Really tasty drinks!We got our drinks at 50% sweetness.They were able to sub oat milk for me, I appreciate it. I had already ordered when I saw the flyers of the top 5 so I’ll have to try those in future visits. 😋

The Oreo cheese boba tea was amazing, not overly sweet but I did get it at a 70%, I love that they give you a chart for sweetness and ice. I was disappointed that all their pastries were out, but I will be back to try them. The girls were very sweet, hospitable, and informational. See you guys in 3 weeks, highly recommended

Ordered some drinks and checked in on Yelp for the free cake.Cake (3/5): its is similar to japanese sponge cake texture with sweet matcha cream poured on top.Drinks (3/5): drinks are sweeter than average and a general lack of flavor and creaminess. We tried the dirty boba and black milk tea. I usually get the lowest level of sugar (30% here) since I like a strong tea taste, but the 30% option here is more similar to 60%.Environment (5/5): great study area with lots of table space and chargers. Can get pretty crowded in the afternoon. Wifi speed pretty decent too.**Edit: Removing 2 stars due to customer service/bad business ethics. So I came back to order a black tea. They automatically charged me for a large. I asked to downsize and they said that they only offer large since they had no more small cups. I conveniently had a pretty small coffe cup with me and asked if I could use my cup (and they normally allow reusable cups), but the barista said that they werent allowed to do that and I had to order a large. I ended up ordering anyways but this business practice is pretty shady.

PERFECTION. Literally. I come here often and have probably tried around 8 different drinks. All perfect. Im obsessed with their freshly made fruit drinks. Today I found out that you can even sub sparkling water for tea to make it decaf. AMAZING!! The drinks always taste fresh. Another thing I like is they actually put the amount of sugar you want. I usually ask for lite (25%) and it is just that - lite. Other places will still be too sweet. The milk foams are delish. The employees are friendly as well. The BEST tea house Ive tried.

They do different kind of milk foam (taro foam,matcha foam)which is unique and delicious.

10/10. The environment is very friendly and cozy. As soon as you step in the store it feels like a very comfortable place! I love the variety of drinks and some desserts that they have. The seats are very nice as well. It is very clean as well as easy to work around. The drinks are made with care and are very quick too.

Lovely. Great tea, not as many selections as say the tea house, but flavour is great. Place is very clean with cute design for pictures. There are board games you can play. Also if u bring your washed cup back to be reused you can get a discount. Ps: cups are sturdy for reuseEmployees are very friendly and helpful.

I cant stand it when service is rude. As a merchant you should be aware that many of your customers have been giving you business since they day you opened. So this place is good sometimes when your whole experience from when you step in to when you leave is good. Drinks are mediocre.

I love this place, but one really disappointing factor is they never have boba after 8:30 PM when they close at 9 PM. There have been several times where customers come even after me and leave bc they don’t have boba and the employees don’t want to make it because they’re closing in 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed.

This place is great. Their teas are so fresh and refreshing. It’s also a cool place to hang out with a lot of seating available. My gal pals and I were doing art and tea hangs here before the dumb pandemic happened. We’ve been a couple times during, but right before close so didn’t stay long. They also have yummy dessert options.The ginger milk tea is so good. The fresh fruit teas are really good. Kiwi Basil, Jasmine Apple Green Tea, I think once I paid the high price for the Bursting Dragonfruit tea but wasn’t super impressed by it. I like that they are flavorful without being insanely sweet. The cups/stoppers are cool too.The menu says coffee on it but I don’t think my husband has ever successfully ordered a coffee and they actually had it.I live far from there but I can’t wait to go back! One of my favorite and most highly ranked tea places.Chill atmosphere with a cute fancy nook in the back. Big parking lot. Friendly staff.

