I went to several optical stores and my glasses were costing over 380.00. I realized this is a family owned and operated business and they negotiated my prescription glasses to $230.00. Ask for Amin he is great. Ive taken my entire family here and we constantly get great prices each time and the quality is great because they have a in house lab. Very happy I found this hidden gem.

My wife and I just started going here. Dr. Schaub is unbelievably fantastic. He takes his time with you and explains everything to you so you are able to leave with no questions unanswered. We will definitely continue to come here to him.

Super nice staff! I asked to get a screw replaced in my glasses. He did it for super cheap. No fuss. No debate. I have had problems in other optometry offices in this neighborhood in the past, but not this time. Pleasant experience!

Dr. Ganim was AMAZING! i recommend anyone seeing her! I was down visiting my grandparents when i needed to see an eye specialist. She was able to fit me in, and help diagnose my eye. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful! Thank You!

I would not recommend to anyone! The initial visit:walked in and was not greeted, and found out it was the actual eye care provider sitting in the front desk. Took more than two weeks to receive contact lenses? Provider not only billed the visit/contacts through my medical plan but also through my eye care provider. She advised the medical carrier may pay for the visit and was going to submit claim to see if in fact they will cover, but in the interim was asked to pay out of pocket in case it was not covered. When I found out that the visit and materials where paid for by both carriers I requested a refund for the overpayment- was given explanation that refund not available only credit? I then asked for a copy of my prescription ( I already lost out of my eye contacts, no way am I taking the chance on my frames/lenses)..have not received to this date.This business is shady billing wise and delay on any requests.On another note my mother was also seen by this provider and when we walked next door ( where they have the frames/lenses) the guy at the counter asked us if we had done our income tax filing. When I told him no ( not that it was any of his business) he slid me his personal business card and told me that he does filing out of his home office and to call him . Unprofessional.Disappointed consumer!

I came here a while back I’d say 2016 got some glasses first time they were off nothing compared to the prescription I had. Came back Amin said he’d took care of it trusted him on it checked my eyes again in 2017 come to find out my glasses still did not have the right prescription on them they were of by a bit. I took them to a different eye doctor for my lenses swapped out and see a lot better. Yet Amin never informed me of the mistake he did or when I took my glasses back to him. Stay away. Go to other eye doctors around the area in sugar land.

I recently moved to the Houston area and was searching for eye doctors when I came across Dr. Ganim. She was friendly and extremely helpful and I plan to use her for all my future eye care needs. I would definitely recommend her to others!

My family and I began referring to New Vision Eye Center for eye care nearly 4 years ago. However, once Lena Ganim became our optometry provider after TJs departure from the facility, the quality of our eye-care improved significantly. As a mother of a teenager and a college student that lives away from home, Lenas full attention to detail, great customer service,and professionalism has allowed my worrisome mind of a mother to be at ease. I highly recommend anyone in need of a caring and professional optometrist to visit Lena at the New Vision Eye Center.

This was the worst eye doctor experience I have ever had. After my initial exam, I purchased two sets of frames and lenses. They felt like there was something wrong with them. I was constantly dizzy and my vision was off. At the end of the day I had headaches from wearing them and my eyes felt bruised. In addition to this, I had returned 4 times to have them corrected and each time I showed up they werent ready like was promised and I was told to come back nor did they seem like they were fixed. Amin, the guy who sold them to me inappropriately started texting me and I soon realized why he never had my glasses properly finished when he told me they would be ready and it seemed like he had no problem wasting my time. I scheduled another appointment with Dr. Ganim and when I showed up at the appointment time, the door was locked and lights were off. Later that day her receptionist called me and asked if I would like to reschedule the appointment,. She did not apologize nor did she explain what the reason was for the office being closed and lack of notification. When I finally saw the doctor, I told her about the problem i was experiencing with my glasses and all she said was that I would get used to them. She fitted me for contact lenses that day and charged me for the exam. When I came back to pick up the contacts, she told me it would be another $90 for the exam which I had already paid her but she did not have any record of. I had to go home and get the receipt I had to prove to her I had paid the fee. I finally just decided not to bother with them any more and visited Dr. Cindy Tu in Telfair. Ahe examined the glasses and found that the my left lens was curved in the wrong place and it should have been corrected for me when I initially complained but of course it was too late. Dr. Tu seemed 1000x more invested in my overall eye health and patient experience so needless to say I will be seeing her from now on and definitely do not recommend Dr. Ganin or the creepy guy that works with her.
