Christine at ProSource helped us design our new master bathroom. She gave excellent ideas and guidance on the color scheme and details. She had the patience to go through the myriad of colors and textures until she was certain that my wife was satisfied. The end result could not be more perfect. Thanks very much, Christine. I cant save enough good things about pro source. I sort of knew what I wanted but didnt have the knowledge of the products or what went well together. Mark Scharf helped me thru the grueling progress of picking out my color scheme. He is excellent when it comes to coordinating colors. He was so patient with me cause I kept changing my mind. I ended up going back a second time because I wanted to change out my backsplash. No problem. He came back with something even better. I highly recommend using Mark at Pro Source.

Our company sourced flooring material from ProSource for our office lobby and break rooms. The quality of the service was superb. The customer care was professional, responsive, and detailed. The flooring arrived in perfect condition with no damages. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience! ProSource recommended we use Tin Nguyen with TSN Flooring for install, and his work was truly first class. Thank you!

I was sent to pro source by my contractor since she has used her before and trusted her. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. at first everything was great but once my project started everything went downhill. We picked up the tile thank God my mother was at my house because I was at work The day they were to tile the shower the sales lady ordered the wrong tile after we spent 3 1/2 hours sitting on a table with her with the correct tile in front of us she gave me prices she gave me a paper with a quote for everything and I have pictures of the correct tile. So now my project is delayed. We went ahead and started with the floor tile since that was correct the following day they asked me where was the grout? I told them they should have picked up the grout with the tile again I had to call my sales lady and she wants to inform me that the grout was not included, yet verbally and in writing when I approve the amount it says floor tile, wall tile and grout so now I am delayed another two days and lied to. Now I have another expense of purchasing grout. The new tile is finally in my guys go to pick it up and come home and I’ve been shorted three boxes of tile. I did send another email to my sales lady since her phone she wasn’t answering and her mailbox is full stating I was short three boxes. She never bothered to respond to my email I had to get my contractor involved and now my contractor is going to refund me the money for the three boxes since the sales lady at pro source did not respond. It is not my contractors responsibility to have to refund me what ProSource took from me. Then we get to my granite cuts and she told them everything is bull nose cut however nothing is supposed to be bullnose edge on my granite. We had different edges but none of them were bullnose so out of this whole project and meeting with her twice the first time for 3 1/2 hours she got nothing right but the floor tile. I went to her thinking it would make this whole project easier and all it’s done is add stress after stress after stress to this job. I would not recommend going here I would recommend going to floor and decor and choosing your own items it will make your life a lot easier

I am a Property Manager and they are the best of the best as far as quality remodel products are concerned with a great showroom. Christine at this location, is incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products, plus she has a great talent for design & color to help you choose the best products. She is extremely competent & patient with any request, giving her clients 1000% customer service, always going above & beyond to help you in any way!!

Byron Lee was helpful, kind and patient and was quick to respond to my emails and calls. The show room has a great variety of quality brands and materials to remodel your whole home. Their prices are competitive and it was great to have a one stop shopping source. I highly recommend ProSource and its friendly staff!

The store has nice stuff, and I like the idea of being able to design and see what Im paying for. However, the reviews about customer service are on point. Its Pretty bad. I felt like they didnt care whether they sold us any thing either way. The designer never returns calls. One day I called trying to get a hold of her, because I was told she would contact me to schedule a design appointment, didnt happen. I was told once at around 12 she was at lunch, and to call back around 130pm, understandable. However, I called back around 3pm, and was told again that she went to lunch. I left several messages, and the front desk assistant I was speaking with said shed personally give her my contact and ask her to call me. Never got a call.To be fair, I think they only have one designer, and during the aftermath of Harvey, and people trying to get their homes back together, that can be rough for her with the wave of people. But its still poor customer service to not respond or follow up as you say you will. It seems from other past reviews, even when business is slow, the customer service is below average. Too bad, we did like their selection.

Went in to look at flooring and found the nicest person to talk with. Ivory is a joy and has a very sweet attitude. She made my visit so comfortable. Although we did not decide on our flooring on that day, just speaking with her made our visit worthwhile.

