Purchased from discount computers about three to four times now as they have superb deals at very low rate. I am a small business owner and needed computers for my business and the shipping and delivery was on time, their customer support was also responsive and resolved my windows activation issue and display issue quickly and I started using the computer and it was just an awesome deal comparing the price it was offered on. I saw bad review on their product but they seem to be awesome to me every time I have purchased. Love you guys and will suggest to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. It was packaged very carefully and protected very well. It came with everything necessary to get it up and going. It runs faster than I expected and everything seems to be in good condition. Windows was not yet installed, so I contacted the seller for the activation key. It took them about 5 minutes to get back to me - which is unheard of these days. It turns out that the activation key was on the top of the computer tower, which I had to scratch off the first set of numbers that were hidden for privacy reasons. They also sent me a link for a set up guide. Im very impressed!

I needed a very basic pc for my mother. She plays card games and surfs the net lightly. The unit I received was extremely clean. I was very impressed. Everything worked including the monitor. A little issue with the video cable but no big deal. So for less than a cheap tablet, she got a computer capable of doing more than what shed ever want.

I purchased a Dell PC w/dual monitors. I was expecting to have to buy additional things, like connectors, adapters, etc. The order came with everything needed to get started right away. I ordered a computer through walmart, not knowing it was coming from this company. I was not only sent the wrong computer entirely but, they didnt even attempt to send the correct computer. Fast forward to last week, I asked for a return label which they emailed instead of mailed, then.... I get an email stating that the package is lost. So, I attempted to call. I was sent to voicemail every time!!!! This company actually sucks. Never use them of you have respect for yourself and the work you put in to getting the money for said computer.

I’ve purchased a computer with Discount Computer about 2 months ago and I’m 75 years old women who doesn’t know about computers and all that to be honest. It’s all i need for my grand son’s birthday. So I purchased. And I appreciate to the customer service agents they help me out so well through start to end. The only problem i had is, I ordered a computer with Window 10 Pro version i believe. But i received a computer with Window 10 Home version which i haven’t noticed before, my grand son told me about it. So, i emailed about this issue and they send me an instructions how to resolve it, although my grand son was already solved the issue before, and the funny thing is 4 different agents trying to resolve my issue at a same time. And this is what i called a great customer service. Also the computer I’ve purchased is not so bad. Some scratches on the keyboard but it’s okay, i know how the transportation team works.

I drove to the office in Sugar Land to purchase a laptop computer, which is about a 30 min drive on a good day. I arrived and sat for a few mins before someone came to speak with me. I told them what I needed and was shown what was available at the time. Cool, I pick one out and pay for it. They go back for around 20 mins to clean and make sure it’s working correctly. All is well. I get home, nothing works. Doesn’t fire up, nothing. I call, no answer. I figure it might be the charger, so I go get one from Best Buy. Turns out I was right. Get hone it works (minus $70 for a universal charger). About an hour goes by and I realize the battery isn’t charging. So I call again, no answer. Leave another message. I finally get a call back from Tyler who apologized and said he’d send me a new battery and another charger ASAP and he’d make sure it was working. Fast forward 9 days later, I never received the battery or charger, or the email in which he said he’d send the tracking number. Called again, no answer, no return phone call. Maybe he will call me back now, or else I’m canceling payment and he can drive to Katy and pick it up himself since he can’t apparently answer the phone, call someone back, or go to the post office.

I ordered a Dell desktop computer 800G1 intel coreI5 16GB ram from them on Walmart.com. The first computer I ordered in March wasnt stated that it was refurbished. Even though it was refurbished when I received it it worked and came with all items and for the price I felt it was okay so I kept it. I ordered another since I like it for my daughter for her Bday on July 10th and received July 18th. This one however was missing the HDMI adapter, the mouse and the WIFI adapter. So I contacted them and they wont refund more then $5. Not sure if they are even offering to send any missing items cause of the broken English and the back and forth. At first they would refund if I can find it online so I found it on Amazon and now they wont after I went out of my way to find it as they requested. I shouldnt have to do anything cause it should of come with it to begin with. Not even sure if the PC works since its missing the items. Will probably return through walmart if I cannot get a reasonable resolution. Update: they sent the mouse and wifi adapter after a week but I had to go and buy an hdmi converter.

