I have wasted 2 trips to this store today to pick up a document and still havent gotten it.First time I came 15 mins after the opening time and no one was there to open the store. Second time I came back just to wait for an hour for nothing. The store associate could have perfectly taken a few seconds to hand me the document, but he insisted that I have to wait in line until he finished with others first, and even after 1 hour he was still with the same costumers.Updated: I ried to reach out to the email they provided. it has already been 2 weeks and still no response. Seems like they only pretend to care.

The staff was great. They went out of the way to make things happen.

Had an excellent experience here at T-Mobile. Sylvonna and Abel, the manager, were very helpful and patient with us as we discussed switching over. They took the time to explain each step of the process, break everything down and we were so happy to work with them. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and patience! This Tmobile store is never busy as the others. Ive dealt with several different employees multiple times. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Edward especially took his time and explained a lot to me. He helped me solve a complicated issue I was having with phones and services.I really appreciate everyone in this store.

Ive been a customer at this location for years and I have had no problems with the service ever. The service at this store is phenomenal. Store Manager was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I live in Houtson, but the impeccable service draws me back to this store. Other T-mobile retailers are definitely not as accommodating as this location. If you have any questions regarding switching your provider, getting a new phone, or any phone issues, I would highly recommend coming here to ask away. The employees are very willing to help, and they are exceptionally knowledgeable as well.10/10, highly recommend, will be coming back!

I came to this location after reading reviews and Rizwan was absolutely excellent! I dont change out my phone often but wanted to make sure that things would go smoothly and they did. Rizwan is very knowledgeable with years of experience in the business and is friendly and patient to top it off. He made it a great experience.Just went back to this T-Mobile location after a year to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S10 and was very happy with Jose who transferred all the data from my Galaxy S9 to the new phone, and then transferred data from my husbands old phone to the S9. Jose was friendly and professional and got the job done. He was efficient and knew what he was doing. We had a great experience with Jose at this location and will not hesitate to go back again.

I have been with T-Mobile over 20 years and the service at the new store in Sugarland has been the best ever! Rizwan, one of the sales associate has helped me so much figure out a very complicated situation Ive been in the store two times and hes probably spent a total of four hours with me and never gets frustrated! If you are a T-Mobile customer or want to switch over, this store is the one to come to!

Terrible customer service, I talked to Terry and he was unwilling to abide by the corporate T-mobile notes on the account claiming that they were not showing up. I ended up leaving in frustration and when I called T-Mobile back, they told me he was in the wrong and should have abided by the notes. I later went to another T-Mobile store where I had no issues. Terry operates his store as if it is not a part of a larger company and he has provided the worst customer service Ive ever had as a 14 year customer of T-Mobile.
