On June 5,2021 at around 6:30 pm, my car was stuck in the Home Depot parking lot. I asked to speak to a Home Depot supervisor. When then supervisor arrived, not only did she not provide any help, she was rude and really not qualify to handle customer care. Our conversation had lasted less than 30 seconds, I quickly realized than she was no help and quickly blamed me for getting the car stuck. She did not offer to call the tow truck or provide assurance they would fix the problem at their parking lot. The training at Home Depot is not up to standard. If the supervisor is treating the customer so rude, how do they treat their own associates.

I love shopping for nice pieces of furniture. Got a fantastic deal on a 5 piece patio set with a fire pit!! Going to o send lots of time in our backyard this summer. Love Home Depot. Now saving up for new washer and dryer.

Im very grateful that yall still offer curbside pickup. Although I consider myself safe, my husband is a cancer survivor. I must endeavor to keep him safe and youre helping me do so💗

My wife and I had trouble entering a coupon for a sprayer+fertilizer promotion and Pam went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the discount. Great customer service like this is hard to come by, especially in big chain stores. Give Pam a raise!

All Husky tools are marketed as lifetime warranty. Home Depot will not honor the warranty as the product is no longer in production, and Husky is redirecting me back to Home Depot. A 105 Piece black anodized kit, unused, has started to rust. It was approximately 200USD before taxes, and I am stuck with it.Clever workaround for lifetime warranty. Stop making them and change identifying numbers. I dont have this problem with Lowes....anywhere in the country with the Kobalt line of products - for now.

Heres why! I was in the lumber department loading 2×4s on my cart for a fence project. Next to me is an employee loading 2×4s on a cart for a delivery order. He was checking every piece for straightness or damage before he loaded it! I asked if he was doing inventory and no, it was for that customers order. I didnt get his name... but hes worth his weight in gold.

They do not want to take back a sand bag due to it wet in the rain. what happen when I bought sand or Soil they left outside? Most the time after rain they are wet too. i really want to know what is a f….,return policy on that. St…. manager and their employee need to be trained how to treat customer correctly. a bag of sand is not much but their attitude made me mad. I would like to bring this up to their head quater and see what they say.

I wanted to thank Alex C. for his outstanding service and wonderful attitude helping me with a large order of corrugated sheet metal. He is a pleasure to be around and had excellent suggestions for my project if building a horse stable.

The replacement slats for my blinds were easy to find in the store. Their website listed the aisle to find them. Store was clean and staff were helpful.

My refrigerator broke down today, so I went to this Home Depot for a chest freezer. Because it was an emergency, I bought the only item they have in stock that meets my needs. I was told that it was returned unit, but I still agreed to pay FULL PRICE for it as long as its working correctly. And guess what? It was broken. We didnt find out until we got home. The entire bottom part around the compressor is damaged severely. Now almost all of our foods are inedible and all we got was an apology and an its not my fault from the person working for returns. I am very upset about this.

We were looking for some new pots for our plants and we were not let down at this location. We were able to find what we were looking for in a timely manner and the checkout was a breeze as well.

If youre looking for help with your flooring this is definitely not the store to come to. AVOID this store it all costs!!!!!Whent theyre looking for some tile to redo my moms restroom. Talk to two different gentlemen in the flooring department they told me they had more of the tile that I was looking for in the overhead if I could just wait a couple of minutes. Waited for over 50 minutes and they never got my product down kept telling me to wait. Finally I went to the pro-dest and the lady there was able to put my product on will call for me to be able to pick up later on in the week. The lady at the protest was very helpful unlike the people in the flooring department. Had to go back the next day to see if they have my product ready for me to pick up. Went to the service desk to pick up my will call and they told me that it still hadnt been pulled. A young lady there with long dreadlocks help me out she seemed to be very helpful. A different lady with short hair went to go check came back with the product and said all the product was already pulled on the floor. She seemed to be upset that I didnt go and pull the product myself when I thought that when it goes on the will call its supposed to be at the front not for me to go looking for it on the shelf. If I need any more product to finish my moms restroom I definitely will not be coming to this home Depot!Also its very ironic that I saw a poster of what seemed to be one of the managers at the customer service desk. The poster seem to mention something about great customer service and helpful. Not at all at this store.

I was able to verify inventory via the web. Closest store was out of what I needed, but I was able to find out the material in stock at another nearby location. Material was on the shelf, so I saved myself a stop by checking ahead.

Lots of selections and TONS of people to help, but it felt a bit chaotic and overwhelming. I will return, but recognize just how helpful having my list of items was because I walked all over the store for just 5 items, not an efficient use of time. Thanks to all the employees who helped us find our way.

Went to pick up 10 lights from an online order. The girl helping me was really nice. I knew I would need a cart but figured there would be one around there. When there wasnt she was super nice about going to get one from across the store and got it all loaded on the cart.

