I was treated inappropriately as I was wearing Indian ethnic wear. They refused to accept the return saying we do not accept online orders. The online store and the customer service says it’s not true.

I went into MK not knowing much about women’s purses and wallets. I asked an Asian girl working there many questions about which purse would be great for my mom. She was so informative, sweet, and VERY HELPFUL! She showed me a couple that I knew my mom would love, and then told me what she would pick. I got the one she insisted, and my mom fell in love with it! She is usually likesCoach or Kate Spade type of bags, but she said Michael Kors will definitely be her favorite from now on! Great store experience and great help.

Bought a backpack as a gift for my cousin. I noticed a white thing on the bag and even though it was small, it’s a GIFT and I wanted it to be in perfect condition to give. A lady with a blue tattoo on her right arm and short, curly hair came up to us with a nasty attitude and asked “what’s wrong.” I explained that there was a white spot and wanted to see if there was another one maybe in the back. Before I could finish, she grabbed the backpack and scratched it a bit and said “THERE” and slapped her hand on her leg in annoyance. Horrible and childish attitude from this wack grown woman. I understand that it was a small thing to be nitpicking about but she could have handled it more professionally.

I went in to get my Michael Kors watch sized that my daughter bought for me for my retirement from ATT. It was a pleasant and quick service. The lady at the front desk was very courteous. Thanks.

So i went to galleria and bought a MK wallet for my sister, they put it on a mk bag, which it got damage. I went to my closes MK store (which is the one at first colony mall) to ask for another bag because the wallet will be a present for my sis, and the lady(asian) who was there didnt want to just go ahead and give me a bag. I explain to her what had happened and she didnt want to gave me one. I even told her that I was going to pay for it because I didnt want to drive all the way back to galleria and with a rude attitude she said No. I will definitely wont ever go back to this store.

My bag broke within 4 months and when I asked them If my warranty will work to fix my bag. They said no and asked me to leave.

Price not worth its quality. An average Michael Kors bag breaks within six months. Plus the employee there wasnt even helpful. She was walking around, just waiting for the sky to fall down.
