Wow. Just wow. We had to buy our son new frames for his lenses. The lenses wouldnt fit the new frames and Arturo was extremely patient and didnt give up until we had a complete set of glasses! Customer service such as this is almost unheard of. Thank you so very much!

Great service. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient while I picked out my glasses. I came back twice to get my glasses tighten and they were kind to do so without any problem.

I went home after a long shift work from the hospital on a late Sunday afternoon. My son told me his glasses was broken. I googled the optical place around and LensCrafters inside the First colony mall still open till 6 pm. I ran to the mall and it was 6:05. Arturo saw me from outside of the door and came by to offer assistance. I told him about my situation. He took my son’s eye glasses in and repaired. I wouldn’t express enough of my appreciation to Arturo and LensCrafters for taking care of us. I’m very sure LensCrafters will become our optical place in the future.

I want to give a huge compliment to Jason Phuong at the First Colony Mall location. Jason went above and beyond to work with me and my Optometrist over a 6 week period to get my progressive lens prescription exactly perfect for my glasses and sunglasses. I have severe astigmatism in both eyes and it is not easy getting my glasses perfect on the first attempt. Jason was extremely professional and very kind throughout the entire process. Lens Crafters made my glasses 8 years ago and did a fantastic job at that time as well. Jason is the epitome of excellent customer service, Lens Crafters you are lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Erica and Jason were simply PHENOMENAL! I had a new prescription but was waiting for the pandemic to let up. Unfortunately, my only pair of glasses broke 2 days ago and I was desperate! Im disabled and have several COVID-19 risk factors. Therefore I was unable to venture into the store. Erica and Jason came to my rescue and with my husband and daughters help, selected the glasses I needed that wouldnt trigger additional migraines and still fit my budget! That kind of customer service is very rare indeed, especially these days! My apologies for the long response but I HAD to give credit where credit was due!

The reason for my 3 stars is that I have to get in touch with them, but when I call them at different times (when they are open) I get their message which rolls indefinitely (no way of reaching them!).

The staff was excellent. I am very disappointed that the timeframe for me to get my glasses has been delayed twice. I am a teacher who has to look at a screen for over 6 hours a day. I am in desperate need of my eyeglasses. I am not a satisfied customer.

I also appreciated the precaution that you took given the pandemic we are living in. I was little reluctant to go to the eye doctor and Lens Crafters this time because it is located in the mall but I was pleased with the attention to safety and the costomer service was amazing.

I will never return to this store again. If possible I would like them to just mail my glasses to me when they are back from Oakley. The staff in not knowledgeable in the products that they sell. I came in with 2 pairs of Oakley frames, one for clear lenses and the other for sun lenses from Oakley. On the LC website you can see the comparison for all the options for the lenses available. You can see these options if you go to the website, go to the drop down and go to lenses. Once you are there scroll down a bit till you find a link that says compare all lenses. There you will see all the options that are available for lenses. None of which anyone at the store knows anything about. You can see the additional options that are available, such as Easy to Clean, adaptable to changing light condition, reduced glare during night driving and finally what I am most concerned with reduced computer eye-strain. I wanted to make sure that I as getting all the options available but no one at the store knew what I was talking about. Even went to say that if I got premium lenses everything should be on there. My question is if it should be on there, then why does you website list them as available options. No good answers,so I am most likely going to spend a ton of money for lenses that do not have everything that I want. My only suggestion is to take some more time out of your day and consider driving a little further to somewhere else. Anywhere else but this place. Now I get to wait 2 weeks for something in which I am not completely satisfied with. These people do not know the products that they sell.

Store manager Erica was unbelievably rude after they lost my glasses. She didn’t acknowledge me or try to solve the situation. Instead she tells me that they will contact me and ask me to wait for their call, which is exactly what I did for 8 month.Everytime I called, they will tell me Erica will get back to me. So I finally decided to visit the store, she continued to ask me to go home and wait, apparently they had no idea what happened to my glasses. Even worse, she didn’t even look into the situation and try to come up with a resolution to the situation. Unbelievable!

I am a long time customer or Lens Crafters and as of recently I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received from Store 750 located in First Colony Mall in Houston, TX. When I first arrived at the location to purchase frames, I noticed how poor the customer service was and how they did not greet nor serve with a friendly demeanor. While purchasing, I ran into many road blocks with my representative not able to pull my insurance and not trying to find a way to bypass this issue. I told her when I arrived that she may need to call to verify, but she did not listen to my recommendation. I have also been to Lens Crafter locations where I was able to received my glasses same day as purchase. When I learned this store did not do that, I asked if there was a location in Houston that does offer that service and I was told “our company no longer does that”. As I waited for my representative to call my insurance, I pulled up the company’s FAQ and learned that she had given me false information. I continued to proceed with the purchase because, like mentioned earlier, I am a long time customer and I needed a pair of glasses as soon as possible. Once the representative confirmed my insurance, I asked how long it would take to received my glasses and I was told “4-7 business days”. I paid for my transaction in full and left the store. Still very disappointed in the customer service. I called the store on January 6, 5 full business days, to check on my glasses. I was reassured that they would be in on January 13th. I was also told that it takes 10 business days, which goes against what I was told when I made the purchase. Once again, I received the wrong information. I came to the store this morning and was told that “we do not received mail on Saturday and your glasses are not here”. When I asked for the company’s corporate number, I was told in a rude manner “It’s 1-800-LensCrafters”. When I asked for the store number, again in a rude manner, I was told “our business card is in front of you.” As I left, I was as not reassured about my glasses and they no longer wanted to assist after I asked for the corporate number. Never once did I raise my voice, argue, or showed any hostility towards those who assisted me. I showed respect even when I was not given the same in return. This email is to inform the company that I have now waited 10 full business days for my glasses and have not received them. This will be the final time I ever order from your company. I am very displeased with customer service both in person and over the phone. I realize that my business is not appreciated, therefore I will be sure to spend my money where it is valued and I am able to receive my glasses when I am promised.Maybe they should consider a tracking system for customers to see the process of their glasses and when to expect them.I never imagined I would have an issue with a company that I have been doing business with for 10 years. Extremely disappointed.

Literally it is the worst store to buy your glasses it takes weeks to deliver. they do not know the employees what they sell, they ask them about the brands and they do not know they need bilingual staff in all areas. I will not come back.

Was told over the phone they did same day processing. When I got there, they said it would take at least 7 days to fill my order.