I had a unique experience. I ordered a used monitor and it came with the wrong power cord. I contacted Discount Computer, and they immediately sent the right one. Then, once I powered the monitor up, I saw that the display was completely broken and cracked. I again contacted them, and they gave me a prompt refund. I understand that sometimes used items just dont work. I ended up buying a new monitor from a local store, but I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received from this company. I called and wrote emails to them more than a dozen times about the trouble I was having getting my monitor to work. They called me one time. Other than that, they would not respond at all. The computer was shipped promptly, and very well packaged. I have purchased new computers from Dell, and it didnt have this level of protection! I was purchasing a used Dell computer, and I requested the Tag ID of the computer, so I can see what the original specifications were. They promptly sent me back a picture with the requested information. My goal was to replace my defective workstation with the same model, and I was very happy with what was provided. They even included a WIFI USB dongle, power cord, and mouse and keyboard. I will definitely purchase products from them in the future!

I found this deal on Walmart and decided the order the two Dell monitor refurbished. The first issue was the day the monitors were supposed to arrive at my house I checked the tracking and it just said delayed. I contacted Walmart and found out Discount computer delayed my shipment because of issues with the shipping company. Things happen, however, I should not have to contact them to get the information they should be contacting me, at least thats how most companies operate when a order is held up. The next issue is they said since the order was held up they would make it a priority and then it took another week to get here. The add showed this to come with the power cables for the monitors etc. it did not come with any cables at all. I wish they were a little more helpful and fourth rite. I would have rather of paid a little more to receive the monitors quicker with the needed cables to actually use the monitors.

I ordered a system for work from home. Received it very fast to say the least. Only problem was by the time I opened it and set it up it was too late to return. The monitor didnt work and only a few of the usb plugins worked. Luckily I had an old monitor in my garage and was able to utilize alternate USB plugs for the keyboard, headset and webcam. The speakers are very low on it too. It serves its purpose for WORK ONLY so it will have to do. Lesson learned: Open and plug in IMMEDIATELY next time

Got an Awesome deal on, a still up to date, refurbished desktop. It came with accessories that I didnt even ask for like a new keyboard, mouse and Wi-Fi adapter.

Everything was packaged well, the items are in pretty good shape. The only concern is that it did not come with the advertised wifi adapter but the company did say they would send a replacement. Not many complaints and would recommend.

WOW!!!!Where do I begin. This was in fact the most amazing display of poor customer service and salesmanship that I have ever experienced in my life. I set out with the objective of purchasing 1 monitor for a new employee. After reviewing the website, I used the chat feature to get to a live person. I was told that I would get a call from the manager. After receiving the call, I was greeted by a person named Tyler. He seemed very even tempered and knowledgeable about their products. Upon speaking he offered several options that seemed to be beneficial for my business. We were working on pricing for 4 laptops and 4 dual monitor set ups. He presented a price and stated that he was going to verify that he could set up the computers the way I needed them to operate and verify a 1 year warranty for the sale. I am told that he will do this a email me the next morning with a written proposal and then call me within 30 minutes of sending the email.The next morning I received no email or phone call at the agreed upon time. I called and texted him with no response. About 3 hours later, I called again and got no answer. About an hour after that, I received an email that didnt include a proposal at all, but a series of explanations as to why he could not honor the pricing we spent a couple of hours on the day before. The excuse was that the price of the computers he provided were 2 weeks old and the prices changed the day before while we were on the phone. The price increased by almost $200+tax.He then proceeded to call and explain that he was not able to honor the price and if I wanted the systems fine, but if not, he understood. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not in the office, so I asked him to schedule a meeting with him for the next day. I told him that I would drive out to meet them in person and would consider purchasing only the monitors, but would still like more than a 30 day warranty since I was getting 8 monitors (4 dual set ups). He stated he would check on the warranty and let me know when the manager would be in so I could come and meet them in person and discuss my displeasure with the price changes. He told me he would call me the next morning with the time of the meeting and once he got the monitors cleaned up, tested and ready to go.The next morning I again didnt get a call and the agreed upon time. This time I didnt call them, but received a call about 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. Tyler stated that the manager Sean was not able to meet with me, because he was too busy and didnt know when he could. I explained that I would still like to discuss my displeasure with a member of management or the owner. I asked for the owner, in which Tyler stated that he didnt know who that was.At this time I was bewildered that he would work for a company and not know who the owner was or when a manager would be in the location and available to meet with a customer to secure a $2k sale.I WILL TELL YOU ALL THE RED FLAGS ARE THERE...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT ABOVE BOARD AND ARE LOOKING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!
