confused when she told me the total but she didn’t do anything she just waited for me to insert my card in and then got an attitude when i told her that i would rather just take the product off. Recently, last night another cashier with black short hair was shouting while explaining a coupon and then interrupting multiple times when i wanted to ask 1 question so she kept repeatedly shouting the same thing. I get that it’s busy but there’s 2 other cashiers you do not need to make it a competition to check out the most people and lower your voice don’t be so rude. However, the blonde man who was closing last night was nice! He’s always so informative and kind when I go there!

Love the candles! My complaint is that I stood in line and the young lady did not know how to be assertive. Those ladies ran all over her lol. She allowed them to go back and forth picking up items they forgot. They were clearly not ready. Customers also would wait in a long line...get to the front finally...then have a million questions about their coupons. That is what the associates on the floor are for. They answer questions, not just hold bags lmfao. The front registers ring up customers who are actually ready and have full understanding of what they are about to do. Still love the store but more aggressive people should be at the register.

They always have really great sales at this place, and some really yummy scents! They do change them around by season, to give you the nice variety! The Hand soaps or something I use often! I also use the lotion switch I think solutions to maybe only a fair job of moisturizing. They have Wallflowers with many different scents to scent the air in your home. They have candles with three wicks or one, I love their little bottles of hand sanitizer! Its great in the summer when youre going so many places to be able to sanitize your hands before eating or helping out a child. They have body sprays which are nice and the scents are generally light. They do have travel-size of several things hand sanitizers being one, moisturizers being worm, and scented body spray being another. They sometimes have very cute totes and nice sets for birthday gifts. You can buy online or enjoy sniffing everything in the brick and mortar store.

The candles from here make your entire house smell good! The lotions are great and they always have a sale!! The store has a great set up and is well organized so that you are able to easily find what you are looking for! I love their travel size hand sanitizers and their liquid soaps I use them all over my house! As you can tell I frequently visit this place! 😜There is a sweet young black woman who is the manager and I can not say enough GREAT things about her! Every time I go in this store she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. she always speaks and says Welcome to Bath and Body Works!!!! She is super helpful when asking about advice on different scents. I’ve watched as she has had customers yell at her for their coupon being expired and still the young woman stands there and smiles, never raising her voice or getting upset! They of course are yelling at her, but her customer services skills are so on point that she doesn’t even allow the negative to ruin her day! She tries hard to calmly explain things and then looks at how she can make that customer happy. Most managers of stores are away hiding in offices, but not her!!! She is front and center unloading product, making sure the store looks presentable, taking care of staff all the while helping customers who have questions! I hate that I can not remember her name right now! But Bath & Body Works is so blessed to have her! Seriously, I continue to visit this location because of her! She is a ray full of sunshine!This is definitely a place to go if you want great products and a great experience!

I love bath and body works. I have super sensitive skin so a lot of fragranted lotions cause me to break out in a rash but only one of the bath and body scents has ever bothered my skin. I love the fact that I get to smell pretty and the Shea butter lotion keeps my skin so soft.

Melinda gives this location a bad rep by trying to cheat the customers out of the sales and discounts that Bath and Body Works offers in order to get higher sales for the store. The majority of the staff there is nice and courteous but under her directions they try to cheat the customers by not honoring legitimate coupons from Bath and body works. Go to other locations and have no problem. I made to separate purchases and was supposed to receive a coupon book with each transaction but was only given one with the second transaction and found out the coupon book had a coupon for a free item when you spend $10 or more, which both of my transactions were and could have been used. Instead of apologizing and fixing the problem Melinda lied and said she didnt give it to me because I used another coupon in the transaction so I couldnt use the other but I could buy more merchandise and I could use it.Bath and Body Works need to train Melinda in customer service and see to them all honoring their coupons and discounts.

Update: 1/7/19I came in today, excited to stock up on candles and new fragrances for their hand soaps and hand sanitizers. Unfortunately, I was unwelcome by two new employees (I know theyre new because I shop here every week for candles) as I was looking and smelling the scents, an employee keeps following me and staring at me every second. Then as I walk away from him, he kept following me. I had a hunch that he told his co-worker to watch for me as they assume that Im stealing.This is one of the tactics in retail I learned during my years of being a sales associate, to stare at a customer and follow them every second, without asking if they need help (meaning they are assuming youre stealing). I was totally disgusted by those two new employees. Thanks for scaring me off and losing your business. I was hopping to buy a couple or a dozen candles just incase I run out, but instead they ran me out the door. Definitely not coming back. Definitely calling corporate or I can always call the manager instead who I know personally.
