I just went to the store to make a return or exchange and Ashley did not want to take a return/exchange and was very rude!!! Ps. All tags were in there and items are unworn.

Terrible customer service. Problem with their website. Information put in correctly when received confirmation it was incorrect. They would not change. Gift going to wrong address. Sucks!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had us drive for jeans that over the phone they said they had. They even said they had three different sets and they acted clueless when we got there. THERE WASNT ANY.The teenagers that you hired need to have better work ethics. Because first of all it took them several minutes to answer the phone and the gentleman that answered the phone didnt even introduced himself, and when we got there the store didnt even had any customers, there was no reason why should take that long to answer the phone. Wasted my time 45 mins driving over there.

They have some exquisite clothing brands like champion and guesss top of the art

Costumer service was horrible, this was my second time going in there where no one greets you, they look you straight in your face never ask you for help, there were 3-4 workers in there, they were talking to each other..wont ever shop there again
