Hustlers.No other words to describe.Those guys(Hakeem mostly) sold me a a locked phone. Even though they told me its factory unlocked. They swap the phone more than 3 times!! I would first warn you to ask for a written invoice for any repairs and ask about the warranty of their work. I was quoted 80 dollars for a screen repair but when the repair was done the technician said 95. After 4 days the screen is malfunctioning, I went back to have it repaired but the technician said its your motherboard and refused to do anything else other than just swipe and press the screen to show it worked. In my opinnion I would caution anyone of doing business here due to their low accountibility standards. No invoice, upcharges they did not discuss before finalising the work, and no warranties. I would recommend geek squad or a store that guarantees their work. In my opinnion this place is just about squeezing out as much as they can from anyone that walks in here.

This business advertises refurbished phones as brand new! I returned the cell phone he sold me because it was not new back in July and still waiting for a refund. It is already November. Beware of this scammer!!!

I bought a used phone from them 2 weeks ago supposedly they Were replaced the battery I get my phone back and it’s the percentage as when I went in and the guy with the beard said it’s fix I just never seen a new battery be discharged that’s bull so I go back the next day again they had me waiting 20-30 minutes just so they caN charged my phone so after all night been in the charger just unplugged the phone and it’s already at 89 Percent and I don’t have any apps nothing I have 10 pictures that’s it So after all the bull between Sam and the other beard they act like they helping you they not shop around before you buy those Used auctions phones my daughters phone was working fine never had a problem with the battery never it just needed an update Sam said it needed a and that that would fix the phone $65 so after I took it home the screen was super sensitive the phone needs a battery now because it’s like mine now so I’m out $160 plus $65 for my daughters phone this morning I purchased a new phone for my daughter and my self all I’m saying if you’re poor don’t go to them they only take care of people with real money I thought they were cool because of they attitude but when they lye straight to your face and say they replaced the battery what do you expect and you come back the next day for the same problem a simple battery they rather have me going back and fourth from Katy to their place that tells you what kind of sick business they running very disappointing just by writing this message the battery is at 76 percent and they replaced the battery 2 times already they said or they charged it twice and send me home that’s cold hearted

He was the only person able to fix my son I pad, I took the Ipad to 5 different places and all of them said the problem is the motherboard and Cell Spa was the only person able to fix it in less than 2H and charged me very low $$. I am so glad I went here! They fixed the impossible- an iPhone that completed a cycle in the washing machine. Detergent got inside and corroded most of it. Cell Spa was very reasonably priced. Fixed both cameras, mic, speaker, screen, volume buttons, face recognition, name it, they fixed it. I was quoted doubled elsewhere. I discovered a few more things after I took it home and they fixed it again without charging me more. Great customer service and honest people.

I went to a previous cell repair place and they held my phone for like three days and werent able to fix my issue but then i came here to Cell Spa and within a matter of 30 minutes they were able to identify my issue and fix the problem! it was AMAZING! they were also very nice and compliant and QUICK! and quick is what i needed because this ive been having this issue for weeks and the other cell repair shop could not help for the life of me but I came here and they provided excellent service! they were pretty reasonably priced as well for the services they offer. :)DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !

I went in for lcd repair. They did a great job had their masks on gave me an affordable price and It only took about 20min to get my phone fixed also they put a glass screen protector on my phone on the house they explained to me what caused my phone to black out and showed me what was wrong they gave me instructions on how to prevent it from happening again. & they let me test my phone before walking out as well.

I purchased a phone advertised as new and I began have problems with the phone and found out the phone was not new but refurbished. Only had the phone for 2 months . I was told the phone had a 90 days warranty upon purchase. Contacted the store and was told my warranty doesn’t cover the problem ( out of the blue my phone stopped being able to talk on the iPhone or speaker only through a header) I had but I can bring it in to see how much it would cost to fix. Buyer beware . I had a funny feeling when I purchased the phone and should have trusted instinct and found another phone place
