The service is great here. Prices are very affordable. Ive been trying to get my phones battery replaced and called 5 different places and they all charged from $60 to $75, plus tax, just to replace the battery, because I had the battery. And at Dr. Cell Phone they charged me $32, tax included. The guy that was working there was very nice too. I recommend this place.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS-THEYRE ONE BIG SCAM. They use cheap parts which can ruin the functionality and other parts of the phone. My new screen looks nothing like the original Pixel 3 screen and my phones charger stopped working right after I picked up the phone from them (paid $150 for this mess). Their customer service is horrible. Apparently, there are lots of reviews like these and they dont take any responsibility for doing such a poor job. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews....they incentivize customers to write them in exchange for a discount.

Very fast service I was able to get my phone screen fixed immediately when I came in and it was ready in less than 10 mins. They also have warranty for 90 days which I love. my phone was working like brand new.

SCAMMER ALERT!I had to come back three times for a battery they never replaced in my Apple tablet. They became extremely rude and even aggressive when I addressed my disappointment about the replacement battery, and refused to fix it. At that point I didnt even knew the never replaced anything. I went to another repair shop after and they showed that the original (broken) battery was still in there. They literally stole 79 dollar from me.

Exceptional service. Took care of me right away. Very professional and fair prices !! 10/10 recommend.I thought the service was good, but upon further inspection I noticed that the screen was improperly installed. True Tone was gone and not calibrated. Colors were faulty and flashlight button was not responsive. Ended up going thru my insurance to get the job properly finished. Ubreakifix is the way to go imo.

The service staff was courteous and answered all of my questions. Turnaround time was fast. Within 24 hours. It might have been faster but it was a sunday and the part was not in stock. I was given a time when the phone would be ready and thats the time I was called. All in all I would recommend this place.

These guys did a great job at repairing my samsung S20 screen.It was pretty quick. I mainly grabbed a cup of coffee nearby and waited.

I went there to repair my note 10 plus. it was in the neighborhood of $300. when I picked it up after they repaired it the back was hanging off. I went back a second time after realizing this and they said they would repair it. this time it did not cost money because they did not complete the job correctly. the second time I picked it up from the shop the back was slightly off still but I decided I would just keep it instead of going through more hassle. that turned out to be a poor decision because I got a tiny bit of water on it which would not have been a problem due to the phones ip68 water resistance but since the back was hanging off it killed the phone. I now have a $1,400 brick. thank you.

I have got my phone battery and screen replaced. Lesson learned, pay more and go to the Apple Store for part replacement. Shops like these are selling cheaper Chinese parts, which are NOT THE SAME, no matter what the shop technician may say. I will not go to this shop again!

I have a very bad experience with this Dr. Cell phone place at sugar land. Bad service. Poor quality product and expensive price compare to other phone repair place. I will never go back ever again.

Brought in a beautiful VAIO laptop that had stopped working after being dropped. Microcenter wouldnt take it though bought from them as unable to source parts from VAIO (despite my saying something was probably just jarred loose). Brought it to Dr. Cell Phone....fixed good as new within 24 hours for very reasonable price. Very happy! Thank you.

Stopped by the Sugar land location in need of a iPhone 8 Plus screen replacement. Eddie was very helpful and was very welcoming. Got a new screen and screen protector at a great price! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need their help. They also had plenty of phone accessories. Only downside is the cases are not “girly” enough for me. I’d love to not have to order online. Ha awesome place with great service. Highly recommend.

This place is a scam. Took my iPad and they said they couldnt repair it. They exchange components with broken ones. When I took it to Apple to get repaired they said unauthorized modifications that were made. I noticed the screen was different than when I took it there. Avoid at all cost.

Dont go with rating. Its all scam. they are giving discount on repair, if you leave positive feedback. They are not professionals. They dont follow basic ethics. I. gave my phone for screen replace, while replacing they broke back side glass. They replaced that for free, but its not original. while replacing back glass. they screwed my touch. It got blue ink mark kind. And my touch is not working now. If I ask about that, they are saying we dont know. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS!

I went to cell Dr for a cracked screen on my cell phone. Muhammad at cell Dr told me the crack in the screen was so minor that I should live with it until it got worse . I find this honesty refreshing in todays world. Any other cell phone repair shop would have fix the phone and charged my $300.00. It is nice to know there are still honest people in the world . Went with my new phone to get screen protector. The protector cracked within 24 hours. Returned and the man said it was my fault. Left aggravated as I had not dropped or done anything else to harm my phone. Went to different place. The gentleman told me the size of the protector was incorrect. He replaced for free. Was very kind. Will complain to credit card company. Terrible customer service.

Went in after my battery died. As a business owner, I cannot be out of pocket for long. They were able to take care of my phone immediately and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Best cell phone repair shop in Sugar Land. I wouldnt trust my devices to anyone else. They are honest and dont try to rip off customers like others which is hard to find. Good to have someone on my side for a change looking after my best interest.

