Some of the pharmacy staff need to seriously watch their tone when speaking on the phone.I get you’re stressed and deal with lots of people on the job. But that comes with the job…and it’s important to maintain professionalism and be respectful to all customers.The female pharmacy staff individual I spoke to (they didn’t state if they were the tech or pharmacist) already had an attitude when she answered the phone. Whoever was working Monday night around 7pm….who ruthlessly kept a condescending tone…phone customer service is NOT a battle zone where you try to outwit customers!!As a healthcare professional myself….I’ve never dealt w such unprofressionalism.You DO NOT talk down to your customer. You are NOT better than other people.

Would not give 3rd covid shot because Im on a medicare advantage plan rather than straight medicare.

Bought a small pump tube medicine (Abreva). The pump did not work,so i went back to the store and return it and they told me i used all of it or i broke it myself, and also asking me why i didnt come back to the store to return it sooner ( i bought it 3 days ago) . Very rude and unprofessional. Never comming back . Wasted my time and money for nothing. Trash service.

This Walgreens is really sorry, particularly the pharmacy area. They were supposed to call CVS across the street to have my prescription transferred from Walgreens is on my insurance. It has been over an hour and they did not get back with me to let me know anything!! The lady, who picked up the phone either act like she did not know what she was doing or act like she did not want to help me OR was not listening. I had to repeat myself several times.I have COVID and I need my medicine. I should not have to send my husband up there for them to do what they are supposed to do!! Very bad service and very incompetent staff!! That medicine I need is really important to help me get to a speedy recovery!!

Pharmacy always puts you on hold repeatedly. I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes. The 2nd window at the drive through is closed but there is no sign telling you so. I will be going across the street to CVS from now on.It has now been 5 months since I left the review above. My doctor sent my prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS. Nothing has changed. It’s practically impossible to talk to anyone in the pharmacy, and they dont send notifications or call you when your prescriptions are ready.

Very nice lady working at the front. i was impressed by her service. I will recommend this branch of Walgreen.

Was there few days ago. I was printing pictures & asked Jimmy for help, in total I wanted to print out 4 pictures size 4x6. And that 1st picture that I asked Jimmy for help I wanted 5x7. Well after waiting 15 minutes in the store finally my pictures are ready & that 1st picture that Jimmy so called helped me with Didn’t print out. So I told him “Hey, where’s my 5x7 ?” That MF had the nerve to say in front of customers “you did do it right “ excuse me, he so called helped me ...??? Rude of him!!!!

The people are friendly here. PAY IN CASH ALWAYS. I dont shop here often, but when I do my card number gets stolen and I have to change it. It has happen both at the pharmacy and at the front counter. I have only been here no where else and this happens.

My mom has been using this pharmacy for 20+ years. Over the last 2 years the customer service, attention to detail, and overall quality of care has gone down drastically. On 5 seperate occasions now they have given my 75 year old mother on BLOOD THINNERS the wrong medication after calling out that they were giving her the medication she is out of. One time being given an antidepressant instead of warfin after having a cardiac stent placed. If she wouldnt of noticed and been off of her blood thinners she could of had DETRIMENTAL effects to her health if not death. Then when confronted with the situation met with lies from a seemingly too busy to care pharmacist instead of a simple im so sorry this happened, let me fix it for you and look into what happend. For my mothers overall health, and everyone else i care about, we will NOT be doing business at this Walgreens any longer. I strongly suggest the same for anyone else, or to please please double, if not triple check your prescriptions. The pharmacist is definitely not.EDITED TO ADD: I will be filing a complaint with the Texas state board of pharmacy.

The clerks are very nice, very good service at the photo center. ^o^

The cashier was very rude had to call a manager to assist the situation.

We have used this Walgreens for years. The photo department is very helpful and have fixed issues with pics.

Employees are really nice, and the store is decent. Just keep an eye out for out of date product.

[Pharmacy review] On multiple, separate occasions, this place has said they dont have my prescription just because they dont check their voicemail. If you use this location, make sure to just get a written prescription from your doctor.

Never a line, checkout reps are always nice!
