Went today 10/17/21 2:10pm and the 2 ladies working definitely did not look like they wanted to be there . When I walked up to the register the lady did not greet me “not a hello or nothing” she just stared at me . ..ok fine whatever, maybe she’s having a bad day. I sit down and wait for my drink to be made but the lady who was making the drink never called my name to tell me it was done .What’s the use of asking for my name ???The only reason I got up to check is because I seen a drink sitting there on the counter and I had to ask who the drink was for .I’m not saying service is like this all the time here but today was just WOW!

I love Starbucks Dragonfruit Mango Lemonade drink, its 1 of my favorites besides The Pink Drink. Starbucks is definitely number one for me and in my book of delicious refreshing beverages.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the South West area of Houston/ Sugarland

I went to this location yesterday and the employee that was working there was extremely rude. I got into line and there was a lady in front of me that looked like was already waiting a good 5 minutes plus the time the employee completely ignored us and kept cleaning until she saw a line starting to forum. I made eye contact with her several times thinking that she had already took the drink order for the lady in front of me, but nope. Look like she kept putting us off and didn’t wanna help us. When I finally got to order, I walked up to the counter and told her hi and she turned her back to me and went to do something else. Came back 2 minutes later to FINALLY take my order. Looks like she didn’t wanna even be working there. She was extremely rude and I will probably not be going back to this Starbucks again. I wish I would have gotten her name or there was a manager around.

I went to this location for a quick coffee...but the staff who works there was kind of rude and least bothered about taking the order...although a nice location but I’m marking it down just on the basis of the service I received by Tatyana...I hope they improve

The Starbucks located in the Target near First Colony Mall had the worst customer service at any Starbucks I have ever been to! Whats even worse, my white chocolate mocha was disgusting and when I took it back they were even more rude! Is that even possible??

Unfortunately the brewed cup of Pikes Place I purchased was watered down horse then gas station coffee. This Starbucks is located inside the Target store, and only had one person, so the wait was quite long.

Love this Starbucks location Miss Patricia is the best Barista! Very sweet and super nice she is amazing:) she alway makes my drink correctly!

I love their coffee and at the same Im getting points by using my apps to purchase.

Green tea frappe with 10 pumps of raspberry ... and vanilla powder sprinkled on top. Yummy!!!

Like all Starbucks its welcoming. Free Wi-Fi. And great coffee. Im willing to pay the price.

Its Starbucks, but its not the best Starbucks. Staff seems less trained than your typical Starbucks. Theyre slow, even when not busy. The drive through is a nightmare at peek times. The biggest problem is that the drinks are not consistent. You never know how the same drink you always order is going to taste.