Went in for door draft guard. Couldnt locate it on the door aisle so asked multiple employees. Finally was directed to the hardware aisle which was correct. Then went in search of a space heater. No luck with that probably due to cold weather coming, but no one seemed to know where they might be.Best part was the check out. The woman was quick and personable. Asked if I had already wrapped my pipes. 😁

Typical Home Depot, however this one was in quite a disarray. Several of the aisles were blocked with merchandise and uneasy to navigate. You could not get even the smallest baskets down alot of the aisles. You either had to make your way through by moving stuff or you had the carry your items to your cart.I ask for help with locating a few items. The first two workers said they would have to call someone but no one ever showed...luckily I found what I needed but not where the app said it would be.I had another item I was looking for and the person that I got to help me was very confused because the item was not where it should have been either. Luckily a very nice worker came to help and he found what I needed.I also needed two keys made and this same very nice worker help me right away.He was the best and saved the day.Hopefully they can get their act together.

This store front is the best Ive ever seen of a Home Depot

If you need it, come find it yourself at The Home Depot. I like this location because it is near me and I am familiar with its layout to find what I need. Which is fortunate, because it can be very time consuming trying to find any employee if you have a question. And then its a chance to see if they know it. Not everyone is going to know where everything in a giant store is located, and it would be unfair of anyone to expect that to be the case. But it can still be a gamble to try and find the associate of a certain department.... in that department.If you have specific questions of how to do things or what products you should buy for a certain project, Id really recommend you do ALL of your research ahead of time. Expecting to be able to find an employee with the relevant knowledge is not a reliable outcome.That said, all the stuff you need is actually there if you know where to look. Plumbing to tiling, lumber to electrical. This store is well kept and clean, everything is organized and where it should be. Ive only rarely encountered a product without a price tag. For day to day supplies this is a great location to buy things.

They got rid of ALL brands of small electric handheld pen tools except for dremel & ryobi. Neither are cordless.

Terrible customer service. And good luck if you need something off the top shelf and need a forklift. Be ready to wait 45-60 minutes. Workers don’t care about you. I watched One employee literally talk to coworker for 15 minutes down the aisle before coming to help me even though was sent to help me. Everything was disorganized. Terrible.

Almost got ran over by employee with flat push cart full of items. Even after he missed my he didnt stop and say excuse me or sorry. He proceeded to almost run over my wife. Then when checking out clerk never once acknowledged us to be next customer, we walk up and she started ringing up items with out a word to us. No hi, How are you. No did you find anything you need, no total due nothing. The look on her face was almost a look of disgust that she had to help us check out. I have never been so upset when shopping at Home Depot. The experience really makes me not want to ever go back.

Not the best Home Depot Ive been to. The power went out and stayed off for about 20 min (not their fault but added to the experience). I asked where something was and the guy who started walking to show me - I guess he changed his mind because he turned around, walked past me, and went back to his stocking. A lady in that aisle immediately said she would show me and proceeded to tell me what to purchase when we got there. Not suggesting - telling me that I want this and I could just hire someone to patch the wall instead of buying a switch for a light and a fan to fill an existing outlet. The biggest frustration was that I wanted to get a digital front door deadbolt that had a key also. I found that with no problem. After waiting nearly 30 min for the rekey guy, he told me he wouldnt rekey it.He said the purpose of buying a digital lock was so I didnt have to use a key. I explained that I wanted to have a key and I wanted my kids to be able to get in when needed. He told me he wouldnt do it and to call a locksmith. He said no Home Depots do it. I informed him yes, one about 40 miles away would do it but the gentleman wasnt on shift the day I was there and I didnt want to drive that far again. He said he guessed I had better go there then. So frustrating!

Horrible service. Looking for a specific type of epoxy, could not find anyone except for one person in the electrical area. Asked him if he could help and all he said was “won’t find this in electrical area” and walked away! Useless person!

Never buy a Frigidaire or any other applicance from HD. Bought a Frigidaire gas cooktop and upon opening box it was damaged. HD would not take it back and refered me to Frigidaire warranty. 6 weeks and still not fixed. Never never buy anappliance from HD!

I hate this Home Depot, Pandra the operational manager made this experience the worst for me. She’s so heartless and shows no compassion towards anyone. All she does is sit around and talk about people.

Had a bad experience at this location. Felt I was being discriminated against due to my being hispanic. Had a question to ask and both reps did not even make eye contact. Refused me service.Reported this incident to the manager, Sheliah, which quickly diffused the situation. Very apologic. Offered a discount against my purchase. Amended the situation.Another employee, Ivan, did assist me with my original question. I made him aware of the incident before talking to the manager. He too acted speedily to diffuse the situation.I previously worked in Human Resources. Now at a law firm. There is zero tolerance for this type of conduct.

Be wary of buying major appliances here. I dont trust they send out good units. we bought a refrigerator from them 2 days before the winter storm last month. With all that was going on with outages we called them to report the unit was not functioning the week after. The store refused to take it back even considering the special circumstance, their continued defense being it exceeded the 48 hr return policy. we found out from a tech that the unit was sold without the coolant. Its best buy and costco for me moving forward.

Stopped by here to get some paint and things to work on our new home repairs. They had a good selection and the store was clean. The person helping out around the paint isle was really helpful when I told him about my projects. He gave me some recommendations that I will use!