We worked with Karri (a designer there) for our kitchen renovation project. Besides being very knowledgeable, she is very patient. We changed our ideas multiple times on cabinet and tiles, she always came up with updated 3-D rendering in no time, and was willing to stay late to finish our quotes during holiday season because of our tight schedule. She is great!

Excellence....great attention...good team

Everything started off great. Kerri the designer was fantastic. Laid the entire kitchen out with CAD and sat down Dan one of there contractors who was great also. Coild not have asked for better. The issue began when I found some flaws in my countertop. They asked me to send pictures, i did. The manager insisted that the supplier was correct in that there was something on the surface rather than in the surface. The implication was that i had no idea of the difference between dirt and a flaw. I was told that the supplier would contact me. That has not happened. The manager said he would contact me. That did not happen. I still have no resolution over a week and a half since my first contact.Thank you for your reply. So your showroom manager and the supplier have both contacted me. The supplier thinks that they can fix my issue. Friday morning was the day I think. The return call i was supposed to get within 15 minutes to confirm that appointment was never received. A return call saying we cant get in touch with the supplier is better than no call when one has been promised.

Unbelievable bad customer service. After looking at the floor sample, we selected a white tile. But, the sales person made a mistake and entered a wrong color in the quote. She wrote natural instead of white. We ended up receiving the wrong color (worth $700). When we tried to exchange those tiles the management refused, even if the sales agent is saying it was her mistake. They are blaming us for not catching the wrong color when we replied to their email. I tried to reason that natural word is not a color, but they flatly refused. I would recommend nobody should buy from them.

I had a fabulous experience with Christine Damato at ProSource in Sugarland. She was knowledgeable and has a design eye to be able to make suggestions that were perfect all the while keeping price and functionality in mind.

I spent almost $11,000 on cabinets here. They were given the measurements of my appliances before designing the kitchen, and my fridge did not fit by almost a foot. The double oven also did not fit. This mistake cost me over $600 because they did very little to help. When you spend such a large amount of money on something you expect it to be right. Buyer beware, get your cabinets elsewhere!!!

I cant say enough about Christine at the Sugarland location. I told her what I was looking for and she took the stress away from me by perfectly pairing colors together . Another thing that is nice is to see that the manager Byron seems to really care about the customer. You have a great staff at this location!

Waited almost 30 minutes with no one else in the showroom and got no assistance or help. Just a bunch of people looking at me with blank stares. Obviously not purchasing or returning 🙄

These people have no idea what customer service is. They were supposed to call when my order was ready and only after calling them several times did I find out my product had been there 5 days. Wasir, the salesman (or what they call a salesman) had the nerve to tell me he had taken the day off and was enjoying himself so he forgot to call when he returned. So now I am working on my day off and he could care less.That is just the beginning. When I went to load the order I had placed I realized over 50 % of the tiles were broken. Theyre response was that they could reorder and I could wait until someone does(or doesnt ) call me again. No thanks. Needless to say I will never be dealing with this trash again.

We ordered cabinets and tile from ProSource Sugarland, and we are so happy to be working with them. We did our research, and they offered the best price of the four sources we checked. I am grateful for cabinet specialist Karri Sidwell who patiently and expertly guided us on every detail of our order, making sure that we had everything we needed for our kitchen remodel. And a big shout out to Wazir, and the rest of the staff, who were extremely helpful at all times during our stressful post-Harvey remodel. These guys are all terrific!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I worked with Wazir and Byron. They go above and beyond to ensure quality service. They are great with follow-up and very prompt with returning calls and replying back to emails. Its a one-stop-shop here which makes home building/remodeling much easier. They have a massive showroom with GREAT selections. I went to multiple showrooms prior to coming here and I wish I knew about them earlier as it was a waste of time and more stressful going to so many different places. If you find something elsewhere and its not in their showroom, theyll get it for you! Im extremely pleased with Prosource in Sugarland and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Ask for Wazir when you get there. Hes great to work with! Byron is his manager and works side by side with his team to ensure their service exceeds your expectations!