Whenever I order the large, it ALWAYS taste watered down compared to the regular size.My friend who likes less sweet drinks loves the overflowing grapefruit with the sweetness reduced so I Ive also ordered that for my mom.1/1/2020: What an awesome boba tea spot I discovered in Sugar Land! The interior is super cool and a lot of thought was put into the atmosphere for the experience. This is definitely a spot to bring friends and hangout over some tea and boba. Especially if youre looking to take some cool Instagram photos! The wall art is unique and fun. The tea shop is so spacious with plenty of seating.I ordered a regular milk tea with boba (plus extra boba) and it was perfect. The tapioca was cooked to my liking and perfectly sweet. What I loved most was that your drink comes in a reusable cup w/ a cap that you can bring back to use again at a discount!! Brilliant and environmentally friendly.The customer service was good (the cashier was helpful & patient) and I appreciate that our drinks came out quickly. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

This is hands down my favorite tea place in Houston. This location and the one in Houston are both amazing. Every drink I’ve tried was delicious and balanced. My personal favorites are dirty boba, jasmine apple green tea and matcha latte. Highly recommend!

I am a big fan of bubble tea and I have visited many tea houses, but Feng Cha is by far the best tea house I have ever been to. The tea is incredibly amazing. You can taste the true flavor of the tea. It does not have any of the chemical flavors like some of other tea houses have. The tea house is decorated with a young and fresh atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nice. Overall, this is the ONLY tea house I go. Highly recommend this place for everyone.

The drinks are amazing. We ordered 4 drinks and they made them all within less than 5 minutes. The kiwi drink is so tangy and you can actually taste the tea. The brown sugar drink is heavenly, if you had to choose between that or the milk tea, I would recommend trying the brown sugar one! The summer melon green tea is so refreshing!!Thank you for opening up near my house !

COVID-19 updating: I am a big fan of milktea guys! With me milktea is #mywater haha and this store has an amazing Dirty Bobo which I highly recommend. High hygiene rule during this pandemic and really clean. If you live at Sugarland or have a chance, come and try their drink. It won’t let you disappointed!

This is a very cozying place. Nice decoration and warm like home. The chocolate crepes taste very soft and creamy. The ice peach oolong is sweet and tea feel fresh.

I get Feng Chas Oreo Cheese Milk Tea wayy too much!🤧 But, I have no regrets. Its definitely a drink to try!Feng Cha is also a good place to study or hang out with your friends. They have comfortable and cushioned chairs with boba plushies!

Great place to hangout and good tea choices but be warned that’s its limited tea and flavour choices. If you are a person that love teahouse this is a good spot for your core set of flavours but anything fancy combination and you won’t get it. Nothing wrong with it but be warned before you walk in.Great vibe, locally owned and has games too so if you want to hangout and relax and play games you can.Good service as well. Worth a visit if in the area.We got the basic Lychee and rose tea (pic attached). Nothing too fancy but again if you are in for crazy flavours this isn’t your place.

This Teahouse will be a hit if you’re looking for a good Instagram/Snapchat photo. Super cute and yummy place. They have bench and barstool seating. They currently have a special for buy 1 get 1 free on any of their drinks. They just opened a few days ago and the staff seemed confused but the manager/ owner was watching over the workers to make sure everything was made correctly. In my opinion I likely won’t return for another month since it was busy at 3:30 and staff was slow with getting drinks out. I’m sure the next time I return this will no longer be an issue

The dragonfruit had an equal balance of sugar and the freshness of natural fruit. Very refreshing, will be coming to this place again.

This might be my new boba go to! Ample Space for studying, friendly staff members, and their drinks are so yum! I got the tarp milk tea with salted foam and it was absolutely delicious. They have such beautiful cups, too.

Great place!I have been to other feng chas before, which some do their drinks differently. I ordered the strawberry breeze with taro foam and lychee (which usually lychee jelly is already included) which I was informed that it includes no jelly but is topped with cheese foam. (Side note it is also made with ice cream unlike other locations!) Very well made drink and cute decorations!Also, shoutout to the barista, didn’t catch her name but she was extremely nice and provided great service (also the feng cha berets? made me oh so jealous)

Their desserts are good, producing some instagram worthy foodie aesthetics. Otherwise, the bubble tea is very well prepared making this location worthy of being part of the Feng Cha franchise. Get some bubble tea already! My go-to’s are Lychee green tea with lychee jelly, Winter melon green tea or winter melon milk tea (made cold w/ grass jelly for the former and preferably hot w/ tapioca for the later).