Every other department is fine but Lumber is utterly useless people wood is terrible quality as well as the fact that I waited for more than an hour for the cutter to even show up which he never did. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a large order online and the system was not allowing me to order the wood I needed so I called the store and a very nice super efficient associate - Katina, helped me to confirm that the wood was in stock and that I should come in and she would help me with my order. I needed the wood cut and delivered which she scheduled also. Although it was time for her to leave for the day, Katina went out of her way to make sure the wood was cut and ready. I was also helped by another young lady who was very helpful and worked with a smile on her face. Although I have moved to another city I always come to the Sugar Land store. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Veterans take note. Over the last several weeks, the Veterans’ Discount has not been included even after the Home Depot associate scanned the 10% discount code. Sometimes one item is included, sometimes none. These are normal retail price s for the items and not a close out. Have spoken to the MOD this week and the previous two weeks and asked for someone to at least find out what the problem is. All three told me that they do not know why but it wasn’t there responsibility of correct the problem.

I went the Missouri City home depot looking for bi fold doors unfortunately they didnt have white like the website claimed the did so I check sugar land location same thing they had the doors but not white like the website stated after being in the store over an hour looking for associates I was tired and trusted. I ran into an associate name Justin. Justin was very kind and tried to assist me he could not find the doors in white . Finally I just took whatever was available in the store. I spoke to Freddy who is one of the managers. Freddy was very polite and showed excellent customer service. Thank you Freddy and Justin for assisting me today.

I was very pleased with my experience. Called to double check if they had an item in stock to confirm their online in stock stock was correct. A lady in gardening today was very polite and confirmed that they did. I arrived and was able to find some people willing to assist me and unlock the item I needed. I found this location to less busy and crowded unlike other locations. It was also very ran and seemed in order. Will definitely be driving the extra miles to come to the particular location instead of the one down the road from my house.

They had what I wanted in stock, plus it was at a reduced price.

This Home Depot stated it had 10 patio heaters in stock. I called to verify since it was a 50 minute drive and the other Home Depot I went to said the same thing but they had zero.A very nice customer service rep by the name of Krishauna physically verified that there were only two in stock. I asked her to pull them for me and that I was on my way.She called me as I was pulling into the parking lot saying her manager, JULIO, sold them out from under me since I wasn’t physically in the store.I know for a fact that they pull and hold because the other store who said they had 10 in stock but didn’t told me they had pulled them for someone else already.Such a waste of my time!!!JULIO is a horrible excuse of a manager in setting an example of what customer service should look like. Just out for the immediate sale.

Best Home Depot in Town. There is a guy who works there nicknamed Speedy Fresh..He is the best. He will help you find what you need or find someone to help you. When you buy something large and need help loading it, This guy rushes to help instead of hiding like the other places. Hope he never quits.

I am regularly inside of Home Depot. Have visited many of the locations in and around the Houston area and this is my least favorite location.Although there were plenty of staff members walking around or socializing, you couldn’t find anyone to help you; with questions, find things or loading your cart. The paint counter was a disaster and it took 30 minutes waiting in line before I got to the counter. The people at the paint counter were especially rude and unhelpful. In addition to them being out of stock of 3 different paint base and finishes that I asked for. (Satin Behr interior 1 gallon paints)

Today, my husband took me to the Home Depot to buy the painting supplies we needed. Around 4:50 PM, I politely asked a staff member stationed at the middle counter (where paints are mixed ) one question; I asked him “ Sir, are these paints water-soluble”? Without hesitation, as he looked at me straight in the eyes, he tells me “ They’re all white; I have to mix the colors in and it’s not for free”. I was in total shock, appalled and embarrassed; I quietly said “Yes I’m sure it’s not for free” and turned away. As I was turning away, I can seen him staring at me from head to toe; now I really felt bad and humiliated!! My humiliation turned into anger so I reported his inappropriate behavior to his Manager at the Customer SVC DPT; Manager “P” listened patiently and told me what her plan of action is and instructed me to check out at her counter; for what? What’s been said and how I’ve been treated cannot be forgotten. I am hurt that we as medical professionals and Artists, who serve our community, are treated this way. It is apparent that this was discrimination due to my skin color. Manager even stated there were other complaints. Where’s my update?

I go to Home Depot regularly, be it the ones near me in Katy. I couldnt find anyone able to help me at this store.Go to another Home Depot, avoid this poorly managed store.

Have always been pleased with this store in Sugar Land. The service is great, workers are attentive n service for customers is always on their mind. Also store clean always.

My boyfriend and I walked in at 8:50pm (already knowing what item we needed.) We walked 10 feet through the door and this woman bombarded us with her arm stretched out touching my boyfriend’s chest to block him from walking further. She said “Sir it’s 9 we’re closed.” We responded we knew what we were going to grab. That interaction with that employee was extremely rude and invasive as if she forgot we’re in the middle of the pandemic. We found what we needed and exited the store under 5 minutes.

Super busy but very helpful staff well everywhere but the garden section. As soon as it was my turn to go up to the register the lady started 5 minute gossip session with a co-worker.

Customers should be given notice that when they buy a new power tool that they will likely not take it back even with the proper receipt . That was my experience and it was very frustrating very disappointing
