Dr. Cindy Tu is a true, personable, but professional specialist. She is very knowledgeable and honest in her assessments and treatments. She and her staff are courteous and consistently exhibit professionalism, customer-oriented, patience, care and concern for their patients. Their teamwork is dream work.One is taken in, seen, and assessed at your appointment time. I have been seeing Dr. Tu for six plus years. She is up-to-date with exams and equipment. I would recommend her without hesitation. What she and her staff exhibit is what keeps a patient returning back to see them, and with excitement! They never cease to meet or exceed my expectation.

Great doctor and staff! Walked in today at 11:39 with the glasses my son broke earlier at school. Back in the car writing this review 10 minutes later. The glasses were under warranty and they had the same pair in stock. Quickly switched out the lenses and on my way to take him his new pair of glasses! Thank you so much!!!!

Dr. Cindy Tu is so personable and professional she makes my annual eye exam smooth. She answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. Love her!! The office is very clean and organized with great selection of frames to choose from. The staff from front to back are helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend.

Dr. Cindy Tu is the most incredible optometrist I have ever been to. She is knowledgeable and attentive to her patients and addresses any questions being asked to her or the staff. Her patience with helping me pick glasses that would look and be functional was commendable. She is amazing and I came back to get contacts and when the first fit wasnt working, she gave me another set to try based on my suggestions. The office staff is so nice and helpful with making appointments and I recommend this location to everyone that is looking for a reliable optometrist to make an appointment with.

Dr Tu and her entire staff are Beyond Wonderful. Not only were they exceptionally friendly and caring, they were able to fix my existing glasses (purchased elsewhere!) which were very uncomfortable!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!!

If I could give them more stars, I would! This office is like family at this point. They take care of everyone in our family. So great when my daughter got glasses for the first time. Spent as much time as she needed trying on frames and finding just the right fit for her and eased her nerves about getting glasses. My husband has had several eye issues after an awful case of viral pink eye and Dr. Tu and her staff have gone above and beyond to to ensure that he was taken care of! We will not go any where else!

Dr Tu may be ok, but her staff? I came to pick up the glasses that was ordered from them. NONE of her staff even offer me the help to try on to make an adjustment. Needless to say. Bye bye Beyond 20/20 eyecare. Not even sure why this office has a good reviews.

Dr Tu and her staff are the best in the business. Amazing staff and great selection of glasses and contacts. This place is so great my family moved to South Florida and still come back for our eye appointments.

The doctor is super sweet and helpful. She is by far the best optometrist in sugarland. The staff is super friendly and their glasses are quality. While I was there a man came in and the lady behind the desk adjusted his glasses for free and he wasnt even a customer! It isnt every day you find companies that pay this much attention to customer service.

Ive been seeing Dr. Tu since way back when she worked at Targets optical. I live in Houston but still come out of my way for my exam. Good selection of frames, though on the pricey side. My biggest complaint is the optician doesnt spend time making sure you have a good fit once your frames come in. If you dont say something, theyll send you on your way. Last time, I didnt realize my frames were too right until after I left. This time, I left for home and then realized theyre crooked. Also, theyre not open Saturdays.Please at least spend more time fitting the frames after they come in. Ill be taking them to someplace much closer to my house to get them adjusted.

Dr. Tu is very professional, as is the staff. Making an appointment was very easy and flexible and they even called to offer me an earlier appointment so I didnt have to drive in bad weather. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office from the moment I left. Will definitely be returning!

I usually do not write reviews. Beyond 20/20 Eyecare exceeded my expectations...I have been spreading the word about this place to my colleagues at work since my last visit last year!I am due for my annual check up and will be going back there soon. Dr. Tu was very nice and patient. The front desk staff was friendly. I bought an eyeglass that looked like a designers brand (covered in full by my insurance) since I did not want to pay extra and it was available in a very short period of time. Everyone that sees the eyeglass thinks it is a very expensive brand and I love it! They have a great selection to pick from!I also got my eyes examined for contacts but I took the prescription and ordered my contacts online at a cheaper price :)Beyond 20/20 Eyecare is located in a nice upscale area of Sugar Land.My husband did not believe me gushing about how satisfied I was and he went to get his examination and glasses here and was also very satisfied by their service compared to two other places that we have visited in the past.The ease of getting an appointment was also a plus for us :)