Stopped in for the first time to grab a drink. Ordered the strawberry overload. I would have liked a stronger strawberry flavor, but otherwise not bad. I did not order any dessert to go with my drink so I am not sure about the food.Nice place that you can stop in for a variety of drinks or stay and play some games they have with the stuffed pandas. You can also take a picture with the wings mural they have on the wall. Free wi-fi.Priced like Starbucks so a regular drink may be $5/6 for a Venti size.

Its my first time to try Fengcha in Houston, but it is the best milk tea Ive ever had. I travel from NY, I used to get Fengcha tea in NYC. Believe me, Houstons Fengcha is better than NYCS.I think the secret is they only use high quality and fresh ingredients. I love their kiwi green tea, it made with fresh kiwi.  Want to have their tea every signal day!!!

I’ve been to at least 15 different tea house around Houston area and this is the best so far. The tea was perfectly sweetened (not too sweet or not enough) and the flavor of the tea is great. Would definitely come back and recommend the place to other friends. It also has a verity selection of sweets and desserts so it’s also a great place for after meal grubs. Reasonable prices for everything too. Definitely worth coming back!

They make customizing your orders really simple with their percentage graphic. I love their teas, milk drinks, and boba! Their service is good and the store is clean and stylish. Definitely a good place to study and hang out. And it’s close to home!

Edit: since about a month ago I’ve enjoyed this place so much that I have come by to get two drinks almost every day and can say that they’ve changed a bit. Some of the staff is actually pretty rude. I accidentally grabbed someone else’s order instead of mine one day and they were pretty rude about it and made me feel uncomfortable and I felt so bad about finishing the drink I had started drinking. I honestly thought it was mine, accidents happen when there’s like ten of the same order in a row. I said sorry a few times and they acted so bothered. I didnt get a receipt and he didnt tell me my order number. Total vibe kill. Probably wont come back, not like they care based on I was being treated, but just saying it anyways.

I really like this place but this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong when placed from the app as it is literally specified / detailed exactly how to prepare the order. I ordered 2 dirty bobas today, extra sweet, no boba nor ice. They put the boba in it then had to remove it, it’s not sweet at all and neither drink has brown sugar. Yes, people make mistakes but as a customer, I paid for another wrong item.

My wife and I really wanted to like this place since this side of Sugar Land does not have many options for boba and milk tea. However, I have deep concerns about management and food safety after our separate visits on 26June and today.On the 26June visit, my wife and her friends were interested in buying the macarons but had questions about the flavors. The young people working that evening had no interest in answering their questions despite her insisting they wanted to buy some. They tried to pass off her questions until someone else stepped in to help. It didnt sit well that it would be so difficult to answer and sell their food but she brushed it off as the employees being new and shy.Today, I arrived in the early afternoon. It was very busy and there was a long line but drinks came quickly. I used to work in food service and I noticed there was an individual who was making drinks with no hair pulled back or any hair covering and was constantly touching her face and hair (I understand the temptation to wipe away sweat or scratch an itch during a busy shift but you have to ignore it). I tried to speak to a manager to notify (in case they werent aware) but no one I spoke to could understand English fluently. After I received my drinks and had driven away, I realized my milk tea was completely hot on the bottom and cold on the top. It had not been mixed at all and did not taste good. Ive ordered black milk tea all across the city, so I have a baseline of what it should taste like, and this was off the mark.This place just opened, so I understand if there are kinks to work out, but I cannot recommend anyone go for at least next few months until hopefully they resolve these issues.

I don’t know what’s in their cheese milk foam but is like magic in a delightful drink! I came back and couldn’t resist buying the matcha breeze. I’d say Feng cha is in my top two tea houses list and best part is in sugar land!Update: There is a barista here name Belen and she always makes your order the way you want with no errors. Even if you aren’t satisfied with your drink she will make it right. I’m glad to be back. Thank you Feng Cha team and especially to Belen😊😊

Yum yum! I got the dark roasted black tea with matcha milk foam. Excellent quality as always, they used to have a small little kiosk in katy, but now Im glad they move to a bigger store. Milk foam is of nice consistency, not too thick, not too runny, right amount of sweetness. I can just give this tea house million stars if i can. Best in town compare to other tea house places I tasted.