They do get things done all right. However, you need to be careful that they will over charge you whenever they can. I had my cell phone dropped and the screen went fuzzy. You just need to give it a hard impact to bring it back, but they insisted the screen needs to be replaced. An easy $100 for them. I found out that later and felt being robbed.

Eddie Store Manager, explained why I needed to pay more than $5.00 for a cell phone screen protector. Being cheap and up in age and dropping my cell often, he provided a tempered Glass screen protector, so I never worry again cracking the screen. I must add Eddie made it clear life never guarantees 100%. I still bought it. I asked other questions, obtained intelligent answers.

This place saved me! My Samsung S6 screen lost function after it was compressed. The screen cracked and blotches of purple covered the screen making the phone completely unworkable. I was in town from Austin and hoping that they could fix it before we left that day. Mohammad shared that it would take several hours, but that he would be able to fix it before we left for Austin. And like a miracle worker, he did just that. Every other place near by said that it would take several days to fix. Not only did he fix my phone and I swear it looks better than before it broke, but Mohammad was so kind and quick! He even put a tempered glass cover on my phone so this will hopefully not happen again! Incredibly thankful to have found this place!

The staff was polite and friendly.When I dropped my device off, I was told it would take a few hours. That made me happy because Id expected a longer period of time. This place rocks! They fixed my iphone 7 cracked screen but I wasnt happy with it at first due to the brightness so I left a negative review. Then THEY reached out to ME and said they wanted me to be 100% happy with it and offered to install another new screen without me even asking. They installed the new one and it is perfect! I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and they broke my home button. I would suggest taking your phone somewhere more reliable. I paid $90 to get a broken phone.

This a new review for a repair I just had on a IPhone 8 Screen, I called on Wednesday, 08-July at about 5:30. They told me they were not busy and could have the screen replaced in 30 minutes. Dropped the phone off ran a 20 minute errand and phone was ready to go when I returned.Excellent service and quality work.Follow up: Received a follow up on the review and have scheduled repair.Called the Sugar Land store on Saturday, phone rang and rang the then went to voice message. Left a message for a call back on the replacement cost for IPhone 6 screen. It’s been over 24 hours and no return call. I’m giving them the benifit of doubt that they were really busy and will update this rating if they actually follow up.

I took my iPhone in for a screen replacement and I was very happy with the service. The store is conveniently located and staff is very pleasant staff. I got back my phone in less than an hour which was great due to phone withdrawal symptoms. Lol. The cost was so much more competitive than other places too. Hope screen quality is good but will be sure to inform if its not. So far so good!

Dont go here. I go in for a glass repair and a charging port adjustment. My phone still worked and charged I just had to put my cord to the side to charge it. I wait 2 hours to get it fixed and when I pick it up I make sure my charging port is fixed and they forgot to do it. I wait 30 more minutes then they tell me they cant turn my phone on anymore. They broke a phone that worked fine. I wait another day because there main tech would be in at 10 in the morning. I show up at 10 on the dot and now told that they dont know when he will be in. I said to them they either owe me enough money to go to the phone or a new phone. Because thats only fair. I had to catch a flight that day so I had no time to spare. They try to argue with me but eventually I got a phone. Then they charged me 136 for the phone because apparently they gave me a new phone. This place is absolutely horrible. Their techs dont even speak English. Absolutely horrible. Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. They cheat you out of your money.

I got my cracked iPhone glass replaced The new screen cracked with a few days. When I went back to the store to show the problem, I was told that the phone was bent and hence the screen cracked again. I was advised that I should not spend any more money on the phone and buy a new one. I would have appreciated this advise before they replaced the glass and I would have saved $75.

Pay full price for new Galaxy S5 Screen and get a refurbished LCD with yellow burn-in. I can see the previous users keyboard anytime I have a white background.Complained and they said that it is covered under warranty. Got it replaced again and it has the same issue. Im note even 100% sure they did anything when I dropped it off the second time.Very dissatisfied. If I pay full price I expect to have a brand new screen!Guess I will get it replaced again just before the 90-day warranty is up. I just need my phone now.

Pros: Did offer options over the phone. The $30 diagnostic rather than $80 repairCon: Somewhat indifferent to customer. Talking loudly in back room about other customers and work orders in an unprofessional manner.No resolution for repair.Ive got a Note 3, MIC that went out. Took phone in for diagnostic. 3 hours later, they said a new board has to be ordered and replaced. It would take 3-4 days for it to come in. I called them late on the 4th day, rep saw no notes on computer. Eventually said hed check the back room. Said nothing was back there, got quiet (almost seems like it was never ordered). I asked is there anything else he could do. He said I guess I could call corporate. That would be a nice gesture, I mentioned. A few hours later, he called back, said they would have to order the part from a new supplier. I asked for an ETA, Im not sure, well call you. A week later and still no call. Already got it repaired elsewhere. Cant say Ill ever go back or recommend this place.