The boba milk foam cake and dirty boba milk tea taste good. But kinda pricey. This cup of boba milk tea itself is almost $10 after tax and tips. Cake’s price is okay.

My first visit and definitely not my last. This place is super-clean and cozy, plenty of chairs and couch to sit and relax, better than a lot of Starbucks Ive been to in the past.my order was rose oolong tea, 30% sugar. took less than 5 minutes to get my order and service was excellent, Ive had this drink before in other tea places at Chinatown. This one is by far the most tasteful. I have a passion for Oolong tea since I was young, and I know what it should taste like. The blend of smell of rose and Oolong is splendid, I highly recommend to anyone whos not into sweet drinks but enjoy the aroma of flowers and tea, you wont be disappointed.Will definitely check out their other selections next time around, keep it up!!

My daughter and I recently visited here. I ordered a large summer melon green tea for 5 dollars. After I took 2 sips, I realized I didn’t like it due to the floral notes. I asked if she could exchange it for a different tea. She said yes and I threw the whole drink away just to turn around to her ringing me up for the other drink. She told me it was no exchanges if you didn’t like your drink. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t have been upset if she would have said pay for the reusable cup. She offered nothing feasible to settle the issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone who likes to see the value of their dollar. On a lighter note, my daughter enjoyed the boba milk tea.

Last time we went to Houston, my friend took us here to enjoy the bubble tea. The environment is clean, the service is great. I ordered a cup of tea with less sugar, it tastes great. My daughter loves the original flavor very much. We will visit this store next time we visit Houston.

I am a big fan of dirty boba in this place. It is so so so good. Besides that one, other drinks are good too such as kiwi green tea and green tea with cheese milk foam. It is reasonable to try.

I liked the dragon fruit and strawberry drinks. They were refreshing and beautiful to look at. The prices are reasonable as well. If you like a milky and caramel tasting drink, the dirty boba is for you.

It was our first time visiting this cute sweet bubble tea house. My husband ordered mango Au Lait, and I ordered dirty Boba. Both taste great! The interior is clean and neat. High ceiling and modern lights give relaxing environment. We will come back again.

I recently visited Feng Cha Teahouse in Sugar land Tx and I must say, my experience was amazing! I ordered the strawberry overload and it was outstanding!! The servers were extremely friendly and polite. Also, the decor was great and the exterior and overall interior were very clean and relaxing. Tried the Summer melon green tea in soft opening. It was great. Looks gorgeous, the upper lever is light red taste as water melon, bottom level is light green which taste as lemon and green tea. A perfect drink in summer！

Very inconsistent. I get the dirty boba but sometimes they do it right sometimes it taste like pure milk no black tea.

I really loved my Rose Milk Tea with Tapioca! The rose was just right, not too strong but still added a nice floral flavor. In general Feng Cha has great boba tea! I have also had the Matcha Love Milk Foam cake which was light & delicious :)

I ordered the Oreo cheese foam milk tea and the strawberry castle desert. They all tasted amazing! Feng Cha is my favorite milk tea place in H Town. And the Xmas is around the corner, they have decorated the place in a such holiday theme!

Cool wifi place for bobba chai

I go to Feng Cha in other locations a lot and enjoy the quality of the tea. I usually get oolong milk tea with half ice and half sugar. It seemed they were training new staff and the only reason I gave this place a 3 star is because the tea tasted overly diluted with water and wasnt really the experience I hoped for. Im going to give it another shot in the future and see how it is again.

This is my third time here, I am glad That I gave it second try. Very clean and cute store, Me and my girlfriend like it very much. I can not say that Feng Cha is the best teahouse in Houston, but it definitly is a special one. I truely love their milk foam cake, (matcha love is the best if you are a matcha lover). This place was so cute and sweet. I really like that its not a chain boba place. They have different types of teas that are actually teas and not black tea with syrup. I ordered a strawberry overload tea, a Thai tea with tapioca and a dragon fruit tea. I also had their waffles with ice cream. Everything was so delicious. The interior is very cute and trendy. The angel wings in the wall are very photo op worthy. Will be returning.
